This vet is amazing! Their staff have taken such great care of our new puppy. They are helpful with everything from appointment reminders to response to phone calls and availability with appointment slots. Highly recommend!

In every point of communication whether it was scheduling an appointment over the phone to checking out at the clinic, everyone was so friendly and efficient. Amanda, Kilah, Ashley, and Dr. Holland were all very friendly and accommodating! They truly care about the well-being of your fur baby! I highly recommend!

The team at East Springs has always been super professional and yet incredibly compassionate and caring also. We take our three dogs there and trust them completely. They have kept me updated when our dogs have had procedures, give great advice, and are so sweet with our pups. Their pricing is competitive and the vets are extremely knowledgeable. It’s nice they have a number of vets so that if an emergency visit is needed you can usually get in very quickly. East Springs proves to us time and time again that we are making a great choice by taking our fur babies there.

We have tried a few different vets in town and have not had the best experience. We came here based on the reviews and are so glad we did. We have an elderly chihuahua that has needed multiple visits for different things, and they always get us in in a timely fashion, and are honest about what she needs and what is risky at her age. We also have a Border Collie mix with Thyroid issues/ and a skin/coat mystery going on, and they have been awesome helping us get to the bottom of things. Over all quality care with with wonderful staff and Vets.

Was able to see our kitty same day which 2as amazing for a Saturday and how busy they were. The wait however was quite awhile but in the end the care was excellent and well worth the wait for our furry companion.

Long story short I went to Power's Pet hospital because my dog was in labor for 48hrs at 130am on Christmas Eve. When we got there they looked at her checked her cervix and said my dog would need to have a C Section within the next 2 hrs if she hasn't had her pups yet. On top of that they were charging me 3600 which I didn't have at 130am on Christmas Eve. So when we left around 4am because they wouldn't give us service until we had the money which in their policy on page 23 states something totally different (basically they could have helped her and her pups). Thank God at that time I didn't have it. So we got turned away and while frantically waiting for any vet office to open (ours was closed due to the holiday). So after calling over 15 places that do not do C SECTIONs (which I thought we needed) or they didn't have an opening on such short notice. Then we remembered East Springs because our friends Marilyn and Axel go there.when we called they squeezed us in on short notice and their office was closing at 12 but because a C Section is considered an emergency to All people except Power's I guess East Springs got us right in! Not only did they do All they test and X-rays they also did ultrasounds and other things to see her temperament during labor..when everything came back the doctor looked at me and said your dog doesn't need a C SECTION and her pups will arrive Christmas Eve night or early morning Christmas Day and He was Right! I just want to say Thank you Too all the Staff because you guys Did your job with passion and I couldn't ask for anything more!

They were able to get my sick pup in quickly! They were friendly and personable and my dog seemed to like them. Reasonable rates as well.

Monday my dog was attacked by another dog while at daycare. I called our vet first and with no care they turned me away because they were full so I called east side they are truly incredible and if I wasn’t moving in December I would definitely be sticking with them. They got my girl in and into surgery and back to me safe and happy! I am forever grateful for them and their kindness during such a stressful time! I will always recommend them to all my friends and family in the area!!

My baby had a rough weekend and I called after reading other reviews. They worked my urgent visit in first thing and really spent time giving quality care to both my baby and myself. Treatment and follow up were clear. I felt Dr Heather really connected with me and truly cared for my baby. Thanks!

I just moved to Colorado with my 13 year old dog. He was not doing well and my brother recommended East Spring Animal hospital. They squeezed me in and examined my dog and let me know that he was declining in health. I ended up having to let him go. I found the staff to be professional and empathetic to my situation.

I called about getting my pet in and gave me a appointment that afternoon. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. We talked about a few things and decided to have blood work done. They sent me home with some medicine. The bill was a lot cheaper than I expected. They called me the next day with the results of the blood work, which said that he was in good shape. We need to wait and see if the medicine makes him feel better, and go from there.

I had one of my dogs spayed and the service and professionalism was excellent. Stacy talked to me about possible issues and my concerns and she was so nice and caring. My dog is doing great and I am once again pleased with this place of business. They really care about our pets!

I called regarding my dog, who was just not acting right. They promptly got me in and diagnosed her. They took their time explaining her diagnosis and treatment and was very patient with my skiddish pet. I will continue taking my pet to East Springs Animal Hospital for the best care.

I took my Koda to the East Springs animal hospital for a 2nd visit today. Koda woke me up at 7 am this morning-crying and asking me to follow him. Dr Holland gave him a fantastic look over ro see what could be hurting him to make him cry. I was so impressed with the time Dr Holland took to really check him out. I highly recommend East Springs animal hospital for great care

We have taken our cats and dogs here and have had good experiences with staff, techs and the Veterinarians explaining and helping our fur babes.

We were able to make an appointment to have our rats leg looked at ASAP when we noticed him limping. Other places would not help us with an “exotic” animal or could only make an appointment 2 weeks out, but ESAH understood that our rat was in pain and needed to be seen. We were able to verify his ankle had a small fracture and given everything we need to take care of him and manage his pain. Much happier rat already.

I had recently found a litter of baby kittens and was bottle feeding them but became very concerned that they hadn't pooped after 4 days. I was able to get in on a same day appointment when others told it would be a week. Our vet was super friendly and helpful and got S done if you know what I mean. :) I highly recommend!

I can not describe in words how THANKFUL and GRATEFUL I am, for the service, which I and my dog received from the staff at the clinic. One of my dog's needed to be seen very quickly. I called and they took me in the very same day. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was so grateful for the professional, fast and very efficient service we received. I found my new Vet for my two dogs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
