The lady that I dealt with was very nice and very compassionate. She explained the process and everything I needed to know. I like the many options they have for urns and paw prints. Wait time for my cat is about 3 to 5 days for individual cremation. Kudos for somebody having to do that on a daily basis.

Not only that the price is actually cheap but they are very sweet and kind but they do their job and I know it's a very hard position to deal with

Compassionate service and overall not a bad price. Came home from work to my Doberman deceased and they told me they would wait until I got there after hours if necessary. I was a mess but they help out and showed compassion and an informational pamphlet of the process and what urns to pick out (they’re beautiful btw) Definitely tell they take pride in taking care of the remains of our beloved pets.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Peaceful Memorials. During the COVID outbreak, they were able to accept my sweet cat, and kept fantastic communication with me about her. They will be dropping her remains off tomorrow to my porch, being as there are restrictions in our area. I cannot thank you enough for all the help and compassion I have received, you guys have made this process much easier than I anticipated. THANK YOU!

Peaceful Memorials took great care for our lab that passed away last week. I forgot to remove his collar and scarf when he was taken there. They made sure to get those items back to me. I cannot thank you enough!

Peaceful Memorials is a wonderful place to bring your pet. Missy was very understanding and helpful, she explained everything wonderfully and was more than accommodating. She made a painful and difficult time much smoother and easier. I appreciate everything they were able to do for us, and they took excellent care of my baby. Thank you for being such lovely people, and for answering all of my questions.

Unfortunately pets die and all 3 of our pets (2 dogs and a cat) had to use this service when the time came. All 3 at different times and each time all went smoothly and no problems. We will continue to use them in the future, but hopefully very distant future.

We had an awful experience here. Should have read all the terrible reviews about this place before scheduling. The main worker Missy should defiantly look into a different career field because she has zero customer service skills or compassion.

I recently lost my kitten, Oreo, and was completely devastated. My local veterinarian works with Peaceful Memorials Pet Crematory. When I went to pick up my baby's remains, I was very impressed with the care put into it. I received a nice bag with Oreo's name on it, a clay paw print, and his ashes in a beautiful wooden box. While I didn't work directly with Peaceful Memorials, I was very happy with their service. It gave me a lot of peace to see how his remains were treated with respect and dignity. The paw print is something I will treasure forever. When you think about the box and the manner of which the remains were returned, it was really quite reasonable. $130 for everything for a 1lb kitten. Most places will return ashes in a plastic urn, and even worse, maybe in a Walmart shopping bag. This was packed with care. I am grateful my vet works with Peaceful Memorials. I am hoping I will not need to use them ever again, but if I do, it will be a great comfort in the darkest of moments.

Fortunately, they were able to help us even on Veterans Day when most other places were closed. Missy was efficient and professional and everything was handled with care and compassion. The prices were reasonable as well. If we need their services in the future, we will use Peaceful Memorials again.

The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She had zero compassion or understanding, and got snarky with me just trying to set a time. I hung up on her and will be going to Lasting Paws from now on. They were very compassionate and caring when making arrangements, it was a much better experience & I do not recommend this place.

Just had my dog cremated here. They were professional and treated my dog with respect and dignity. I was greatly appreciative. They also gave me a mold of my dogs paw print. Thanks you

Thank you so much for the beautiful care you took of my precious Bandit. He was such a loving sweet puppy. He was my constant companion and my lifeline when I recently lost my mom .He will always be in my heart and missed so much. Rest in peace to my boo boos... My husband called this place to get a quote when told the price of 95$ he explained that we were going to check a few more places. The lady was very rude and responded with saying that there were only two places that did creamation and anywhere we called was going to be more . We called Hamlet and was told it would be 55$ I called her back to explain that maybe if people couldn't afford their services there was another option and she then hung up on me. I was appalled! I've used homeward bound and they were fantastic. hamlet was also very compassionate and helpful. Avoid this place if u can.

My cat passed away this past Friday and the young guy that works here was willing to wait past closing time for me to drop her off. I definitely recommend Peaceful Memorials!
