Impossible to get a hold of anyone during “listed” hours or otherwise. Still interested in adopting the kitten I wanted to meet — would appreciate a call back or a message?

I haven't had any experiences with this place but I'm a needing someone to take a female cat and the only thing I see wrong is their website says different from the times they open it says they're open two days but when I look just on Google it says they're open only on Saturdays so it's very confusing and very frustrating when you can't get a hold of anybody and you don't know hours of operation I think people need to be more clear on hours of operations

Not to be dramatic, but I have had a horrible experience with this place. My husband and I found a cat wandering our neighborhood, took her to get tested for a microchip, and they transferred the cat to this place because she did not have a microchip. My husband and I were very interested in adopting this cat, so we called this place over 10 times in a week, with each call going directly to voicemail. The hours on Google vary from the hours on the website. Google says they are open 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays, but their website says they are open 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays. We visited their building 2 times, considering they would not answer or return any calls, emails, Facebook messages, or Instagram direct messages. We visited at 9:30 am on a Saturday, and 2:30 pm another Saturday, with both visits being met with a locked door. We called and knocked on the door for about 20 minutes, with nobody answering. There were cars in the parking lot, lights on, and a coat on the hook (could see from the front door) but nobody answered. I am sure they take great care of their cats, but it would be even better if their cats could actually be adopted.

These folks are PAWSOME! They helped me with a very pregnant mama cat I found wondering the streets. Very kind, thoughtful, and generous with their time.

They were full and couldn't take my mother cat and kittens but I was pleased to know they were helping others already. The people there were very friendly and helpful.

Place smelled REALLY like cat pee. Can't really say anything about the service because there was only one person there.

I'm giving this a neutral as we held a tea party there not really knowing anything about the place. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Have tried to visit twice while open but no one seems to ever open the door. Oh and our cat we got from them had a sinus infection on top of the huge price tag to get the cat . Look else where

Drove all the way there during their “listed hours”. It isn’t the most convenient to shuffle my kids all over to come see this shelter to find the door locked, no one responded, and no one would answer the phone. It is kinda hard to get funding and adopt out cats if it is not easy for potential adopters to visit. So i had to get my kids back in the car and we headed to Happy cats Haven which was a great experience.

My daughter had a fun time playing with the cats. Is a great place for my daughter to be in contact with cats before she is ready to foster one later.

The best cat shelter I've ever been to. Please donate and volunteer if you can!

My experience at this facility was very odd. Staff took us around to different rooms with cats but did not seem interested in what we wanted in a cat. Facility was dirty and staff mentioned a few of their cats that had been returned for sickness.

It is a nice way to get to know possible cats that are up for adoption and enjoyable companionship with other people in the community

Disappointing. Tried to visit on their (limited) one day listed during the week (Saturday), in the middle of what should be their (limited) open hours (3pm) - no answer at the door(s) and phone went instantly to voice mail when calling.. They should list it as "Come on down, chance your luck! We may be here, we may respond, who knows? Take some time, add some mystery to your life and see if you're one of the lucky ones that'll actually get inside. We're like Willy Wonka, only with cats. Maybe."

Great place to adopt a cat. Call for hours as it varies based on schedules. They work hard to match cats with the right pet owners for life.

The Cat Cafe was not what I was expecting. I wish I could buy metal chairs and tables for them. This shelter does great work with cats. They are well taken care of. The shelter needs more funding!

I recommend coming on Saturdays for the cat cafe. If you like cats, then you don't like seeing them in cages. The cat cafe is a room with about 10 cats and millions of toys. The cat cafe is fun and a great way to play with some cats!

The workers know the personality of all their cats and are willing to spend the time to answer all of your questions.

We went to visit these ladies about a kitty we saw online. It's a small facility that makes a big impact caring for cats that have been brushed aside by other shelters in the state. You can tell they genuinely care about the cats in their care and do everything they can to make sure they end up in loving homes. They don't rush cats through to get them in and out, either. It seems like they really do their due diligence to make sure kitties are healthy before they go to their new homes.
