Our dog Bernie has had eye complications his whole life and after coming here we have finally been given the answers we’ve needed! We were so worried that our sweet boy would lose his eye but Dr. Best and her team worked out a medication routine that has allowed his eye to almost fully heal! They are always so friendly and make your animal feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very well organized. They schedule your visit so the waiting room is never crowed. Dr. Best did a very good job on our Olde English Bull Dog's EYE lid. The eye lashes were rolled inward rubbing the cornea. Thank you Dr. Best! You're the best.!

Staff was knowledgeable and actually cares about your animals.

Our older dog's eyes had started to become red and swollen, and he started having vision trouble that quickly led to blindness. The vet gave us drops and when that didn't improve, they referred us here. We feared he would be permanently blind or would require surgery. We took him in and they confirmed his retinas were almost completely detached, but that after we get the swelling down they would reattach. I am happy to report it is working as expected and he is able to see again, with just medication! The staff were all great to work with and all very kind. I highly recommend them!

Our German shepherd Mei went blind after moving here from the west coast at sea level thought I would be attending a blind dog for ten years turns out she has a condition papakacara something with some of dr. Dugan magic eye drops she was chasing and catching the Frisbee seeing again thanks Dr. Dugan and your nice staff

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My dog Triton did not want to leave. He was comfortable in there quiet relax waiting room. Thank you guys for all the work you do greatly appreciated it.

Everyone there was wonderful! Everyone is very helpful and they seem happy to be there. The doctors really listen and come up the perfect solutions. I am grateful we brought our dog to them.

They got me in for an appointment so fast and were so sweet to my dog (despite her growling). Dr. Lori Best was very knowledgeable and took as much time as I needed to ask questions. The rest of their staff is amazing too.

Appointment was as scheduled, got right into a room upon arrival. Vet Tech completed her check on 'Bella' and we saw the Veterinarian soon after that. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Thanks Doc, for the new eye drops. They feel really good on my dry eyes! Mom says my peepers look better too. ????

We just moved here from Texas and they had got us right and and scheduled the surgery he needed on his eye luckily it wasn't as bad as we originally thought they're very nice and sweet we came back for the follow up and again they were wonderful I even called a couple weeks later with some concerns and they were correct at the stitches would fall out in another week my cat even liked being there this is him in the office

My dog had suddenly gone blind. The staff and Dr. Best were professional, kind and compassionate. Although there are no treatment options to help my dog's condition, they spent time to answer all of my questions and provide resources. The facility was clean and they used excellent infection prevention measures.

Wonderful place And wonderful people.

Unprofessional. I had a 1:30 pm appt and was there on time. The staff was great in getting us signed in, into a room, and getting the preliminaries taken care of. They said that the doctor would be in “in about ten minutes.” There I sat, and waited, and waited. No one checked in with me or let me know that Dr. Dugan had taken an emergency ahead of us and that our appt. would be delayed. After 45 minutes of sitting, I gave up, packed up my cat and was ready to leave. That is when Dr. Dugan and an assistant ran into me in the hallway as I was on my way out. I explained that I had been waiting and had given up. Dr. Dugan arrogantly said that he has no control over his time and that I should know that that is how hospitals work. He then said that he would take care of us right away, and did. Honestly, if he has no control over his time and “that is how hospitals work,” then don’t schedule appointments. At the very least, have someone let me know that an emergency has come in and that Dr. Dugan would be delayed. That way I would have the choice of waiting or rescheduling. The way this office operates it is clear that Dr. Dugan has no respect for anyone else’s time.

Prompt and efficient attention given to my kitten; however, I was not given an opportunity to speak with the examining veterinarian. The young woman who went over the diagnostic results did not identify her position or degree of training and the results were shared in the reception area. I had to stop the vet, as he was going down the hall to another exam room, to ask a question about the prescribed medication. My experiences with other veterinary specialists have been far more personalized and informative.

Our dog has been going here for over 10 years because she has chronic dry eye in both eyes. I love them. They are great.

Dr Best is wonderful. And the office is prompt in helping us order refills for eye drops over the phone.

Dr. Best and her staff are wonderful. The facility is immaculate and followed all Covid guidelines. I received prompt attention and they have my puppy lots of affection to calm her. The information I received from the doctor was clearly explained in a friendly, reassuring manner. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Dugan and his staff were very kind, patient, caring and thorough. I am happy to have them involved in the care of my dog Karma.
