The staff here care deeply about their patients and of course their owners. At all times, what is in the best interest of both the pet and their family is considered. I can confidently say that pets do receive quality care at this facility and I would highly recommend Animal Hospital of Falcon to friends and family for their pet care needs.

We recently found a nest of baby birds in Falcon and unfortunately only one is left. Just called this vet looking for some help, either pointing us in a direction of where to take this baby or some advice on how to properly care for it. Whoever answered the phone, She was extremely rude & condescending. Did not seem to care whatsoever. She interrupted me multiple times, not letting me finish explaining our situation. Only thing she could tell me was “you’ll have to do some online research.” Very rude & unhelpful. Wouldn’t want people like her caring for my animals.

We took our dog to the vet office who never has appointments. So, if you want to get your dog seen you must pay for the afterhours fee. Our dog is older and has arthritis. He had started limping bad and we were not sure if he had permanently injured something. He had also started drooling and drinking copious amounts of water. The vet x-rayed him and said it was just arthritis and sent him home. Then we went to the Animal Hospital of Falcon, because we knew it had to be something more and wanted a second opinion. Sure enough he had experienced a neurological episode, possibly a stroke. His face is paralyzed on the right side. They did other tests and found he had a UTI. If we had just let things stand from the previous vet, our dog would have remained in pain and struggling, and we would not have known why. I highly recommend these guys. They are open, honest, and pay attention to the details. I am so thankful.

Over paid to have my dogs blood work done and they could approve my chewy order for medicine. Chewy has contacted them 2 times now and they still haven’t approved the prescription order. Called the vet and all they said was oh yeah I can see they’ve been calling, I’m not sure why the vet hasn’t approved the order. How about you do what you were paid for and approve the prescription. Would take my dog to any vet besides this place.

We needed an appointment for a second opinion for our puppy dog. They got her in right away and gave us an excellent referral to a specialist. They will now be our primary vet.

Still hoping to get a personal call from the veterinarian. He over vaccinated my 2 month old puppy as she had already received her 2 month shots just days before. I brought in her shot records. And they didn't even look at them. She was in for a vet check on a 3 day window of purchasing her and she did not receive that. They are refusing my calls because I was upset and they would not let me talk to the doctor that issued the shots. They also failed to fill in my shot record for my other puppy that is 3 months old. I had to tell them to. They won't let you on with your pet and we t let you speak to the vet if you have a complaint. Hoping they are at lest courteous enough to reimburse me for the shots they mistakenly gave the 2 month old. This place is scary.

Best vet experience I’ve ever had in 9 years of having pets. They were very respectful, charged fairly and I felt very heard when it came to choices we’ve made for our dog that we took in. Zero pressure, zero trying to sell me on things. I was told to take our time deciding on a procedure and really appreciated how their entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely love the staff . Dr.Kranz is so caring compassionate and alway wiling to explain anything you ask about your fur baby .I can not say enough about how wonderful she really is highly recommend having her take care of your pet needs

The staff at Animal Hospital of Falcon is super friendly, caring & customer oriented. We went there for the first time after transferring from another vet and had a great experience. Dr. Fede took wonderful care of our dog. She explained everything to us and was very patient and answering all of our questions. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Animal Hospital of Falcon!

Very caring vet! Have always had the best care for my dogs and even my Cockatiel! Also showed great compassion during putting two dogs down over the years!

The staff and Dr Bush were very professional and their bedside manner was top notch. We had to make the unfortunate decision to put our dog down and team was helpful and supportive with the whole process.

I am surprised this place is still in business. The customer service is terrible at best and common requests like nail clipping and other small tasks are forgotten but you will get charged for it. After several blatant mistakes, I told the technician I was going elsewhere and now my dog's medicine has been rescinded by these pathetic idiots and I am going elsewhere. BEWARE dog owners!!

I can't thank the Animal Hospital of Falcon enough for the wonderful care they gave my dog Sarah over the years, even up to her last hour they couldn't have been more exceptional if they tried. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for someone who actually cares about your animal.

We took in our 4month old puppy for his first time shots and first exam the staff was very knowledgeable knew exactly what and how through the whole thing. We were done in a timely manner we have our vet for life. P.S. Not over priced or hidden fees we were told a price and that's what we payed we got so much how to take care of info as well we highly recommend and happily give 5 star rating. Thank you team of animal hospital and dr. Baker for everything

Dr. Lehman is amazing and So is the staff. I wouldn’t want to bring my kids anywhere else. They don’t sell stuff you don’t need, are honest and trustworthy. Their prices are reasonable and service is second to none.

Called today to check pricing for a nail trim for our pup. He’s been in before, he does need to be muzzled to have his nails trimmed. I asked for pricing & the woman told me $15 dollars. Then proceeded to ask if he “Alligator rolls” and if so it would be $25, not $15. I think it’s absolutely absurd to think that if the dog doesn’t love his nails trimmed that it’s $10 more dollars. It’s honesty not even about the money, it’s the fact that they want to charge more, for doing what, holding my dog a little tighter? Shouldn’t the dog be held tight/restrained to ensure he doesn’t wiggle and the quick isn’t clipped? We won’t be back!

They are very conscientious. Diagnosed our dog's allergies and prescribed proper medication. Got him feeling great very quickly.

I was very disappointed with my last visit with Dr. Baker - I have taken my dog to have his nails trimmed with a grinder, bathed, and to training with strangers and have never had an issue with him growling or being upset - in fact he is usually very submissive in those situations, laying on his back while his nails were being trimmed, etc. Dr. Baker came into the exam room for his appointment and proceeded to handle him in a very matter of fact way, and proceeded to grab his collar and harness at once, choking him causing him to growl at her. She proceeded to muzzle him to give him his shots. I am glad she sold the practice, as she clearly has lost her "bedside" manner with the animals.

Great Doctors and Staff! Everyone is kind and caring! They deserve 10 stars!!!

Okay experiences. Were closed for lunch but there were no times or note on the door and 10 cars parked in the back.

Wonderful facility. Have been using this facility for years, first with Dr. Jackson, then Dr. Baker, and this time Dr. Meadows. When our cat needed an appointment on a Friday but one wasn't really available, they arranged for us to drop her off as soon as we could and they squeezed her in between other appointments and I picked her up on my way home from work all fit and ready to terrorize the house again!

Always been awesome with my fur babies!

Knowledgeable vets, friendly, caring staff, nice facilities. They take really good care of my dogs!
