I have boarded my dogs and my cat here! They were very upfront about everything, and understanding of my dogs behavior issues. They know my pups don't like going potty on concrete, so they make sure to remind me about the walks every-time we go in! The staff is very friendly and gets to know me and my pets for a very personal experience. The first couple times, my kiddos wouldn't eat and they assured me that it is normal when it's their first time boarding at a new kennel. I always trust my pets in their hands, as they are the experts and know what to expect every time.

Boarded my do here for the first time and mostly because of positive reviews. We had a pick up time of 9:00 a.m. and were on time. Upon arrival I was told that my dogs bed was wet from him peeing on it that morning, something my dog has never done. I was told they didn't have time to clean it. My dog also wreaked of pee. When we arrived home and took the cover off, we found multiple stains. A same day trip to the vet and we were told he had a bacterial bladder infection. My dog had obviously been having a problem while there and we were never contacted by the kennel. We brought a couple of toys for him and one was lost. They didn't apologize, didn't offer to replace it or offer a credit to my account for the toy or the destroyed dog bed. I called later that day and asked to talk to the owner and was told I would receive a call back but that didn't happen. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this kennel for boarding.

Family owned. I have taken my dog here many times she loves it! She starts wagging her tail and barking when we get on the road close to the Kennels. Friendly staff. They offer daily walks and a wash before your dog leaves. Overall 10/10 experience every time and they are very reasonable on price!

Have left my dog here 4 or 5 times while my wife and I are on vacation and I have no complaints. My dog seems happy to go to the kennel. The pricing is good.

I thought this place would be a great option to leave our dog for a week because of all the great reviews. We were greatly disappointed. While the staff were easy to communicate with that is about as far as the positive feedback goes. When we picked our dog up after 5 days he was covered in pee and so was his bed. He is an extremely well potty trained golden retriever, and this has set that training back. The kennels are very small and its extrmemly loud from all of the dogs barking and crying. The establishment seemed very understaffed for the amount of dogs they had and could not give adequate care and attention to all of them. I really wanted this to be a positive experience but unfortunately that was very very far from the truth. Perhaps a good place to bring your dog to get groomed but definitely not to board.

Left our dog there for 5 days over Labor Day weekend (traumatizing in itself) but boarding was our only option. He’s developed a pretty severe case of kennel cough since. Vet visit tomorrow. After talking with the Owner she was very understanding and apologetic and helped us out greatly and are implementing protective measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Great customer service from the owner!

Brought my dogs here for a 4-day stay this August 2021. Both dogs came home with kennel cough despite being vaccinated against it. Won’t be bringing them back to this kennel again!

They were great, sweet, kind, and we had a nice break for our test overnight.

They took amazing care of our cat and where very responsive to our messages. Definitely worth a recommendation!

Just took my dogs here for a night to try boarding them as I've never boarded them before. I've usually had friends or family able to watch them if I needed to. I was worried about having someone else watching my dogs. But they came out happy and it sounded like they had a good time. Sabrina also let me tour the facility and was very helpful. I will use your guys services again!

They did amazing with our cocker spaniels grooming.

Rampart Kennels exceeds expectations from the moment you call to make an appointment, and from the time you walk out the door. The staff, and the groomer Emily felt like immediate friends and I knew my pup was in great hands. It was honestly fun to chat with the staff and hand my dog over for a few hours and to pick him up knowing he had a great day and was groomed to perfection!

We left the animals there for our vacation. The staff there really do love animals and our pets were well cared for. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

I cannot say enough about this amazing family run Kennel. It was a God sent that I found them just in time for my trip. I had interviewed many people on dog watching web sites. I had tried two other boarding facilities. I was running out of options. While driving T-GAP by accident I found this place. Liz invited me in for a tour and made us feel welcome right away. We set up a day of day care prior to the 5 day trip. This kennel is built the old fashioned way of indoor/outdoor kennels in a down home style. Very relaxed country setting. You can easily see and feel that they all love animals. This was the only place that allowed my dog to have his bedding and his toys with him. On the night that I dropped him off I realized I forgot his toys. Later that night I drove back and left his toys on the porch for him. This was at 8:30 in the evening and all was quiet. The dogs had settled in and were not howling or anything. That really impressed me. The dogs have enough space, and privacy walls that they could settle down and relax. Other boarding places felt like a puppy mill or humane society. If your dog wants to come out and be walked, they will walk him/her. If your dog does not want to be walked, they are safe and secure in the kennel. Approximately 6-10 feet of pacing space between indoor and out door. I felt completely ok knowing my dog was safe, secure, contained and could not escape or get lost. Thank you to Karen, Liz and Chris for understanding my concerns and not being offended by any question I had. My dog had never been kenneled or even watched by another person in 7 years. They took away all of my anxiety.

Have always taken great care of my dog l. I've noticed she always drinks a lot of water when she gets home from here but I've chalked that up to her being excited to go home. All in all a great place to take your dog.

Rampart Kennels has been a fabulous surrogate for my Cockapoo. He loves going for a day or even a longer time. The staff is friendly and committed to taking care of our furry family. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't take my dog Cocobell (aka Toto)anywhere else, she is treated like family. Toto comes out as happy as she goes in, all the staff love her and she loves them. They take her out for a daily walk, and give her individual attention. We appreciate the indoor and outdoor kennel space, and spacious indoor kennel area. Staff have been consistent which helps her attach to them. The only thing I wished they would add is cameras so I can see her if I want. This would give me added comfort to be able to see her whenever I wanted.

The compassionate staff took great care of my elderly dog during a family vacation. I look forward to booking with them again!

We had our puppy there for a few days and she was soooooo happy when we got her back! The staff knew everything that happened with her for those days and we are so thankful for them!

We boarded our pups here over Christmas and the staff was incredibly friendly both when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. When we went to pick the pups up they seemed very happy when they came out so I am assuming they had a good stay! Not to mention the price is so much better than many other locations. We will definitely be coming back here when we need to board them again!
