This a great place. My dog hates to get his nails trimmed. They took their time and were gentle with him. He's 13 years old. You can tell they love working with the dogs. I highly recommend them.

Very accomidating and they do a great job on your dogs.

The self service dog wash, unbeknownst to us on our last visit, had switched to appointment only. The staff was able to still get us in right away. They have a great selection of shampoos and conditioners to use in their clean, well maintained tubs. There is a blow drying room with ear wraps to help out dogs, like ours, that hate the sound of the dryers.

No service at all for me, no help.

The ladies here are amazing. My shepherd is very vocal and dog nervous but despite the craziness that could occur, the ladies make me and my dog feel comfortable and cared about. I love it here so much.

Trimmed my Chihuahua's nails in less than 5 minutes including the wait. Great service and value!

All great except for the manager (Jess,) the other 2 employees were very nice. Plus, I'm not going to give a low rating just because of one person interaction, that would be unfair to the business in whole. First off, I remember when it first opened in 2017. My family of 4 came in together to wash our dog. The owner was involved, helpful and she loved our kids. Showed the kids how to wash, comb, dry, etc. It was a good memory. This time, I only brought my daughter with me. Young, bright, active, happy and not afraid to be herself. You know, how a child usually acts when air is blowing in your face, water splashing and puppies all around you. A giggle here and a shout there from the splash, what do you expect, right? Noise is to be expected. Well, the manager fella drying their dog was not happy? He said, I need you to stop, you're making my dog anxious. But the dog was fine. The manager appears to have been having, maybe a bad day? Bad reaction to a Saturday? I don't think a person like this should be working in this field making customers feel bad being there, even our dog started barking after her comment. Really unprofessional. I left early, while my dog was still damp. But get this, while paying, I asked for the person's name in the back and the two girls who were kind as can be said, Jess. So, I paid and left. Not even a few minutes pass, Jess called with an aggressive tone, almost threatening saying that there was an incident reported. I told Jess, you need to calm down. All I asked was, what was your name? She quickly and still in a aggressive tone said thank you and have a great day. I hope that she doesn't pass over to her employees her attitude (or anyone else) and making their day terrible. If you ask me, they should demote Jess and promote one of the other girls working there. Note: If you knew your dog is anxious. Why couldn't you wait until the shop closed to wash your dog? You know, undisturbed. in any case, you were drying your dog during the whole time we were there. Shame on you for the way you were. Try changing that frown upside down. Be good to people, not just to pets, but to everything.

This is an EXCELLENT place!!!! Everything is clean, available for use, and dog safety is paramount!!! I did not know much and they helped me every step of the way!!! Heather and her team care about dogs!!!! Their products are high quality!!!!!

My 2 boys look amazing. More than the great cut happy dogs. They are in an open room and can see everything. I highly recommend them.

I’ve self-washed my Husky at this location several times and it’s been excellent. The tubs are always clean with very friendly/helpful staff. It’s also a great value, especially if you have a large dog prone to heavy shedding. I’ve never been rushed to free up the station, which is a plus as I try to get a good shampooing and extra rinse on her. There’s shampoo and conditioner readily available included in the price (diluted but good enough, otherwise you can bring your own for a small discount) as are dryers, brushes , etc. I can’t say enough about this place, especially when it saves me the hassle of collecting all the flying, unpleasant smelling wet dog hair of doing this task at home. While I naturally clean up at the salon afterwards, it’s nothing in comparison to the mess I experience doing it at home!

Took my mom and brother's female gawdie and razorback to this lady and she got her very clean via bath of course and her nails clipped for the first time, very overdue and skiddish with even a dog nail file and I was pleasantly surprised that she was successful with cutting her nails.... We will definitely be patrons of this place!

Awesome experience! Friendly owner and staff. Very helpful when I needed help lifting my dog into the tub and then to the blower table. You can tell they love what they do and take great care of the dogs in their care as well as helping those that prefer to wash their own. Highly recommend.

This is the best self-service dog wash I could ever imagine. The store has been clean both times I've been, and the employees are incredibly polite and friendly. For like $15 you can use their shampoos, conditioners, brushes, nail trimmers, dryers, and fragrances to clean up your pup. I haven't paid to have them groom my dog for me, but they seemed to be doing well with the other dogs I saw when I was there.

Went to wash my dog today after scouring their website. Pull up and to walk in you have to get a reservation to wash your own dog. Nothing posted online to indicate this. Drove all the way over to drive back home. Total waste of time trying to support a small business. Wag and Wash will get my business from now on.

Absolutely RUDE RUDE RUDE staff! If I could give this place no stars I would. The name of this so called business suits the staff and owner perfectly. Go next door to Pawcasso, far better service!
