Everything about this experience was wonderful except I do not want a membership, so I'm torn about returning and paying so much.

They do a great job! I have a Newfoundland who hates grooming and groomers hate her. Serenity never seems to have an issue and she seems to enjoy going in. That's great for me.

Brought in 3 dogs at once for grooming. All three were terribly matted and over-grown. All three dogs have never looks so good! Extremely pleased with every facet of the services at Serenity. The staff is very professional and friendly. Looking forward to bring them back soon.

I’ve taken my dogs (& even a cat) to Katie @Serenity Paws for over 12 years - she’s amazing with my furry family members & they love her as much as we do! She’s a talented groomer & makes your pet feel comfortable, which helps me leave them with her without worrying. Katie’s the hardest working small business owner I know - she’s had to double the size of her salon due to high demand & I expect it to keep growing. The only negative is appointments fill up fast (using the on-line scheduler helps). Katie cares about her employees as much as her customers & it shows in the quality of their work! I highly recommend this small, woman-owned business - it feels good to spend $ with members of our community vs the Big Corps.

Amazing place, great service and wonderful people

Fine service but I would not recommend using their website/facebook or any other online forum to stay updated with information because they are incredibly slow to update any new information. Frustrating. Edit: They replied to my comment with a snarky remark although I remained very respectful. It took less than a day to reply to my review but yet they still cannot stay updated as a professional establishment should? Questionable. Would not recommend.

Wonderful place to take your pets! They have been so sweet to my puppy and she looks great! They have been extra accommodating to my schedule. I will not take her anywhere else.

Best groomer we have found for our Goldendoodle.

I was super anxious about finding a new place to take my Persian kitty after having such an excellent groomer in another state. I called and they got me in on short notice. Although it was an la carte service, they did an excellent job and were super sweet to my Lily!! They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier!!

Tried new dog grooming place with great reviews and yes- my Great Pyreneees looked great and was treated with much love and sweetness. Very reasonable too.

I would like to thank Katie and all the girls who took great care of Charlotte this morning. It was her first time after over 4 years of not going to the groomer. She had a very bad and traumatic experience the last time she went so we put that on hold. But this morning, I was surprised at how well it went! Charlotte was very nervous and worried about everything but Katie made it a good experience for her. Our goal for 2021 is to work on her so she knows it's a positive thing to go to the groomer and I'm sure by the end of the year, we will reach our goal! It was a positive experience and we will be back soon for our next appointment! Thanks so much Katie, I really appreciate your professionalism and it shows that you truly love pets! ????

We absolutely love taking our Australian Labradoodle here for grooming. They are always consistent and do a great job. Highly recommended.

I specifically used Ashley Rodriguez to bath my elderly poodle and she mistreated him so badly that I will likely not be getting her groomed anymore and instead I will do it in my own home. This has been a very traumatic experience to say the least and I cannot believe she is allowed to touch on any dog! This place has lost a customer!

I brought my 6 month old puppy here for her first grooming appointment and I was very pleased with the experience! Everyone was friendly and my dog came out looking great!

The owner Katie is so wonderful! My frenchie is so scared of getting his nails trimmed the vet couldn’t even do it. But some how Katie gets him to be mroe at ease and gets it done! They are the best very professional!

We took our Beagle to be groomed here. The owners are wonderful, the staff is professional, and the business is clean, tidy and welcoming. They take the very best care of your fur baby. My dog left there looking super handsome. His nails look amazing! We will definitely be making our next grooming appointment with Serenity Paws!

My little mini schnauzer is 6 mths old and very active. Courtney did a wonderful job cutting her cleanly into a schnauzer cut.

Great team! They took in our 7 month old Cairn Terrier (extreme bundle of untamed energy) and treated him super well. He received the greatest grooming and a bandanna to make sure he looked his best. Very kind staff. We will be back again and again.
