Lucky Dog Daycare and Boarding - South Colorado Springs, Colorado

Thank you to all staff!! Our boy Sandro loved the 3 nights he stayed with Lucky Dog. First time for us ever leaving him with non family members and now we get a home away from home for him to stay.

I reserved a spot for my dog to stay at Lucky Dog for Thanksgiving weekend. I canceled 1 week before her drop off date but was told I couldn't get my $30 deposit back. There is no written policy about canceling reservations and I didn't find anything on their website although I might have missed it. I asked to speak with the owner or supervisor to get some clarificationon the cancelation policy. I was told no one was available and I would get a call back. It's been 4 days now and no call back.

My dog had a great time. Everyone was very friendly & nice. Their setup & group play by size of dog is great.

Solid place to drop off your Pup for a afternoon. Our Pup went to puppy playtime and a few rounds of doggy day care. This interaction with other people and dogs has helped her tremendously. The daycare always took good care of our furry family member. Would recommend.

Our dog has never been away from us but we had a trip and couldn't fly with her so we left her at lucky dog. The cameras were extremely helpful because although far away, we could see her having a good time with the other dogs. The folks who work here are extremely accommodating. They also all obviously care about dogs. We would leave our little stinker here again if we ever had to!

This is my favorite goto place for washing the dogs. Easy to use tubs, cleaners, shampoo and dryers too. Staff treats you great. I've not used them for dog boarding but the facility is set up for this and I see a lot of people using this service. I love the fact that you can stand up when cleaning your pet instead of at home leaning over the edge of the tub and then the dogs shake all over my bathroom. Also they sell chicken free dog food for dogs who are allergic to chicken.

I always come here for the $15 dog washes. The room has everything you need to give your dog a bath, and the people are super friendly!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. They're kind and patient with our super skittish puppy and dopey puppy alike. They both love coming here and continue to open up with every visit. The staff is truly incredible. The Webcams are perfect to put my mind at ease (although mildly addicting) and the report cards they give when you pick them up really make me feel like someone was really watching out for each of them. Our scared boxer baby McKenna couldn't get by without this wonderful staff - thank you!!!!

On days when I won't be home, I bring our dog here so he can play with other dogs. The staff is friendly and loving with our dog and efficient at getting him to us quickly when we come to pick him up. My dog is always happy and tired when we come home from Lucky Dog.

Pax went in for evaluation for future boarding. Everyone was kind, courteous and friendly.

The staff are always great and my dog, Baxter, is always raring to go in the morning to play with his buddies.

Lucky Dog takes great care of my dog when I have to go to work. He always comes home happy and tired. And they are super responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This place is great! They have indoor and outdoor play spaces and webcams you can watch your dog while they're playing. No harsh landscaping or standing water so your pup is safe while they play. They go out on 90 minute rotations so no one gets too worn out but they still get plenty of energy out. Well staffed, there's never a too many dog-to-human ratio. They offer so many services, including grooming and partnered with training schools locally. The care and attention they give the dogs is awesome. Love, love, love this place. Great way to get them exercised and socialized on days you don't have time to dedicate.

This place is great! I called the night before, a little before closing, in a pinch trying to find a place to drop my dog off the next day. Slightly nervous because he had never been to the facility before and just wasn’t sure if they would accept him on such short notice. I talked to Stacy and she was so helpful and understanding. When I came in to drop Louie off and said I had called yesterday the staff knew exactly who I was. Louie had a great day and I could tell he had so much fun. We will definitely become regulars!!

Everyone at Lucky Dog is awesome! My dog had some fears about bei g there and was very hesitant to making friends with anyone. Once we had a conversation about him being a rescue, they were able to get my boy to open up. He's in love with Hanna and they're in love with him.

Very good with my dogs through the years

My dog Milo LOVES it here!!! I can tell she is treated well here with how excited she gets going to day care. The staff were very sweet and patient with her as she was very skiddish at first, but she has completely warmed up to all the staff. She's an energetic pup so this is the perfect place for her. Nothing but great things to say about the daycare! The employees take such great care of my sweet girl, Kodi. It is obvious they all love the dogs & it’s not just a job. They have indoor & outdoor play areas, and different play groups depending on size and personality. They have webcams to check on your fur baby during the day, and my pup always comes home happy & tired!! Their pricing is great for daycare, and although I have not used their boarding yet they have military discount which is awesome! It was also so cute that I got a report card after her first day!!

Execllent customer service and my dog loves his time there!

We booked with them based on their website, but when I took my dog in she was clearly very afraid, based on the loud barking and crying, I couldn't blame her. We ended up getting her a dog sitter through Wag! And felt much better knowing she was actually getting attention. Lucky dog wanted to charge 5$ for 10 minutes of play.....uhm, no! Unlucky dog is more like it.
