I took one of my little dogs to the clinic tonight. They were excellent. Gil was friendly, professional, and caring both for me and my little dog. And the best part, because her issue was not as serious as I thought, she didn't need to be seen by a vet so there was no charge

February 7, 2022 I am disappointed to find out that they will not let even 1 vaccinated person wearing a mask go in with their pet. I currently do not know of any other places doing this. Our pets are are babies and with Covid they way it …

If your dog is Very ill, and not Injured, expect to get bumped over and over again due to injured dogs taking priority! Don't expect to get seen with any expedience. While the staff is very caring, the screening seems based on Visible …

I would give more stars if I could. I am so impressed by the staff here. I was gifted lilies as a get-well-soon gift for my surgery, not knowing they were toxic to my kitty. They got her in right away and discussed the plan with us. She …

Very bad experience here, took 2 hours just to see my dog then 7 for stitches in a minor laceration, then doctors forgot to take the IV out before sending her home. For 1500 dollars I would have hoped for much better care be taken of one of our family members. Avoid this place.

We took our 9 week old pup here. Everyone was so helpful and caring to our pup I’m so glad we didn’t go anywhere else. They were very attentive to all of his needs and addressed all of our questions. I was able to call and ask questions without any run around and that matters to us so much . Thank you all at Animal ER Care!

In December, my dog stopped eating or drinking and was vomiting. I got him into his regular vet who suspected he had a foreign body, but they could not confirm - so suggested we go to an ER. This ER saved my dogs life! They performed an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis and performed emergency surgery immediately to remove the foreign body. He was there 2 1/2 days due to a fever - but they took very good care of him and kept me updated at every turn. I really appreciate this clinic!

Very compassionate staff. There was a wait but nothing intolerable. The staff was very kind, helpful and compassionate to us. Thank you so much, my little baby was in great hands.

Very rude as soon as the payment was taken. You could visibly hear and see the entire attitude and tone changed. So the integrity and compassion end once you get the cash? We were not communicated with properly and the fronts left multiple bits of information out. For example: discharge papers and sedation agreement. We had to call and finally figure out what to do because they just said hang tight and nothing else was done or communicated to us. Also being able to leave, we were told two completely different things. They simply prolonged care due to them not picking up the phone and calling to say, oh I don’t know, “hi if you don’t sign this one singular form on your email, then your dog will not be getting care ”because the company has signs saying it’s ONLY CURBSIDE when it OBVIOUSLY isn’t if I need to come speak to you inside the establishment face to face. Not only did the front with short brown hair with blonde highlights glasses and a peachy attitude, gets extremely rude very quickly due to stress with her job(that doesn’t involve us nor the dog.) told the dogs owner, in front of me, that it’s because other dogs were getting put down and getting Treatment.. 1 what’s does that have to with the dog or the question we asked. 2 yeah I get you’re busy you’re literally an emergency room???? 3 all we needed were papers to be signed, Not him medically treated any longer, we needed a front or a tech. not a doctor. Then when we tried to see what we were supposed to do, Because the doctor herself told us to come pick him up at 8:30,we were told to sit down in the middle of a sentence. Just Peachy, right? We were there from 4:20-8:36. During this time, we do not feel the fronts provided us with the bare minimum of communication. The techs are AMAZING and are greatly appreciated as well as the front who appeared male with the butterfly mask and name started with a M. Thank you to those Who did not get snippy/rude/condescending when asked a simple question. Have the evening you deserve!

I brought my pup to this facility over the weekend, the wait was incredibly long but understandably so being a Saturday night after midnight. Every staff member I dealt with was so incredibly kind and patient with me. I don’t normally post reviews but based on past experiences I showed up fully anticipating to be taken advantage of financially and that was 100% not the case. A triage nurse checked my dogs vitals and sent me on my way without charge. My anxiety got the better of me and I returned later that night to have her see the doctor. The price of an office visit and blood work was so reasonable and when I went back the next day wanting to do an X-ray they didn’t charge me an office visit fee. I was honestly floored because I’ve definitively spent well over $2500 for the same treatments and exams at other places. It was an incredibly stressful weekend and I just wanted to say I’m so grateful and relieved that there are places that legitimately care for your pets and not just making money. Thank y’all so much!

We have had to use their services several times and have always had a great experience with each different dog. The waits can be long, but that is the nature of emergency medicine. I appreciate that they are always there, always pleasant and kind, and have treated our dogs with compassion and kindness. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I had to take my dog Petey to this office a while back, I thought she was just constipated, turned out she was covered up with cancer. The doctors, office, and everybody else were so nice and caring, they made a horrible day a little bit better.. thanks

We lost our dog on Christmas day. She declined rapidly over a matter of hours. Dr. Becker and her team were some of the most amazing Veterinary staff i have ever encountered. We had to say goodbye to her that night and I'm not sure how or why but by some miracle our cost was 0. I am forever thankful for their kind words and the compassion they showed my family and our girl in her last moments with us.

My dad brought my pitbull Rhino in for a stuck bone in his stomach after inhaling it (instead of chewing it) and they took the best care of him, no surgery needed. They treated him so good when other vets offices have treated him poorly for his size and his breed. I highly recommend them, I wish they were a regular vet office. Thank yous for saving my dog.

Took my rat Azra in with a upper respiratory infection that was getting bad leading to wheezing and labored breathing. Though the wait was long due to many critical care patients the moment my baby girl stopped being able to breathe they immediately went in to action and put her on oxygen and saved her life. This Christmas eve was bound to be a sad one but they gave me the only gift I wanted for Christmas which was my little Azzy in good health. I would like to thank the staff for all the amazing work they fo. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our 5 month old puppy was seen by a vet tech within a few minutes of bringing him in. Despite the office being very busy, she was able to assess his situation quickly and explain how to move forward. She was so kind, caring, calm, gentle and informative. The employees on the phone were also very friendly. Thank you for all your help. We appreciate your hard work in a demanding line of work.

We had an emergency situation with our 11 year old Great Dane. The after hour staff was beyond amazing. Everyone there was comforting and patient. They allowed us the space and time we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at one of the worst times of our lives. Thank you to the staff that take on so much grief and anger; yet still show up to support us.

The staff was very nice, but they didn’t even examine our cat after we’d waited for 27 hours. We checked in around 11AM on Saturday when our kitten’s eye suddenly became cloudy over a period of several hours. After 2 hours of waiting, they took our cat’s vitals and told us since she was stable, she was low priority. They offered us the option to join the waitlist and take the cat home, which we did. We didn’t hear back until 8AM on Sunday when we received a text message saying our wait time was now estimated at under 5 hours. We took our cat in around 9AM. At 2PM, our cat was still second in line. I began reading other reviews and saw several customers’ care had been incredibly expensive, and most other customers hadn’t waited anywhere close to as long as we had. We chose to take our cat home and wait to take her to our primary care vet the next day. We were incredibly frustrated that they hadn’t even taken the time to examine her to determine whether she would need treatment or not after so much time had passed, especially because if she does have an infection or eye trauma, the long wait would exacerbate the problem.

On Christmas night, our 14 yr old girl started showing signs of distress and we brought her to this ER. Unfortunately her condition was not curable. The staff was so caring and kind and very patient with us coming to terms with losing her. The staff even loved on her many times. They made her comfortable with medicine to ease her pain & gave us a soft blanketed area to lay with her & gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Even though it was a very difficult time, they made it as peaceful as possible for her & us. We will always be grateful for their compassion and kindness at our difficult time.

I needed to take my 8 yr old bloodhound into the emergency Vet clinic on a Friday night. He was experiencing what I thought was a Bloat situation. The staff and Vet was very nice and helpful. No waiting. They saw my dog ASAP.

I brought my bulldog here in the early hours on Monday morning. Everyone was compassionate, kind, and explained everything to me in detail. Unfortunately, my baby passed away peacefully. Everyone took great care of her and I will be forever grateful. I definitely recommend this clinic for your pets needs. Thank you again!

Horrible experience been sitting waiting for what seems like forever watching everyone that came in after me be seen like I guess a broken paw means nothing just to get told go to another ER they are full 3 hrs for nothing

The delusional and uncompassionate female veterinarian that we initially saw here on intake following a severe attack by a neighbor's loose & unsupervised dog wanted to give my dog, Boomer/a Miniature Schnauzer, (and my brother & best friend) gabapentin for pain for a vicious/heinous injury. I insisted on tramadol, as tramadol actually blocks pain signals. Gabapentin technically does not. They are different compounds and interact with the body differently; and It took me contacting her supervisor twice in order to get him the proper help with the pain that he sustained and was experiencing during & following the attack; he deserved compassion following such a traumatizing and excruciating injury (the injury was so cumbersome that he eventually had to get a skin graft procedure done by a specialist). So, until this matter was remedied/corrected, he had to needlessly suffer more than he otherwise would have had to - had the aforementioned first contact veterinarian that we saw hadn't have been so myopic and barbaric with regards to her judgement with respect to her prescribing practices. Bottom line, if you don't want your beloved four legged family member to suffer - then I would strongly advise going elsewhere in an emergency situation should, God forbid, something terrible happen to your pet.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Upsetting to not be able to go into the examination with my dog and didn’t even talk face to face with the vet. I waited from 800, didn’t get seen until about 2200, since my dog’s condition was considered not life threatening. I understand that they don’t have control of when people come in with pets in life threatening consolations and they can’t just leave them. I just wish there was better system. I told them my concerns and they insisted that it was just a sprained leg, which I really did not believe as he didn’t start limping until that day and my main concerns/noticed symptoms came up days before. All I got was pain medication and it didn’t seem to help. My dog was obviously not okay, for the next 24 hours, he completely lost his appetite, started to yelp/scream (typically not a vocal dog), was absolutely not interested in anything, and was walking just fine. I was ready to take him to a different ER after just an hour of coming home from here. ER and vet visits are not cheap, and to come on here and see another reviewer not get charged for the examination/assessment? Especially after patiently waiting 15+ hours to get seen and not feeling like concerns were heard. I would not have waited more than 3 hours if I felt like my dog was actually okay.

Waited $600 into my ferret's care to tell me they do not have staff comfortable enough to do an ultrasound on my ferret. Nobody qualified to care for my ferret and would not allow me to care for my ferret over night myself. Due to nobody feeling comfortable I had to put my beloved ferret to sleep since i couldn't take her home with me either. Put her to sleep and no answers as to why she was sick. Very disappointing and heart breaking. Now i get to take her home in a box and I'm left with no answers and a $600 bill. Won't provide any of her notes or xrays they did take but didn't know how to read them for a ferret will eventually email what they can later. Why charge for something you don't know how to read? Why take images in the first place? Why not tell me right at the beginning you cannot see a ferret rather than trapping me and telling me you cannot after I'm $600 in and not allowed to take her? After they put her to sleep, it took 1 hr 2 minutes to bring her dead body to me after i sat there crying in the office from watching her put to sleep. Nobody wants to wait that long after they had to watch their animal be injected and killed in front of them. They said they got busy with other critical animals. So since they had to wait to bring me my dead ferret.

My dog had an abscess in his ear that ruptured. I didn’t know that at the time - all I saw was a lot of blood and stuff pouring out and I was panicked. He was in a lot of pain. Our normal vet was closed (it was early in the morning) so I rushed him to Animal ER care. They were quick to see us. Everyone from the reception desk to the intake nurse were professional but kind and compassionate. The facility was very clean, comfortable, and they had water/coffee available in the waiting room. After an initial exam I was happy to find out it wasn’t a life-threatening injury. The nurse told me that they would still treat my dog but he would come after any higher priority patients. She suggested that I call our regular vet and see if they could get me in that morning since it might be faster. I was able to get an appointment and take him there for treatment within an hour. The price for the ER is $140 on up so I was expecting to pay $140 as we were leaving. However, since we didn’t actually receive any treatment, they didn’t charge me for the visit/initial assessment. This was a happy surprise that I really appreciated. I guess I’ve come to expect that most businesses will try to get any money out of me whichever way they can. This really showed how much they care about the welfare of their animal patients and their owners. Although I hope I never need their services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my pet here - it’s a great place with caring people.

All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you so very much! I brought my Shih tzu in after he vomited blood. I was completely terrified. They were quick to get him in and get him on meds. They did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Gil was the vet tech. He was very kind and quick to answer any questions. Dr. Hayden called us with timely updates. I'm so thankful they were able to get my boy on the road to recovery so quickly.

We took one of our dachshunds in when she became ill. The entire staff was welcoming, informative, and very supportive. Unfortunately, we did have to let our little girl go, but they were very generous with the amount of time we had to say our goodbyes, and made sure she very comfortable throughout the entire process. Having to go through this is never easy, but we are extremely grateful for the entire staff during that difficult time.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.. Not only will they take double the time they tell you , they will supposedly complete and than charge you for procedures before they obtain your consent, the staff is rude and are to busy to help patients due to gossiping but none of that compares to the rage I'm feeling as I discover swelling from an injury my dog received while in their care . I waited over 6 hours while sick with covid the tech snapped at me not to touch her when she reluctantly delivered my dog . Did that awful staff member abuse my dog because I'm sick and she didn't want to get sick?. I will be contacting the main office and my attorney about animal abuse and discrimination. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERR ....
