Love this vets office. They are very kind and caring group of people.

I tried to get an appointment for my dog at 5 different vets in Colorado Springs and nobody had anything available for a week. Belaire was able to get him in the next morning. They were quick and efficient with his treatment and explained everything they were doing. I'm very grateful to them for taking such good care of him.

I CANT EXPRESS how grateful I am for this clinic!!!! I called them in a panic because, my vet in town closed down and my dog, Axl needed an emergency vet visit. They let him in within a few hours! They were so helpful and understanding. My dog was taken care of better in one visit then he’s ever been. Not only has his ear infection gotten much much better but, his allergies haven’t been bothering him thanks to the spray they prescribed. I’m so so happy to see my energetic, playful and happy chihuahua back to how he was! Couldn’t thank y’all enough.

I think it’s really messed up that they keep this poor turtle in this little, tiny aquarium and this tiny little tank is his or her entire life. It has nothing in there for him to do. He just sits there all day everyday, day in and day out. This is a Vet…Wtf…

Two of my granddogs had their teeth cleaned here and they looked real good. This is the only vet they have been to and have had at least 10 visits each we've been very happy with the care the dogs have received here. I would definitely recommend them!

The whole place was filthy. Medical care for animals and humans alike should be preformed in a sanitary environment. The amount of dirt and dust that was apparent in the waiting room should have tipped me off to what I was about to experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and disorganized. The whole desk was covered in paperwork and charts couldn’t be located with the correct patient several times during my wait. I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment. I was skipped because a “large” dog was coming from the room and the patient after me also had a large dog so that was their solution for the complete lack of space in the waiting room. The “vet” was ungloved and used her hands to sanitize the poop converted thermometer that was left on the examination table from the previous patient. They spent a less than 5 minutes with my animal and I before suggesting that I pay them $425 for blood tests and some pain meds. $57 just for my dog to walk in and then given blanket analysis without listening. Oh and let’s not forget the office turtle that was obviously 3 times too big for his cage. I will be following up with the city of Pueblo regarding the conditions of this facility as I can still smell that office over an hour later.

If I could it wouldn’t get any stars!! Never bring your animal here!! They spent not even 5 minutes to try to diagnose my 1 year old cat. They gave me the wrong medicine that doesn’t even treat an upper respiratory infection. My cat is still very sick. They didn’t know what was wrong with her. They gave a list of prices of blood work, X-rays, surgery, staying over night. The prices were outrageous! They had no idea what was wrong. They ended up giving me an over the counter medicine that is not even for the right diagnosis! My cat is still suffering! I will take her somewhere else’s. This place is also very dirty. Do not bring your pet here.

My dog fell down some stairs and I thought she might have dislocated her leg because she had trouble walking. I called 4 or 5 vets in Pueblo to try to get her in as a new patient and was denied at all of them or told 2 weeks or months. This was the only place I could get her in on short notice. They do push a lot of services, but I appreciate them getting her in. They didn't explain to me the real purpose of the blood test, so they need to make it clear that elderly dogs should get the tests to check if it's safe for their organs to take certain medications. If I had known, I would have done the test. Staff is friendly, tho.

Great prices, and caring staff. The vet is a nice woman. She was very accommodating when we had to put our 20 year old golden retriever down. They now service my two toy poodles and my dogs like her. I like that she does n'ot charge a full office visit fee just to get a shot. I wish the lobby was a little bigger, but otherwise can't complain.

This hospital has been there for the passing of two of my dear loved ones and the new Adoption a 3rd loved one. This hospital is outstanding and I will always highly recommend to any pet owner who deeply loves their four legged fur babies!????

Do not go here they are scammers tried to charge me 250 plus for medication to make my dog ok he was in a dog fight and proceeded to tell me i need to take him to my personal vet to get his jaw wired they couldnt do nothing but were trying to make 250 off me knowing id have to pay for remaining balance at other vet na$ty people

I called with a unique situation that was dire. Their motto? "To heal the sick and injured". They held to that and the staff was amazing! I found my Vet! Thank y'all so much for all your help! I couldn't have saved them with out you!

This place has an amazing staff that cares for your pet and in a timely manner! They follow up with you and your pet after their treatment and not to mention, you can go inside with your pet! Opposed to our last vet. Grateful for Belaire Animal Hospital!
