The old lady behind the counter was extremely rude all because I didn’t have a mask! I was in a panic my dachshund is extremely sick. I wasn’t even thinking about a mask that does nothing anyway! Not to mention she herself wasn’t even wearing hers correctly nose fully exposed! Customer service is essential in my opinion get some or better employees..

These are some of the kindest people on earth! Dr Lester has seen my dogs, Carlito & Khaleesi as well as my bearded dragon. She is beyond gentle, kind and patient! Dr Flanders very recently helped me through a very difficult time and decision that I had to make for my sweet bearded dragon, Ruby Rose. I am forever grateful for their time and dedication when treating those that I hold so close to my heart! Thank you to the entire staff for doing what you do! I know it is not always easy but please know that you are appreciated!

The last time I was here, instead of checking my file, the vet decided to berate me to the point of tears for my rabbit being disabled… I had been bringing her here for two years for xrays, health checkups and treatment for issues related to her disability. I won’t be going back here.

Rude, refusing to listen, refusing to answer any questions, refusing to book an appointment. Stay away if you care about your pets care. Pick any other CO springs vet.

I've lived in different states and other parts of the city, and taken my pets to various vets. None compare to this one. The care and love they have given our pets is so incredible, and they have literally saved their lives many times. I especially love their communication with each otherand with us. They have so many patients/families but they make you feel like your pet is important and not just a number or $. And they all seem to know what's going on with your pet. You don't have to explain the background to each person you talk to. Most businesses of ANY kind can't seem to pull that off. It's impressive and we are so grateful for them.

In 2019, my puppy was really sick, and her regular vet, Yorkshire Vet, wouldn’t make time for her. Even though she wasn’t a patient, VCA Dublin gave her a same day appointment. We’ve been there ever since! Every single employee there, from their front desk staff, to their vet techs and vets, are amazing at their jobs. During every visit, we know our dog is being taken care of. We even take her there for nail trims. Their veterinary staff is knowledgeable and gives each patient ample time to address specific needs. We never feel rushed out of there, and even my anxious dog loves the staff. Even if we moved to a different town within state, I would still make the drive to VCA Dublin. 100% recommend!

This office and staff was helpful throughout my cats geriatric years. The parting was peaceful and with care.

Dublin animal hospital Great Veterinary Clinic. I've been to many veterinary clinics in this town over the last 20 years of living here. I own dogs, rabbits, and chickens. Dogs haven't made it to Dublin yet but I'm sold on this place now. This place is the best I've seen, best I've experienced in El Paso County. I say this after 10+ visits in with various animals, not my first visit. Same level of service and care provided every time. I'm impressed with this shop. Hope they keep it up

Our pups have gone here for nearly a decade. The doctors are truly wonderful, reception is terrible. After nearly ten years business they threatened to fire me as a customer simply for being direct and not accepting a delay for treatment of my little man. I was not abusive or inappropriate in any way during our interaction, yet this was the result. Our three pups will be clients of Yorkshire going forward.

Dublin always takes great care of my pets. I know their care is thorough and I'm consistently provided many options for care as my dogs age. It's a family atmosphere. I will continue to bring all my pets here, dogs and chickens alike!

Best Vet Office Ever! My Zeus (dog) doesnt let anyone (outside of family and that is a struggle) touch his paws. He let them check his paws and clip his nails. He doesnt like the vets but he does great with them, once he cant see me anymore. They are also amazing with our Raven (cat). You want someone to love your pet like you do...this is the place!!!

I had the BEST experience at Dublin Vet Clinic!! We took my rat in, in critical condition, and they were amazing! They got her right in and gave her and my other rats amazing care!! They had such compassion, and were quick to give me all the advice and care! Thank you Dublin for taking such good care of my babies and me!! I will definitely be back for my other pets health care.

Wonderful service by both the receptionist and vet! They were so attentive and helpful with prepping my pup for travel. Their curbside surface was communicative and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Vet techs and Dr's are great. Front staff on the other hand are rude.

This vet continues to be incredible, even with the necessary precautions they have to take during COVID. I appreciate SO MUCH that everything is so clearly explained to me, from treatment options, procedures, and potential diagnoses to billing and prescriptions. I really feel like Dublin equips me to be an active participant in my pets' healthcare. Dr. Irie in particular really takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options. Thank you so much to everyone who manages to be so kind and helpful in what I'm sure is a busy and stressful occupation, it means the world!

Dublin Animal Hospital has been an outstanding part of Colorado Spring's community forever. Dublin has been there for there my Kitty Babies, Todd and Koko for the whole of their life with me. And they were there for us when we had to say goodbye and Nothing could be more sacred to me than that. And now I live with a big Bunny named Maize, who literally picked me to come live with. You don't find Big, Cool Wabbits waiting for you to wake up in the back yard everyday! Maize recently came down with the DREADED rabbit 'snuffles'. Exotics (Rabbits, Chinchillas, Guinee pigs, and such) don't have a particularly resilient immune system. Nature seemed to put the emphasis on their ability's to elude and reproduce. Great, that doesn't work for Maize does it? As broke as I am I DO NOT regret bring Maize into the Clinic, I am sure he wouldn't have made it with out Dublin's help. He's still working through it, but Dr. Hanna gave him the chance to make it. Thank you, as always!

This is the only vet I go to anymore. When I first found them I had bearded dragons and they were the top herp vet near me. Now it's the only place I take all my animals, exotic or not. Fantastic place and they make you feel like family. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing as always my husband and I have a husky mix and they take excellent care of us !!!

I love this clinic. We have 2 tortoises. Not very many animal clinics have reptile docs. They do! They were awesome and knowledgeable with our Scooter, a box tortoise, and Nirvana, a Hermanns.

Been going here since I got my very first puppy back in 2003.They used to be great in the past, when they were a locally owned company. They've changed management to a larger corporate owned company and have gone downhill. Prices have gone up, but worst of all, they'll quote you one price and then tack on more charges, ramping up the bill. Customer service has gone downhill too under this new corporate structure. It's really unfortunate. They've lost the flexibility to work with their clients, keep the client satisfied and coming back. I don't think that's a good way to run a business. Will be shopping for other vets.
