Aspen Meadows Pet Resort is amazing! They put absolute care and love into every dog who comes through. My dog has had a pretty rough start at life, as she was abused as a puppy, and has been fairly shy when it comes to people ever since. But my dog absolutely adores the handlers and staff, as well as the dogs she gets to hang out with in daycare. I absolutely love seeing her light up when she sees her favorite people and her favorite dogs. She comes out of her shell and becomes a more confident dog, which warms my heart. Everyone is so kind and loving to her! I would absolutely recommend Aspen Meadows to anyone. Every dog receives ample amounts of love, care, and attentions. My dog is currently recovering from tibia surgery, but I cannot wait to bring her back to daycare so she can see her doggy buddies again and snuggle with the handlers!

Could not come in to look around. They said peak in the windows. Walked around to look at outside play area and it smelled awful like it had not been cleaned. They want me to pay $50 just to do an evaluation to see if my dog would fit in. Was not impressed will not leave my dogs here.

My puppy ate a sock whole… the team at Aspen Meadows Pet were amazing! Most importantly, they took care of sweet Fiona right away, she came out a health pup and successfully vomited the sock. They also made me feel calm and welcome. Thank you so much for making our first emergency vet visit a breeze. We hope not to eat any more socks… but if we do, we know where to go!

No place to walk the dogs! I have sat here in the parking lot waiting for our food from a food truck in the lot. I have watched the employees walk the dogs across the hot pavement across the street to the cactus filled lot by the super 8 to let the dogs go to the bathroom. It is 90 out today and that pavement is so hot. I watched a dog react the hot pavement burning his paws poor baby....

I use them to board my dogs. They are professional and take good enough care of my dogs when they are in there. They do sometimes take a while to answer the phones, but they call back if a message is left fairly quick.

I love taking my puppy here! The second we pull up she tries to jump out of the car she gets so excited! And that’s the best feeling knowing she loves it and is well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I would highly recommend, great customer service and most importantly our pup babe came back in one piece, just in need of a bathe.

We have kenneled our two dogs here twice now. The first time, I didn’t write a review and decided to give them another shot, but it was the same experience unfortunately. Both times our dogs came back smelling really gross. Our dogs are not ‘smelly’ dogs, they just don’t have that gross dog odor naturally. I don’t know if they use blankets here that never get washed from other dogs that do smell or the kennels smell so bad it permeates or what. But, the last thing I want to do after traveling is smell stinky dogs the whole car ride home and come straight home to give them baths. To top that off, the first time they stayed there, our husky came back acting ‘off’. She was lethargic (she’s a husky so even acting tired is a rare thing), she wouldn’t eat, and started vomiting shortly after getting her home (and bathed). I thought maybe stress but either way, shouldn’t be happening. She’s been kenneled elsewhere with no issues. The second time, our other dog had feces in his fur that was so dried and caked on, we had to actually CUT it out after scrubbing it in the bath to no avail. On the plus side, they didn’t die? Highly do not recommend.

Our golden has been going to Aspen Meadows since he was a puppy in 2019. He LOVES going to daycare and the employees treat him like their own. They love him as much as we do! They are professional, make sure the dogs have a great time, and provide behavior updates to us as needed. He's also boarded with them a few times and we've loved all the amenities and updates. They care about the dogs, and can work on training with them, correct and resolve any behavior issues they see, and provide lots of love to them.

We've been taking lur german shepherd here for years. We love the staff and the service. I wish more people would support this local business

Both of my dogs have been going there since they were puppies and they both love it there. The staff gives them all the love they need throughout the day. When I pull up the facility my dogs are so anxious to get out of the car because they love coming to Aspen Meadows

These people people are animal Angel's. My baby girl loves it there. For a couple years we have gone. Going out of town is much easier knowing shes playing amd getting love. Shes never gotten sick. I know she loves it because when we pull up. Shes instantly excited. Tackles the girls. Thank you guys so so so much!

The facility was disgusting, it looks like they never clean the areas where they keep the dogs out side. It stank to high heaven and there were nats everywhere. I got the feeling that none of staff really care about the animals. I did not and never will board my dogs there.

Our 3 dogs love going here for daycare, boarding and nail trims! Anytime we pull into the parking lot, they get super excited! All the employees are wonderful and they make a point to remember each dog's name. My husband and I have appreciated how accommodating the resort is to our needs!

Our dog doesn't tend to do well in boarding or with other people, but he absolutely loves Aspen Meadows and it's out go-to place to board our pup in the Springs area

I love picking up my dog after an extended stay and she's had her exit bath. She's been home for 2 days and is still sleeping from all that playtime.

My puppy has been coming her since he was 7 weeks old. He is no 6 months old, and very socialized. I credit Aspen Meadows for helping my puppy know how to interact with dogs at the dog park.

The employees are fantastic and the quality of the grooming is high. They always do a great job with no issues or worries on pup care.

We've been taking our dog there for a while she loves the staff on holidays they do projects like a plaque with your dogs paw print. She's always worn out when she gets home to me that's a good sign she played hard and had fun

They took great care of our 2 cats. Boarding fees are pretty reasonable. They ate observing most Covid safety protocols.
