Google has them listed as open until Sat & Sunday. Called at 7 pm closed. No reason. No message whether they will be open Sunday. So disappointing .

We had a crisis w/ our rabbit and many vets in the area were completely booked. We were panicking and we weren't sure where to go. Tri-lakes was able to fit us in quickly. Our rabbit ended up having 2 visits in the same week. We had a care team w/ two amazing vet techs and Dr. Breden. They were SO compassionate and quick to respond. It was an incredibly scary time and we felt they knew exactly what to do. They took our calls and walked us through everything. We truly felt like they treated her kindly and saved her life. Prices were affordable and they were very transparent with us throughout the process. None of us ever want to be put in an emergency with our animals, but this place made us feel so much better. Thank you to the team who helped us. We are so incredibly grateful.

We were referred to Tri-Lakes Animal Emergency Care by our primary veterinarian, Dr. Deturk when she was unable to get our fur baby in for an urgent health concern that developed suddenly. We were so lucky to meet and have Dr. Wilwerding and his wonderful staff! Dr. Wilwerding & staff were hands down the best thing that could have happened to our little family and fur baby. Dr. W. was so patient, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it took to help our little girl. My wife Ali and I could not be more grateful to T-L Animal Emerg. Care for caring for our little Grace so thoroughly and passionately. They offered a peaceful, pressure-free care plan. Even though we would have done anything & everything necessary to diagnose/treat/care for our pup, there was no pressure tactics to perform any of the diagnostic tests etc. All of the staff even stayed beyond closing hours to perform a procedure that was life saving, & they even waited a little longer afterwards to let all of the IV fluids finish and ensure she was in the clear. Our little miniature Shar-Pei has always been an excellent character judge, even when she has been at her most weak/sick moments, Grace was great with all of the staff, and even developed a crush on Dr. Wilwerding. As a Shar-Pei, this should tell you everything you need to know about the care team there. They saved our girl from certain death, and were able to diagnose, intervene and prevent what would have turned into a GDV, which would have most likely taken our girl away from us before her time. Definitely the place to go! Compassionate, expedient, and cares about your pocket book After being ignored by Uintah Emergency Clinic for 45 minuted with no triage I called tri-lakes who said they could see my dog to atleast triage her. They got her in as soon as I arrived and took about 25 minutes to come out and give me good news. It was another bit before the vet came out but that was totally fine, the fact that they had compassion to come out and tell me they thought my dogs eye was fine where as Uintah couldn't even be bothered to triage her other than to say "that's not good".

I can't say enough about this place!!! Dr McCall was very honest about my cat's condition and gave us many options with pros and cons of each. She never pushed, nor judged, us on our decision. Dr McCall and the techs were so compassionate and flexible with us. Thank you for all that you do! You all are amazing!

Tri-Lakes Animal ER is a such an asset to our community! Our dog had an ear laceration and we needed to get him stitches ASAP. Kathy, the tech, and the attending Vet, were wonderful to work with. Both ladies were kind, patient and thorough with explaining the process during intake. Tucker was in and out in about 1.5 hours and that included sedation to fix the ear! They were affordable, despite being an ER facility! Grateful to have them so close-by! Would highly recommend!

They saw us very quickly, and both the techs and the veterinarian were very, very caring. We did have to later wait behind a triage of another pet that sadly had to be euthanized. But that is completely understandable. At the end of the appointment, the vet came out in the cold weather and showed us how to do physical therapy on our dachshund. We would highly recommend this office if your pet needs an ER.

Our Batman was not doing well yesterday and we were recommended to take him to the Try-Lakes Animal ER. The staff was very professional in explaining what was going on and our options, Unfortunately we made the tough decision to to let him go. Staff was compassionate as we were able to spend the time we needed to say our goodbyes

Took my grand-dog there last night and was very impressed. Kind staff and wonderful vet. It wasn't over priced either. They sent us home with wonderful directions and a bag to keep the bandage dry.

Extremely nice staff. My only complaint is that there was no wait for my cat to be seen, but it was an hour to see my cat for an ear infection. It should’ve been 20-30 minutes. It was sort of frustrating. After I paid and got my medicine, it took them almost ten additional minutes to bring him out.

Amazing given all the different issues they must have to handle daily. Very professional and they have a great bedside manner. Had an issue with or 5 yr old and the seem to have nailed it, puppy is much better. You can’t beat feeling good about the entire situation. We can’t ask much more.

They are so caring and gentle with both the humans and animals they see. Our dear, sweet old kitty was in obvious distress on a Sunday evening, and we were so grateful Tri-Lakes was open and available. They were thorough in explaining our options, and when we realized "it was time," they explained the process gently and led us through the steps, never rushing us. So humane and so appreciated at a difficult time. We heard them dealing with a dog with an emergency in another room with the same loving manner. I appreciate knowing they are in my community, and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone with a veterinary emergency. I can't say enough about how thankful we were for their presence at a time of need.

This ER was an absolute BLESSING! I had a emergency happen with my cat just TWO HOURS after adopting him. Dr. Breden and Monica were extremely helpful to ensure my cats recovery with his bladder issue. They both were awesome at informing me and extending a hand in case I needed it when it came to giving him his medications. This place will most definitely be my go to if anything were to occur again! The staff here is absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough!

I was so grateful that they were able to see my kitty, Priscilla, right away. I live in the Springs and all three emergency vet hospitals here was a 2.5 hour wait. I was very concerned over my little girl and Tri-Lakes got her in immediately, assessed the situation and got her medications and on the way as soon as possible.
