My boys are absolutely the light of my life. I knew when they would be traveling to Korea I wanted the best/safest option as possible. Pet Relocator was recommended to me by Leo from Shindogs air. Deana Davis was my pet expert and she did a fabulous job. I am a helicopter mom and she answered all my questions and put me at ease. I knew exactly where they were their entire journey. She really went above and beyond making sure all of their paperwork was correct and kept me updated with everything I needed done. For such a stressful experience it really went so smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to ship their pets. I will definitely be contacting them for our trip back home. I can’t thank them enough for getting our family back together!

I had the absolute best experience with Pet Relocator!!I decided to choose them over others because they were 100% more personable and were extremely quick to resending to any concern or questions Ive he'd throughout the whole process. You defiantly can not bet the price! When looking into other company's they were charging me 2x or 3x more the amount of what I paid! They were so caring and and sent me picture and kept me updated the whole time my cat was on the plane. I had trouble with a document from the vet that was already sent to stamped in the capital and they really went out of their way to fix that when I couldnt find the solution! What prompted you to seek Pet Relocator services? I had a life-changing move to Germany coming up and I was researching what I needed to do to bring my dog. I wasn't confident I was finding current information or all the necessary information and I happened on a site that represented companies that helped move pets--even internationally. But I had no idea which ones were really good or not. I realized of all the "stuff" I was moving, my pet was my most precious cargo and I didn't want anything to go wrong. I had moved many times within the US, but there are different rules once you go outside the US. I wanted expert help. What made you believe that Pet Relocator was the best for achieving your desired result? I was immediately impressed and how organized and detailed the information provided was. Any questions I had or clarification needed, were responded to quickly. Each response built my confidence. How did Pet Relocator help you with your concerns for your pet’s travel? Always answering my questions and assuring me. Were our communication and requirements defined well? Yes, the only trouble we experienced was finding the location for picking up my dog. We were leaving the baggage claim from the airport and it was a little confusing how to find door 26 from that location. We did figure it out with the help of my teenage granddaughter! If a potential client was on the fence about whether to work with Pet Relocator or not, what would you say to them? Let a professional handle it! Germany is a pet friendly country, but they have rules that must be followed and not all countries are as pet friendly as Germany. It is worth the cost to know things are going to go the way they need to and that you and your pet are fully prepared.

Figuring out how to get our dog from the U.S. to Germany was hands down the most difficult part of our move UNTIL we decided to go with Deana and the Pet Relocator team. Their professionalism set our minds at ease and they were always responsive to emails and the many questions we had. Plus their pricing was better than other quotes we received. Everything went very smooth and they were able to help us finally get Moose over here. I would absolutely work with them again!

I found Pet Relocator while searching for a pet shipping company for our cat to Germany. The price was more competitive than other companies and the service provided was outstanding. From the start I was informed of the crate requirements, my responsibilities, well as the paperwork to take to my vet. My cat is 17 years old and needed senior bloodwork before we would be able to move forward with the process, and while we were waiting on her results, Deana was outstanding with her customer service. She emailed me regularly with any updates, to answer my questions, and she understood my concerns with the flight for an older cat. When we had our vet appointment she asked that I email the paperwork before we left the vet to ensure everything was correct and complete giving us peace of mind in the process. With the drop off the gentleman we met with was prompt and went straight to work attaching the necessary tags/stickers to the crate and talking to the cargo department to make sure the paperwork was in order and that she was set to ship. Once our cat arrived in country the consignee experienced a slight issue (no fault of Pet Relocator at all we'll call it user error) and Deana answered their call to address their concerns from overseas, and she even talked to the cargo office to resolve the issue herself. She emailed me to update me through this process and to make sure that I was kept up to date and that my cat was successfully secured. I highly recommend this service to anyone shipping their pet. The level of communication, attention to detail, information provided in email, and mailed to me allowed this process to be handled in the most professional way and eased my worries. This place…sigh. I didn’t want to end up writing this review. I hoped the company would fix their mistakes but they didn’t. So please, unless you want to be broke and get gray hair, don’t use this company! Here’s the story. We were moving our large dog to New Zealand. NZ is probably the most complicated country to get dogs into and requires an immigrant to use a pet shipper. We contacted pet relocate 8 months prior to our trip. They gave us a great price and we’re very responsive early on. When we actually had to get things done is when everything went awry. I am still exhausted from dealing with this so I don’t want to write all the details here. But basically I had to nag the representative we got for every single thing. She became really unresponsive the closer to our departure date. I had to turn into a giant bag Just to get things done. One of our vets screwed up something and she used this to blame the vet for everything that went wrong. But truth is, if she had just answered my questions in a timely manner, we could’ve gotten over these problems. I had to continually cajole the woman, praising the little work she did with the hopes of getting the info I needed. Here’s the end result - my dog ended up leaving a week after us. This cost me an extra $3000. They also ended up billing us almost double for their services. They blamed all of this on the mistakes by the vet. I ended up paying over $15,000 instead of the 6,000 they quoted. My dog did get here, so I gave some stars, but they barely deserve that. We wrote an email to complain and they sent us back one blaming that vet again. No accountability. No resolution. I’m still tired. Save yourself the headache.

I have use pet relocator twice now first time with my pup Chester and second time now with my pup Sabine. I worked with Crystal both times and she is amazing gets things done and responds quickly even with the time change (Iam in Germany) she was pretty fast in responding also help out my dad in law (who was taking care of Sabine) he was at the vet and was having vet problems I called her and answered right away and took care of everything. We also express we wanted to shipper her asap and was able to do that for us.

We were completely satisfied with how they interacted with us, our dog, and our vet, to ensure all the paperwork, international airline + government requirements, supplies etc., would all be handled. In the end, the exact needs of our pet were met efficiently and every detail was considered. There is a lot to manage and every thing turned out for the best. The most wonderful experience is greeting your tired but exuberant dog when they arrive safely after two 1/2 days of travel and stops in 3 countries! We just relocated from Denver, CO to Stavanger, Norway in June 2021, and used Pet Relocator to help us transport our dog Max. They were wonderful to work with, answered all of our questions and made us feel very secure that he would be well cared for on his journey. Trying to figure out how to transport him here was probably the most stressful part of our whole move, and we could not have been more pleased with Pet Relocator's services. I highly recommend Pet Relocator! I had 5 weeks notice to relocate my family from Hawaii to South Korea. It was overwhelming to say the least! Crystal was just the best. She got my quote, booked the tickets, walked my vets office through the submission of the health certificate, hired a transport service to get my 60 pound lab and her XL crate from my house to the airport and lined up her arrival with the Korean company that was receiving my dog on arrival. Communication was excellent throughout the whole experience. This service is absolutely worth the cost.

Due to an error on our paperwork, we had to leave our cat behind at the last minute while we moved to Korea. It was so stressful and we didn't know what to do. We decided to ship him via manifest cargo, and Pet Relocator was critical to getting him to us. They worked with us for FOUR MONTHS as we struggled to get him to pass his FAVN. Cassandra worked directly with our vet to ensure that his paperwork was done correctly and patiently and thoughtfully found the right flight for him. He was 16 years old with kidney failure, and Cassandra was empathetic and ensured us he would be comfortable and safe. And he was! He arrived safely, and he's been happy and healthy ever since.

The military was moving us overseas during COVID and our pups are on the larger size which was making it harder for us to fly them over with us. Pet Relocator was one of the cheaper quotes we received and had good reviews within the military pet parent community. We knew that they had been helping other military families moving overseas during COVID, and so they would be familiar with the process in the current travel climate. Our pet relocator specialist was always very helpful and easy to contact. They were very thorough when it came to the information that we needed and answered all of our questions. Our quote was also broke down so that we could see what was included and what everything cost specifically which we really appreciated. We received great service for a reasonable price, and we would choose them again! They relieved us of the stress of something going wrong on travel day. We cannot imagine attempting to do all of this all over again during COVID without their help!

Pet Relocator was fantastic for me. I relocated to France during the pandemic, and couldn't bring my kitty over immediately. Several months later, as I was coordinating her move, I shopped around and found Pet Relocator. They had great reviews, AND a more competitive price than a lot of their peers. I worked exclusively with Crystal, who is nothing short of outstanding. She was patient, thorough, responsive, proactive, and personable. Being on another continent (kitty went from Seattle to Paris) was very stressful, but Crystal was so calm and collected through all our communication. She always had the answers! The process of getting supplies ready on the company's end, as well as their shipment to Seattle of what was needed was great. I was advised properly on the travel crate purchase and assembly. I had help for the paperwork that was needed, as well kitty's prep, vet visit, etc. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and the whole process was extremely smooth. Kitty arrived safe and sound and I can't recommend their services enough!

We were planning a move from Seattle to the UK during a COVID surge with just a few weeks of notice, with Thanksgiving weekend just before our move. Cassandra at Pet Relocator went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to take our Corgi with us. She came to us on day 1 with a plan for getting our dog to the UK. She knew which airlines had stopped transporting pets, which airports were already fully booked and couldn't accept more animals on our travel date, even which USDA offices worked fastest to return our paperwork! I wasn't too familiar with sending animals via manifest cargo at first, but I am so glad I did my research and was recommended to use Pet Relocator to ship my golden retriever to Korea! He had made it safe and sound to the destination country without any hiccups, and Cassandra made sure to keep in communication with me throughout his entire trip. Once he made it to Korea, the receiving agent they partner with (Shindogs Air) was also phenomenal about communicating our Teddy's well-being with us. My situation was weird in the fact that I had no definitive leave date, nor did I even know if I was going to be able to leave the country on military orders - regardless of this, I called the company and Cassandra was more than understanding and patient with us, assuring us that everything would be taken care of in a smooth manner. She helped guide me in preparing all of Teddy's paperwork and certificates needed, as well as proper kennel sizing and brand recommendations. It was months - yes, MONTHS - before we were able to receive a definitive leave date, but Cassandra never made us feel rushed and maintained constant communication to make sure we were still okay on everything. When it was time to drop Teddy off at the cargo warehouse on the day of his flight, Cassandra helped me set up his giant kennel herself, made sure everything was good to go, and handled all the paperwork processing without me even having to get out of my vehicle. We worked with Pet Relocator (Deana) to move our senior dog from Denver to Amsterdam as my husband got transferred with work. Deana was awesome, their price was competitive with other competitors, but the google reviews and Deana's patient and forthcoming communication easily swayed us in their direction. I could not be more grateful for her work. She kept us informed and made everything very simple. Our dog had to be boarded for a week prior to flying out, as all flights were booked around our moving date. Deana helped with that too. We picked up our dog in Amsterdam yesterday, she is healthy and happy. A bit skittish I think because we left her 10 days ago in the USA in an unfamiliar place with people she has never met before. But she is otherwise completely healthy. Make sure when you pick up your pet, to give them time to walk and pee a lot.
