Peaceful partings was wonderful. I'm so thankful for their services and very thankful that they provide services in the Pueblo area. The Ladies im sorry i have forgotten their names were wonderful, patient, respectful, and kind the entire time.

I couldn't have asked for better people to come help my dog get put to sleep. It was hard but the women were so sweet and took really good care of my beloved dog.

Unfortunately, yesterday was the third time I had to use their services within the last 19 months. This was the first time however, that I had them come into my home and help my dog cross over. I cannot express the compassion, and the kindness they expressed while taking care of my dogs needs. I am so very glad that they were able to come to my home in order not to stress my dog out, and that they were able to take her immediately with. I see so many negative comments in regards to this place, however, I think when a person is grieving, they perceive things a lot differently than what it truly is. I have had good experiences with this company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service. Thank you Missy for all you do, and most of all, thank you for taking care of my Jazzmyn the way you did. You are very appreciated.

The ladies were very professional and told me step by step what was going to happen. So glad they could be home in their environment. Had to put both my Moochie and Kojack down. They made it very comfortable for us all.. Thanks again ladies!

Horrible insensitive DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT they have no sympathy WHEN THAT IS PART OF THERE JOB DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PET

We had to have our Sheltie put down recently. She hated going to the vet, so we knew we had to do it at home. The people from Peaceful Partings were great. They were very accommodating of all of us, including our kids, being present and petting our dog while she passed. They made sure our dog was comfortable. They explained every step and what we could expect as/after she passed away. Our dog was very dehydrated, but the tech was able to get the IV catheter in quickly and painlessly on the first try. She passed away peacefully and calmly, and we're so grateful for that. They gave us and our other dog time to say goodbye. This is the worst thing a pet owner can experience, but they made it easier.

She called me back just to tell me that she didn’t like my voicemail. Meanwhile I’m crying over losing my best friend. Like why would you call me back to tell me that? I don’t care if you don’t want to help me? Do you want my money or not? What a weirdo

Missy took good care of our 15 year old boxer Zada and made her passing very peaceful.

One of the worst days of my life and these ladies were amazing. They truly were amazing and so patient. Will use them again 100% when that time comes again.

The ladies made a difficult decision one of peace. Our fur baby was able to start his eternal rest in the comfort of his own home surrounded by the people who loved him most. Our other fur babies were also able to say good bye. Thank you for providing this servicefor our fur baby.

Saying goodbye to your furry loved one is one of the hardest things you'll go through, and Peaceful Partings makes it just that...peaceful. Thank you for putting my Groot to rest, you guys did great and were so understanding and kind.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in 3 years we’ve had to use them. Missy and I cannot remember the Dr.’s name ( I’m sorry) were so nice both times. They explained everything that could happen and they were so nice and comforting. Missy was talking to Lily and petting her while learning a few things about our human furry child. I thank you so much from the bottom of my very broken heart!

Sooo heartbroken. But they made it easier. Wonderful place. Felt secure to leave them to take final care of a beloved pet and companion.

Our sweet boy passed today. The service wasn’t bad but it certainly wasn’t made special. Another well known company who was unavailable told us to beware for this exact thing... but we had no choice!!! I’m a nurse and I’m 100% sure I could make families feel a whole lot better than they did today. They did the bare minimum. Price for this aside...,the human compassion and more comfort would have been nice. Overall, they come and do the job. You aren’t getting anything extra! If that’s what you are looking for then that should be fine! I never write reviews so you know I’m spot on with this!!! Just seemed cold to me! Ugh!!! There are several other companies. I wanted nothing more to say Omg this company was amazing. But they weren’t. Sigh!!!

I am truly thankful for this company and the services they provide. We had to put our sweet boy down last week and it was one of the hardest things I've faced. Missy and another amazing gal came to our home to help our sweet boy cross over the rainbow bridge. We did it outside in the beautiful sunshine. They are both such genuine and authentic women who showed us kindness and compassion. Thank you Peaceful Partings! We will forever be grateful to you.

I just got home from picking up Sasha's ashes. While it has been quite emotional, and I am working to deal with the loss of my friend, I cannot imagine having gone through this process without Peaceful Partings. The women who came to our home were amazing. They showed a genuine compassion and clearly have not let their work "sterilize" them to the grief that is felt by their clients. I cannot thank you enough for helping us to go through this very difficult time. I will tell everyone I know about your service, and I will be forever grateful that you were there to help us say goodbye in a way that brought dignity and comfort. Thank you. It made putting my precious angel down a lot easier. They were so kind and compassionate to all of us. They explained everything step by step before they did it and allowed us time to say our goodbyes. Thank you so much for making this whole process so much more stress free and treating our baby with such care.

Unfortunately all 3 of our pets (2 dogs and a cat) had to be put down due to suffering. We felt it was best for the animal to be euthanized than let it suffer and this service is amazing for that. In the past we had to go to the vet which made the last moments of life terrible as the vet is typically a cold scary place for most animals. Having the animal pass on your lap at home in a comfortable environment is as humane and peaceful as you can get. We used this service 3 different times now for 3 different pets and all 3 times they were very professional and caring. We hope to not see them again for a long time but when the time comes we will definitely call them again.

The woman answering phones is unkind, uncaring, and rude. Didn’t even offer sympathy. I’m a funeral director and was disgusted and her phone manor. Called with a simple question regarding my dogs final day, and she seemed annoyed that I even called. Their website says they serve surrounding areas of El Paso county, and when I asked if they serve Denver she rudely stated that they are located in the spring... despite their website saying surrounding areas. Obviously there’s a reason they are one of the euthanasia services that doesn’t have 5 stars and everyone of the bad reviews is about the heartless woman answering the phones. Your pet deserves better.

My poor little guy was failing and in a lot of discomfort so we painfully made the decision and called this place. It was hours before someone called us back and when they finally returned our call, we told the woman we had called to set up an appointment with someone else. She was anything but "kind and compassionate" on the phone, more like curt, rude and cold! So we were glad we went with someone else that gave us the compassion and understanding we needed during this awful time.

Today was an extremely rough day. We said goodbye to our beloved dog Coors. They arrived on time and came prepared for anything. They took time to explain the process and we're very caring for our our old man. Thank you for coming to our home to help us during this difficult time.

Sorry, we used this service four years ago with no issue. This time, the lady who answered (actually returned our call) the phone was cold, non understanding, and far from empathetic. Not what pet owners need from a company that is supposed to be compassionate in times like this. Reconsider your customer service and the first voice people hear from your company. Going to another business.

This angel crossed over with the help of Peaceful Partings. She was 20 years old and it was time. The staff was wonderful and Willow went peacefully on my lap. I will not take my cats to the vet for this procedure ever again. This was not stressful for her in the least. They provide a great service in a time of grief. Thank you.

My cat was like a child to me. He was ill only a short time, thank heavens. When the time came, Peaceful Partings was there to help us say goodbye in a way that honored a beautiful soul and a life well lived. They were comforting, but not intrusive. They gave us the time and space we needed to part ways after a lifetime together.
