Great team of Dr and staff! Been using them for near 20 years!

My cat normally does not do well at the vet and Dr. Amato was great with keeping her comfortable. Great service and office staff as well.

I recently experienced a nightmare. My cat Smokie had stopped eating, playing, meowing and was in a bad way. We went in, the Dr told me tons of info, explained everything. We were worried she may have ate something beside her recent feather. I was crying and so scared and the staff was so kind. They treated Smokie like a princess. They even got her special food to eat. She is making a full recovery. I am so grateful for the entire staff. They even called to check on her twice. You can’t find better care for the fur baby you love.

They were very friendly and professional! My two dogs were both nervous to be there but the staff were all so patient, calming, and helped my dogs feel more comfortable. The vet really took her time to let them warm up to her before doing anything, and was so sweet with them. I was very impressed!

100%, hands down, without exception, the best vet I’ve ever been to. These guys have been incredibly attentive, responsive and loving when it comes to treating my sick kitty cat. Dr. Amato and her staff truly care about your pets just as much as you do. She makes sure to check in even after hours, because she worries about my fur baby too! I always thought all vets were kind of the same, but this place has changed my mind completely and I will never take my pets anywhere else. Not to mention they are incredibly affordable. My cat is staying with them while they run tests and rehydrate him and I wouldn’t trust him to stay anywhere else. They even let me come visit him while he’s there! Thank you so much to the staff of Our Family Vet, you guys are *literal* lifesavers.

I have a dog with skin allergies have taken her to three other vets none of them including the specialist suggested it might be the food I'm feeding her this vet did suggest it might be the food and it may take up to 3 months to see an improvement, it's been 2 months and I already see an improvement her fur is coming back she's not itching as much.

Our Family Vet has been such a good place - a true blessing! Great staff! Quickly seen by vet tech and then Dr. Amato, who is very knowledgeable. My husky has severe anxiety when going to the vet. Dr. Amato is very patient, loving and kind with him. Highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the hospital is very clean, and the doctors are very compassionate and thorough. I love bringing my pets here and will continue to do so.

I don’t have the words to express how compassionate Dr. Amato and the staff were when we took our senior dog in. She gave us our options and worked with us in making decisions. Absolutely no judgment about us letting a few things go longer than we should have. She did the basic procedures to hopefully give him a few more years. We recommend Our Family Vet to all of our family and friends❤️

Had a problem with my puppy gaining weight and paid for a medical exam the first time to get a diagnosis and when she need the second round of shots her weight was still a problem so they wanted to charge me again for the same medical exam they did before. Also had a test ran that they recommended and was told by the Dr. that she would call within 3 days with the results no matter the outcome. Never heard from her.

I went there for the second time and my dog was looked at but they told me I had t been seen in four years, have no idea what they did to him. He laid around for days. And here's the kicker it was only a yr in-between visits they had the wrong file for my dog.

Rude staff when I went in for a visit. After my puppy died tragically the office called for a heartworm checkup (after they knew she passed) and responded with "that's great!" When I told them the news. Absolutely do not recommend.

Exceptional, compassionate staff. I could not imagine taking our pets anywhere else.

My cat was very ill and they did everything they could to help him. The doctor was very kind, thorough and helpful. Very pleasant office staff. I appreciate everything they did to help my cat.

I had an issue with their businesses practices, but they fixed it. As for caring for animals, they are quite caring and competent.

Have taken my pets here since 1998. Always think of both the pet and the owner needs. Great care and great staff

The staff is super awesome

They both friendly and caring of you and your animals and discuss the price of procedures before doing them so that you are aware of the money you will spend on your babies. Thanks to them my cat is back to being healthy and fat after being diagnosed with diabetes. They don't take payment plans although they do accept care credit which was amazing and a life saver!

Wonderful and caring vets (Dr. Amato and Dr Reed) and staff. Answered my many questions we had before our pet had a procedure. Cheyenne always greets us as we come in the door and is patient and professional!

New to the area, I had to make a tough decision to euthanize my elderly cat. After calling around town, OFV was one of the few vets that had a live person answer the phone and show sincere compassion for my situation. The whole staff was super on a day I was at my tearful worst. Highly recommend.

This place doesn’t know what they are doing. I was given three prices to have my puppies two babies teeth pulled. I clarified it with the office manager twice, she told me it wouldn’t cost me more then a hundred and fifty dollars with the office visit. I set a appointment and then was called and asked question I already answered. Then was told it would now cost $87 then called back a hour later being told it was now $350. This is by the office manager so I can imagine what care your animal would be in if they can’t give you the proper information. Now it will take another month or two so that I can get into another vet to have the work done. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Amato is patient and cares about all my fur babies. No matter how ridiculous my concerns or questions are, she takes time to answer. We've been going since 2016 and will continue to see her.

I just got a dog from the PPHS. I got a free checkup but honestly they barely looked at her. All I heard was she needs this shot and that shot and I asked how much it may be if I got them all.... $350. I didn't need a salesman, I needed a honest vet. The staff is friendly but all they talked about was spending money on things she really didn't need. It felt like a scam to me.

Dr. Amato is a very knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. We have been taking our dogs to her for many years.

A few years back I brought my cat in for signs of lethargy and she wasn't eating or drinking. She was an indoor cat, I never let her out for her own safety. The vet insisted that my cat be tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, she said thats what she thought was wrong with her... after these tests were done and I would have to pay $50 or more for each, she mentions she can tell by the skin of the cat that is dying of kidney failure and needs euthanized. OK SO WHY DID I PAY FOR THESE UNNECCESARY tests, that indoor cats rarely ever have because they dont come in contact with outdoor cats!? I feel so stupid letting this vet take my money from me, she didnt even care about my poor baby. After they ran tests on the kidneys, the one had completely gone and the other by 75%. I had to put her down, AND I had to pay an extra $100 for the tests she knew damn well were unnecessary. Today marks 2 years without my baby and I am finally writing this review.

The whole crew works together to give fast stress free care. They found a couple issues with my dog i was unaware of with just a short exam. New to the area, i thought the process a bit pricey but was assured it was not totally or of line wheni checked around

I've taken my pets here for years. Their knowledge, care, and compassion are exceptional. They make you feel like you are part of the family.
