We have been customers for 5 years and have no complaints. They have done a great job!

I have taken all my animals here for the past 10 years. Definitely one of the best places but the past 3 times going there I have told them to do a light trim on my Pomeranian and have picked her up completely bald. I have explained in person many times just a trim. I understand how busy the shop is but take time to listen to what the clients wants and needs. Saddens me to say I need a new dog groomer.

The girl who cut my dogs hair was extremely rude, short and snippy. I’ve used this groomer many times in the past, but not as often since COvid. After COvid, they implemented a specific rule of picking your dog up in a certain amount of time from when they call you, or you risk being charged for the additional time. Yet they can’t even give you a correct ‘time frame’ of when you’re dog will be done, so you’re at the mercy of them. I went to them last minute this week to get my girl groomed, and wish I would have just waited for my other groomer to open up. I would never recommend them. In addition, it’s a 9lb dog and cost me $75 to wash and cut her. I’m still angry at how snippy she was to me and my dogs haircut is average at best.Trust me, there are better groomers then these jokers.

Very friendly, They always take care of our Panda. They listen and are extra delicate when needed. Panda was hurt(by someone somewhere else) they are very gentle with his leg and hip from past injury. I recommend

This place is amazing! We have been taking our dogs there and would not consider going anywhere else. They are professional and have excellent customer service. Grace at the front desk is kind and they treat our dogs well! Very pleased

They always leave my meeko (he's a corgi) looking and smelling wonderful. I'm never going to another pet salon that is not here.

Brought my 2 puppies in today 1 is a Maltese 1 a shiba. They came back looking amazing. My Maltese had the basic service and her cut was adorable. My Shiba had a Fur Buster bath and came home with a beautiful coat. I love that the dogs can roam free within the parlor And not be all caged up. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and do a beautiful job. We definitely will be returning and I recommend if you want good care for your pets to come here.

Booked appointment online, took my dog Toby in and they did a fantastic job. They just earned a future returning customer !

Brought my malamute/husky here and I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the full grooming service! My baby girl has never looked so beautiful! Additionally, I was more than pleased with the staff (friendly and welcoming). After searching for the right groomer, this one is definitely one I would recommend if you live in the South Springs area and I will surely bring my girl back here for more services to come!

Usually love this groomer. Love the Mudd treatment. Not sure if my groomer was different today or what but the quality of grooming today was just awful. My pitsky was supposed to get a full groom, but she has long chunks of missed spots and they completely skipped her legs. My Danes nails are all different sizes, and at closer inspection I found 3 of his nails are split and damaged. I was told they would use the grinder on his nails but obviously they skipped that. Not happy that I paid $240 for all three of my dogs and only one looks good.

I just took my dog here for the first time for a wash, de-shed, and nail trim. When I made the appointment and told them his breed, weight, and what I wanted done, I was told that the cost would be between $45 and $65. When I dropped him off, I explained that he can sometimes growl when his feet and rear are touched and that he’s nervous (all things we’ve been told by other groomers are typical of border collies). I told them that they are welcome to muzzle him if need be and that I know his nails may not get clipped if he’s extra growly or stressed which is ok. When I picked him up, they told me the price was $100 because they had to use 3 people to get everything done on him. I should have said something, but I was confused and uncomfortable, so I just paid and tipped. It feels shady to me that they’d charge nearly twice the high end of the price they originally told me. He’s gotten everything done at other groomers, and we’ve never been charged more than $65. They never told me that it could cost more or called me to ask if that was ok. There was no price sheet given with extra pricing. I appreciate the job they did-he looks great, but he didn’t get anything more done than he has at other groomers (our typical 2 groomers were both booked). I’m disappointed in what seems like unfair and unethical pricing.

I went to the Pet Pawlor at the beginning of June, excited to find a grooming spot for my dog (we just moved here). One of the first things I noticed was the customer service and how friendly they were. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. I was taking my short-haired mixed breed dog to get groomed (bath and deshedding treatment) and to my surprise, they called within an hour after I'd dropped him off! The service was quick but I will say the quality showed it. When I got my dog back to the hotel, not only was he still shedding all over the place (mind you, I paid extra for the deshedding treatment) but he also did not smell clean. I'm not really sure what they did but it wasn't a good job :( needless to say, I'll be continuing my search for a thorough groomer here in CO Springs.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 3 years. They are always so nice and kind with my pups. They come home smelling amazing and looking gorgeous. ???? Thank you guys for all your wonderful work, I can tell you really love what you do ????

Very disappointed with my dogs hair cut. I was charged almost double when I went to pick up her up. I was quoted $72-$82 and when I returned they charged me $135. The staff was extremely unprofessional and does not communicate well. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. :(

Alexis did a phenomenal job on our 5 month old Toy Poodle. We took him to 2 other places and they were unsuccessful in giving him his first all over haircut. Pet Pawlor was successful and we're so pleased with his teddy bear haircut.

First and foremost, I have been going to Pet Pawlor for the last 5+ years and they have always been wonderful with all my dogs, cats, and my mother’s dogs. I highly recommend them to everyone I know, for there services and for the love and care that they share. Their prices are very reasonable and are always good about getting my animals in. Matt was amazing with 9 month old Newfoundland puppy, Via!!!! I am so pleased especially because of all the mats she had. He really did a great job and she looks so good. I feel bad because she was a little mischievous today, but he was so kind about it. He really took a lot of pride in how she turned out and you cannot tell where she had the mats!!! I cannot say thank you enough!!! Thank you again, Pet Pawlor, for always taking care of my babies!! I truly appreciate all of you!!

My "Boys" always come home looking handsome and enjoy the attention given by the wonderful staff who put up with their need for attention.

I took my wheaten poodle (whoodle) to them for 3 years with a standing 2 week appointment for baths/grooming without incident. Until one day, the owner (nice lady) wasn’t there and her rude helpers decided to charge me double and tell me they’re tired of hearing me complain. That my dog was horrible because he tried to bite the brush when he was being blow dried. So these two employees tell me they don’t like me or my dog. That was the end of that, we left and never returned. I’m still shocked at the way they treated me and I could never recommend them. Mean and rude, too bad because they’re good at grooming!

We have been going here for the past year and a half. Matthew does an amazing job, as well as the whole crew. We have a 2 year old husky and she sheds a lot. We recently tried the new deshed/soothing mud. We were the first ones to try it on our husky and let me tell you it is a life savor. Our husky can go every 4-5 weeks now without shedding nearly as much as she used to. Thank you to the Pet Pawlor you guys are amazing!!

Bet no other groomers can steal this. Dropped bailey off for a killer grooming job But on pick up one of the groomers said to me If you take your dog to this vet right now i wont charge you.thats a hundred bucks she is giving up.she had concerns about the dogs unwillingness to have her backside cleaned. So i did.got to the vet and the dog had to be sedated 3 hours later they had it figured out and fixed.it was not fistula it was not a urinary trac or bladder infection thats what 3 previous vets told me.her anal gland was full and had ruptured.2 stitches and a squeeze or two and i have a new dog today.the vet was rampart vet on bradly. Groomers that truly care about your dog cat etc. Thank you so much jon

My dog always seems happy when she gets groomed here. The people there are awesome too.
