I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Cat Tails. The level of care and concern they’ve shown for my cat is truly above and beyond. Thank you for all that you’ve done for Silent Bob, Cat Tails Team!

My kitten have been having diarrhea for a while, so I brought him to cattails instead of my regular vet as it was right down the street. for starters… They are lacking major people skills, very short and rude. They made me stand outside in the freezing cold with my Sphynx kitten because I was “not vaccinated” and then proceeded to charge me almost $300 for the visit. Nothing changed, he still has diarrhea after almost a week of meds, day and night, in fact the diarrhea almost seems worse then before. Not recommended

That cat nurse was kind of standoff-is and off-putting. The doctor was a lot easier to talk to... pretty pricey though, ill probably shop around for cat care.

Whenever I bring my cat Tolkien in, everyone is great. I feel like he is treated with great care which is important to me. Customer service never disappoints. Thanks for all you do.

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes. The staff is attentive; Christi is knowledgeable and thorough; and Dr. Clauss is empathetic and nurturing to me and my cat. They are cost considerate. Great place for cat care.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a calm environment for the kitties. All-in-all, I was very pleased with their care.

There are no words to explain the amazing experience we had!! My cat had a skin condition that was red, inflamed, draining and had crusted over. We took him to a different vet and was just given a cream. I called and spoke with Phyllis and even though they had no openings she wanted to get us in ASAP so I brought him in, in the morning. They called throughout the day to give me updates. They decided that he needed a procedure and the whole team stayed late to do the procedure and take care of him after. After the treatment that was recommended, he is a whole new kitty. They have continuously called and emailed to check on his progress. I couldn't be more thankful for the team.

Cat Tails is such an awesome clinic. I bring both our cats here and it is always a great experience. My cats don't even mind going because everyone is so good with cats! Would recommend to anyone with a cat or cats. They are outstanding!

I recently moved back to Colorado Springs and am happy that I found such a caring vet for my baby! I brought her in for a checkup and vaccinations and found out she needed a dental cleaning with one extraction. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful and clear about explaining things and checking up on my cat after her procedure. They will take good care of your kitty here.

The vet was very responsive and explained every detail of our 17 year old cat's health.

Amazing crew up at cat tails! This would include every one from the transfer of the kitty ( covid) to the pick up ,the excellent communication and the care my cats have gotten there is more than I can explain in a review.

Everyone is concerned about your cat's welfare, Dr. Wolf is warm, professional and caring. Very fair charges for excellent service. I left another cat-only practice because of dissatisfaction with care and fees after ownership changed. So glad to have found Cattails.

Great place for sick kitties

They have always taken good care of my kids and let me know anything that might need done prior to doing it. Friendly staff and their very professional.

I highly recommend them. They are great with my cat and super caring. When my cat got sick and had to go to the er they called multiple times after to check in on him and truly cared about how he was doing. They are wonderful and if you have a cat, you should take them here.

In general, people are friendly and welcoming. However, I found the clinic disorganized. The impression I got was that no one was talking to each other. The vets seemed to only half listen to my concerns about my cats' well-being, so while I knew my cats were getting adequate care, I was looking for something more than adequate.

Dr. Clauss and Dr. Wolf are amazing! I cannot say enough good things about CatTails. Like most cats, my fur babies, hate getting in their carriers and they hate going to see the vet, but my goodness, my drama king and queen loved their visit here. From the moment that I spoke to Jonie on the phone to schedule an appointment for my kitties, I knew that I had found the perfect place. They only treat cats so this isn't a stressful environment for kitties. Dr. Wolf was incredibly thorough and she gave me tons of useful information to help my kitty thrive. Dr. Clauss was also thorough and compassionate about my kitty and his treatment plan. Phyllis was also awesome and she offered great suggestions to help my kitty. Everyone there is amazing and they clearly love what they do for our cats. They are working hard to take care of our fur babies through this pandemic. Highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. A really great clinic. The staff are incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely love cats. I also really appreciate their current covid precautions. I have nothing but positive things to say about this vet! My lil' fraidy cat approves.

Doctor Claus stayed with us over 5 1/2 hours!! My friends diabetic cat was doted on and got amazing treatment as did my Sophie and she even treated a stray kitty that I was supposed to take up to a rescue that had a hurt foot and leg and doc cared for him too completely out of the goodness of her wonderful heart!! So he got help and wasnt even on schedule to be seen by her. Loved everyone!! Jo Ann and I were given a non rushed tutorial of diabetic care and use of equipment by her assistant whom is an asset to Cat Tails. Even the lady at the front desk was super helpful. We do cat rescue and there are certain times when a CAT SPECIFIC vet should be considered. It is all that they do. They come across cat specific illnesses and other tricky issues that stump other vets who dont see these things as often. Also they know how to put kitties at ease. No barking dogs. Very quiet and non chaotic place. Cat Zen:) Will be back for sure.

The veterinarians and staff are caring and thorough. My cat had an undiagnosed heart murmur. Now that we know about his condition we treat it and watch for signs of deterioration.

We were extremely worried about our cat Earl Grey, and our normal vet was closed due to a COVID situation. I found CatTails and I'm glad they were able to get him in right away. Earl was having bladder issues and they performed an exam, x-ray, and urine analysis and found nothing abnormal. It seems he was most likely inflamed from something new (maybe his cat food). He is now doing better and I'm glad we took him here. I wouldn't hesitate to bring Earl here again, and thanks to the front desk lady for putting up with my paranoid phone calls!

Super pleased with the staff communication before, during, and after my cat's dental cleaning & annual exam. I really appreciated the detailed phone call from the doctor explaining each step of the procedure and lab results. Also, delighted by the follow-up phone call the next day. I highly recommend CatTails Feline Health Center.

Absolutely stellar care for my older cat! They are always calling me asking how she is doing and if they can do anything to help. Definitely recommend them!

Wonderful vet and wonderful staff. Although I wasn't allowed in the building because of Covid restrictions, they were very helpful and nice.
