I called and left a voicemail prior to my visit to let them know I was on the way and reported my dog’s symptoms. Upon arrival, I left another voicemail and waited. After waiting 5-10 minutes, I attempted to approach the door to alert them …

Franticly searching for a pet vet open last night and found Uintah Pet Emergency. Called and they said come down. Awesome vets so informative and compassionate of me and my cat. Unfortunately we choose to put her to sleep. I didn’t want her to suffer anymore. Really hard but vets were so good to me and I just want to say THANK YOU!!

They were super fast and very kind. I’m extremely happy with the care my pup received. Dr. Kaufer was absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely the best pet emergency clinic I have ever been to. The staff is amazing. I was informed every step of my dog's care. The vet even came out to my car, in the very cold wind, to fill me in. They informed me of all costs and helped to reduce my costs. The costs was far less than I was expecting. I could not have been more pleased with this experience. Thank you to all the staff working on Dec. 30, 2021.

This was a terrible place for emergency care. I had to remove my dog from their facility because of the poor communication and attitude from the doctor directly. This is a money mill. I’m sure some staff are genuinely caring people but they are representing a company that prioritizes up charging over critical care. It’s appalling to be met with “”Sorry, Corporate sets the prices”, when it’s not the price that’s the issue it’s the fact I was clearly misled and taken advantage of financially in a time of stress. They tried to charge me nearly $1300 for common diarrhea. After removing my dog and treating him normally, he’s recovered fully. I had him checked by another vet today and received a professional, thorough, and thoughtful evaluation. It is imperative that we research emergency facilities deeply before consideration. My dog was the one that suffered. I have never removed him from a hospital in the 13+ years of his life, never.

Christmas 2021 was the second time this year I’ve visited Uintah Pet Emergency, and I am even more blown away by their courtesy, professionalism, and kindness today than I was before. They took care of my baby like she was their own and I will never be able to thank them enough. I highly recommend this entire team, especially Dr. Glover, and will definitely be coming back if it’s ever needed — hopefully it will not be!

Uintah Pet Emergency was there for us when we needed them most and I couldn’t be more grateful for the whole team who assisted us. We’d never been here before but my regular vet was already closed and a quick google search pointed us their way. We came in when my pup needed some stitches late at night after a small altercation with another pup. The team got to my baby right away, was clear and communicative about what they were doing at all times, and was even able to help us out financially with payment options which was truly a Christmas miracle for my family. While I hope I never have another emergency medical situation with my pup, I take comfort in knowing there are caring people in my neighborhood that will help.

The people that work here are amazing!

It took approximately eight hours to get my cat taken care of at this vet hospital. While I realize that critical pet emergencies are more important than what we brought our cat in for, almost eight hours to do some fairly basic things and send him home with some meds is extremely excessive.

Saved my pup from a big chocolate ingestion. They were incredibly sweet, caring, and I can tell my pup loved them! My pup is now 100% back to normal with no harm done (thanks to you guys!) and I am so grateful that I brought her here. Thank you guys so much! I cannot express how thankful I am in words!

Very thorough, kind, and caring. They took good care of my kitty when we had an acute issue and couldn’t be seen by our usual veterinarian. Thank you!

I absolutely love and would recommend Uintah Pet Emergency! I took my dog in for a spinal injury, and I was a mess. From the moment I called the receptionist was so sweet (I forgot her name????) She gave me the information I needed as well as a heads up of base starting price. I was given paperwork upon my arrival as well as a brief pet overview from her. Then I had an AMAZING lead technician Dyana come out get more information about the situation, meds she’s on and what not. After she took her in and they did an overall check of her the Dr came out. He told me what they thought was going on and what they had in plan as far as moving forward. Dr.Glover and his staff from start to finish took great care of our fur baby and I am so grateful for them! They have big hearts.

The first time I visit I had very great service. The second time it was miserable for me and my dog. I came in for help and was met with judgement. I have only had the dog for almost 2 months and we have been working with him. He ate something he wasn’t supposed to, the vet made me feel as if I had did nothing to help him. He was weighed yesterday by his primary vet which proved what the vet at this establishment was saying wasn’t true. They made me have an anxiety attack. I took in a sick animal trying to help him to live and felt like I was being attacked for helping my dog. It was very discouraging and I won’t be coming back here.

This was hands down the BEST Emergency Vet that I have ever been to. The ENTIRE staff is beyond nice, and made me feel like my dogs were in great hands. Dr. Glover is incredibly kind, intelligent and professional, and he took the time to explain everything to me and to make sure that I was comfortable with the plan. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone here, and I just wish that I could give them ten stars! Please do not take your babies anywhere but here for an emergency, you will not regret it! Thank you so much Dr. Glover, and thank you to your lovely staff for taking such good care of all of us!

We brought in our little princess who was sick ate something she wasn’t supposed to and they helped right away they were quick at helping her, really nice and assured us she was going to be okay. They updated us constantly and all the staff were really polite! Huge appreciation to the woman who helped us out in a time of need! She has no idea how much she helped us and from the bottom of my heart I will forever be thankful you helped us save our baby girl! God bless you!

So much compassion and courtesy. When you’re dealing with a pet trauma. There is so much stress. And everyone was wonderful. Thank you for your caring during a very tough time.

I literally have an emergency with both of my cats called and told them I would be there in less than an hour. They told me my wait would be a max of 2 hours . Once I got here they told me 6 hours. So inconsiderate. I asked if I could be placed on a wait list considering I was at work and had to go home and get both of my cats and they told me no.

The staff here is very caring, considerate, and honest. In our recent experience here they helped us through a difficult situation and we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. They were very honest about what was going on with our pet and did not try to push us to spend more money. The prices are actually very fair in comparison to every other place in town and they were not anywhere near as busy as other pet ERs which allowed us to be seen rather quickly. I would highly recommend a visit here if you have the unfortunate circumstance or having a pet in need. They will receive great care and you won’t leave with no money in your pocket.

I am going to start recommending this place to all my friends with pups. They helped diagnose my dog with pink eye when our usual vet was too busy to see him. Super affordable, knowledgeable doctors. They gave him eye drops and a cone to keep him from touching his eyes. 100% recommend

The staff was AMAZING! We had taken our cat to another animal emergency in Springs to be treated and was not satisfied with the follow up care request. Our car displayed similar symptoms two weeks later and we brought him here. They were great with communicating to us what needed to be done to treat him and went above and beyond to assist us securing an appointment with a local veterinarian since ours had unexpectedly passed away. I would definitely use this ER again.

Dr. Glover was amazing and explained everything clear and easy to understand. Chance was a godsend. His compassion for people and their fuzzy kids eased tension. Everyone there was top notch. God bless.

The staff is nice. The doctor is nice. But, I think we need to have a law passed that limits the amount of money these drive by clinics can collect for a service. Best believe I would have taken my cat to her reg doctor but of course all appt are full for weeks.. My cat had conjunctivitis, so they did an xray. Now they suspect pneumonia but they want more money for the film to be reviewed by a certified radiologist????? Then how do you suspect she has anything more than a cold? And aren't you a doctor? Total today was over 500.00 for some meds and nice people. I am sad to see this happen to people who cannot afford to move forward with care . #Sick #Sad

Our kitty had a large swollen back leg and they were able to see her quickly. They were kind and professional. Unfortunately, it was cancer and she needed to be euthanized. Even though they were very busy they were very compassionate. Aubrey was very nice and promised me they would stay with her. Thank you, very much.

Dr. David Glover and Stephanie were absolutely amazing with my kiddo. Very professional, and amazing bedside manners. They took the time to talk to me and explain my options with the different procedures. Very patient and caring with my Astro and I couldn't be more thankful to have had this experience.

If you don't have a budget to worry about this is the right place for you. Cant say they were honest either. 1st they said i couldn't prioritize treatment (all or nothing)then said i could. Said their meds were different than chewy or pet meds.... but they're not. That alone woulda saved us 60$ on bill. Used car salesman vibe.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Dr Young and Chance who helped take care of my German Shepherd last night as well as the rest of the staff when she got a nasty cut on her side. They were sooooo amazing and I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my fur baby. Although they were a huge drive in from Peyton, they helped my baby and got us headed home sooner than if I had gone to another pet emergency clinic. You all ROCK!!!

My husband and I took our 2 month old Belgian Malinois to this place because we noticed he had an abscess on the side of his mouth. When we got there the receptionist had us sign papers and told us that they would check up with us on how our puppy was doing and had us sign a consent form that gave you the option to either let the vet make their own decision of any extra procedures/medications or the other option was to be called and made aware of any changes in procedure or medication were made from the vet by OUR consent. After we signed papers for what we were told was a simple procedure that would only take an hour or so, Dr. Glover came out and told us we were in good hands and went through the simple procedure for our pooch. He told us that they were going to have to shave his face a little to treat the abscess, but would make sure to not shave all of his whiskers down and that he would personally come out after his treatment to fill us in on our dog’s condition and the next steps in his recovery. We got to Unitah Pet Services at 5:30 and left at almost 9:30 at night. Between the time we dropped off our little boy we didn’t hear back from any staff member at that facility of how he was doing or when he would be ready. After calling multiple times, we were told the same thing and heard other staff members saying the same phrase “Your pet is doing amazing! They’re getting worked on right now”, it would have been a very nice thing to hear from your pet’s caretaker if only they had said the same thing to 3 other people also waiting on their animals. When they finally came out we had found out that not only did they not call to tell us when they prescribed him the wrong antibiotics and more sedatives so we had to pay an additional fee, but they almost brought him to the wrong owner. My husband had to jump out of the car to stop the Lab Tech from handing him off to a complete stranger. We asked why we weren’t called about an update of his condition and why they hadn’t informed us about medication changes (which we would have paid for the different antibiotics anyways, it would have been nice to be informed first) and was told by the Tech “I don’t know what to tell you, I just work here”. After having her talk over us the entire time while we were trying to explain our frustration, we made sure to say that we were indeed appreciative of the services they had done, but that they need to work on some of the arrangements they had agreed to do. She also tried to guilt trip my husband and I by saying that a lot of bad things happen to animals all the time and we should be lucky that our puppy wasn’t one of those cases. We again thanked her for her help and said that we would like to have a call from the owner so we could clear some things up and was handed a clip board with paper work and told to sign. Ten minutes later my husband got a call from the receptionist to say that the vet said he was sorry and to refund us the extra money. I’m glad that my baby is feeling better, but I would not recommend this facility to any Colorado Springs animal owners.

My precious dog needed to be seen for a deadly accident and our vet recommended them. They were responsive, professional and kind during such a traumatic time. They were able to save our sweet girl and went above and beyond to take good care of her. Yes It was pricey but she’s worth It, they were worth It.
