I have a 10 year old mini Dachshund.  After a routine nail treatment, I noticed him acting strangely.  After doing some research on here and yelp, I found this vet.  True, their facilities are not up to date.  Dark brown wood and 70's marble tile...but in that moment who cares what a place looks like...it's how you and your pet are met and treated.  My poor, trembling boy just wanted to hold his favorite kong toy and was allowed to do so thru his initial evaluation.  I was so distraught...so tired from caring for and worrying over him....it was reassuring how kind his nurse, vet, and desk staff were.  They spoke clearly and calmly to me.  Assured I knew what my payment ranges would be, and then got right to work making my dog feel better, and giving me insight on how to help him in the future. I really want to impress how important it was....that I felt so cared for at this time.  I felt like I was your only client in the world...and I could not have felt more reassured that this staff cared for my dog....who they had just met.  In that horrible moment in time, that feeling is beyond valuable. I noted I had another dog in my car, since the whole family was worried the whole family waited in the car.  That dog had a chip but I had lost the information.  They were happy to help me recover his info as well, even thou not a patient....and at no cost. I have had to visit a few vets but I am especially greatful to this clinic. If your baby is in pain...bring them here. Boomer says thank you. Horrible Experience ! Rundown Place like a Mountain Cabin, looks like unsanitized. The Vet is very unfriendly she just looked very negative at my puppy down, she did not do a full exam. I had to address to her why she would not check her scar from the Spay Area she did not pet my dog nothing. I just adopted my new dog and all the Vet wanted to sell me her book how to train a dog making money of me saw me coming she thought !! I would have ending up at my first visit with $419 for things my puppy do not need. I deny of course. I still wanted to give this Vet a chance since the location is near by. But no cannot do it! I asked for an Estimate " Prices " they changed 3 times. The best was I already scheduled my dogs appointment and I was promised in" Black & White " Email that the price will not change. 2 days Later I received a call that the prices changed due to the new cost of Living 2022 Cola. This Vet is money hungry and the staff included are rude ! Plus the stuff member got confused with another dog had a complete different file for my dog ( have proof Black & White also that makes me wonder. BE CAREFUL with this VET !!! This Vet License should be revoked. I will file today a formal complaint with Attorney General / BB office !

If I could give zero stars that’s what they deserve. The front staff people are ridiculously rude! I have 5 dogs, they could’ve had a lot of business. I also would’ve referred 2 rescues that I volunteer with to them as well. Absolutely will not. Worst customer service.

This place has helped my furbaby so much, the customer service is amazing! they’ll call prior before your appointment. We were recommended to go to them as my sister has taken her fur babies there as well.

I took my cat here to be spayed and they told me she is pregnant which would make the spay about 300$ more. She has NEVER been outside and there is no way she is pregnant. They just want your money and they do not care about your pet. DO NOT GO HERE!

I've been so pleased with Dr. W. and all of the staff at Clearview Animal Hospital. They are so kind and patient with my anxious dog, Dakota (and with me, as a first time pet parent). I've always been able to get all of my questions answered.

The staff here is so great! They lead me through one of the hardest decisions of my life and handled my girl with such respect and dignity. Thank you!!

It was my first time here and the service was impeccable. The vet and technician Sam were lovely with my old, grumpy boy and neither let his angry attitude shake them. Thank you so much for caring about my chunky boy and treating us both with dignity and respect.

A little pricey but close and I like the least amount of stress on my kitty as possible

I bring my cat Mookie here and the vet tech Sam and the vet herself were very helpful and informative. They truly care about animals here and charge very reasonably as well. I will keep bringing my cat here everytime he needs something!

We've only been there once before when our previous vet wouldn't take us in when my fur baby was vomiting, had to get an appoint 4 weeks out or go to an emergency place off GoG. And this even though we've been with them for many, many years. This clinic took us in immediately last year, gave us some medicine and my baby's tummy was getting better. So for the yearly check-up we decided to go back to them. And all was well, staff very friendly, Dr. Rhodes is very knowledgeable, I was happy to see her in your clinic. Thank you for your service.

The staff was very friendly. The building was run down and dirty. And the prices were pretty high. I'm probably going to look for somewhere that's cleaner with a newer building. But the staff was super nice, nothing against them. The building is just too run down for me.

Got us in fast. My cat was in pain got x-rays some medication ????

The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They clearly care about the animals they see there and will present you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. This is my first real pet, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Even when my pup got scared and starting growling (he had yet to do that with us, but we had only just adopted him 2 weeks prior), the vet was very calm and respected him, and gave him treats to help build that trust so she could at least listen to his heart and eventually run some blood tests. They also LOVE social visits and have treats in every room to readily give to your pets. They treat you and your pet like family with the upmost professionalism.

Great place and great people. It's hard to find a veterinarian that is not fully booked on weekends. But, they were able to see my dog on a Saturday morning within an hour of me calling for an appointment.

This was our clinic for over 20 years under previous ownership. Unfortunately we had an emergency and they said they couldn't do payments on new clients. We were not new just the owners were new. You would think if they bought the business they would have the records too. Perhaps changing the name so we know it's not the same place anymore would help existing clients. We had to go all the way up to Corporate Center and Woodmen but found a good one up there.

Too expensive & they didnt honor our military discount on a $500 bill. Charged us for stuff we didn't really need. This vet is only in it for the $ . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The staff are all very friendly. They treated my dog really good and always remember her. The Doctor really cared about my dog too. I've been to a few vets in town and this one is definitely the best

Long story short. I scheduled 3 appointments within a 30 day period or so. The first 2 times I walked in there they did not have me in their system. Finally got in the 3rd time. I wanted to get my dog spayed there because she has been going there for her routine shots and here paper trail was at this place. It was convenient to keep her here. I was quoted between 280 to 540 for a SPAY. Of course when I got the paperwork back to sign, they went with the high end of the medium here and quoted me the highest amount to the penny. I can drive down the street and have this done for hundreds less. Would it be as quality? Maybe not... but if it's done, it's done right? Scar isn't as pretty? I don't care. Doctor actually told me a lot of their patients have this performed somewhere else. Basically admitting that their fees are expensive. Response to the owner: That's great and all but you evidently have a receptionist quoting people over the phone $150 for a spay. Also "scheduling" clients that aren't actually being scheduled. I wasted my time on two separate occasions and on top of it was quoted an inaccurate price assessment? Not good. Seeing the prices before hand and having the choice whether or not to move forward would be ideal IF we were able to choose either the low end or high end of the spectrum. Now to be clear, I was not given an option out of the two prices... if that is what you're saying then I would advise you speak with your employee because I was not given a choice.

We have been going here since 1995. All the vets and staff have been wonderful and always treat our babies with the best care.

Very friendly to me and very kind to my 80 lb pit bull, Romeo. Did not pressure me into adding on anything other than what I came for. Great experience. Will be going back for future needs.
