Our dogs really enjoy going here! I have one social dog and one that is very introverted. I always get nervous for the introverted one and I’ve expressed that to the staff. Luckily, my dogs get to be in the same play area and they are boarding together at night. Getting to see them on the cameras really helps me and I always see the staff paying attention to the dogs. For those complaining of being busy or not answering the phone, give Grace. I’ve come in and they’ve had 10+ dogs all needing to be dropped off. They are doing their best.

Great staff, facility, great drop off and pick up hours, and video cameras to watch the dogs.

I love the doggie daycare at this place. My dog goes in regularly to play and stay socialized. I wish I could recommend their trainer, Shawn L., but he is rude to clients and a little scary. However the doggie daycare crew is great! I really appreciate them and I will continue to recommend them to all my friends.

I love that my dogs have a safe space to play and socialize. I know that the other furkids at camp are friendly, vaccinated and neutered. The public dog parks are beautiful but you never know who will be there, what the history is with that dog etc. Camp gives me peace of mind. I wish they had a monthly membership so that my kiddos could go more often than once a week!

I appreciate that Camp Bow Wow creates a comfortable space for my dog. I would hate to leave her somewhere that leaves dogs in kennels all day. The interview process helps me feel assure that all the dogs have been vetted as unaggressive. I appreciate being able to see her on camera as it helps reassure me that she’s doing ok. I will always use their services when I leave town or have longer days at work.

The care and consideration for pet and owners is excellent and personal. We have boarded our dog with them many times over the years.

2019 - This place rocks!!!! I started bringing my dog here because I didn’t want her at home all day while I’m at work. She has lots of energy to get out! When I pick her up she is happy, healthy, and very tired from having so much fun :) definitely try this place out!! The best part is you can watch your dog play on live video cam!! 2021 - just took my dog for a Sunday doggie day care day, Sunday they have very strange hours. Do any day but Sunday.

Have taken two dogs here over the years, for daycare and for boarding (and grooming!), never had a problem. Staff there seem to genuinely love dogs. Good vibe. They audition dogs first and were willing to try out our adopted mixed breed dog who has some pit bull heritage, when other places outright rejected the dog without meeting first. Our dog is not vicious and doesn't look that much like a pit bull, but we're honest about the results we got from DNA testing.

My dog has always loved the personal attention at Camp Bow Wow. He is happy to play there, and an exhausted pup when he returns home!

Our dog loves Camp Bow Wow and runs to the front door in excitement. This is a testament to how well Camp Bow Wow treats him. We are also a fan of being able to check up on him during his stay, with the many cameras. Camp Bow Wow has been booking up fast, so be sure to make reservations early!

It's a good place for a dog to get exercise and enjoy the company of other dogs

We are visiting Colorado Springs from out of town and Camp Bow Wow helped us get set up quickly and communicated everything wonderfully! Our dog came back happy and tired!

Boarded my dogs here, and both came back with kennel cough. Staff and employees are incompetent and unhelpful.

I board my dog here, as well as have him groomed. The last time I brought him for a grooming they kept him from 10a until 6p. When i called to see if he was ready, they said they forgot to call me. When I picked him up, they tried to charge me for a day of boarding as well as the grooming? Today, 5/19 I dropped him off at 10a once again. When I arrived at 4p to pick him up, the young lady at the counter saw me walk in. Shortly afterwards another customer walked in, and when the employee returned she ignored me and assisted the other customer. When she finally got around to assisting me, I asked why she decided to ignore me and help the other customer when she clearly saw me walk in 1st. She stated that she thought I had already been helped, but she was the only one working so who would have helped me?? Then when I suggested she could have simply asked if I had been helped, she laughed at me. This is beyond poor customer service. Lastly, when I got home and looked at my dog, he looked like he had certainly not gotten a de-shed like I paid for, Instead just a bath. I am still brushing lots of hair out of him. I've called twice and asked to speak to someone and have still yet to get a call back. $50 for a bath? Ridiculous.

As a former employee of this company I would strongly advise not bringing your dog to this establishment. I loved every dog I worked with there and many of their parents knew me as well. Because of current events and behaviors of both staff and clients I was let go. I will truly miss the puppies I spent time with. If a company can’t treat their employees right imagine how they are treating your animals

I have been bringing my dog, Tobias, to CBW for several years and have always been so pleased with the staff and how happy Tobias is to go there. I know he gets lots of playtime and I very much appreciate that when I need to board him for several or more days, especially if out of town, that I know he will be safe and am confident he is well taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend CBW for your dog(s)!

Long story short, I was bitten by a dog while touring the back. The staff told me to complete a incident report and any medical treatment would be taken care of by corporate. I spoke to Brandon, the manager on duty and he took a situation and turned it bad. I was just wanting to make sure this was a safe place for my dog. He starts talking about lawsuits and medical bills and that we should have our lawyer contact their lawyer. I had even told him we wanted to bring Lenny back. Not anymore!

Our puppy loves to go to Camp Bow Wow! He has been going to day camp since he got all his shots. He is crazy about all the staff and comes home exhausted from playing with hs new doggie friends. He gets upset on days he has to stay home! Day Camp is a great way to socialize him to new people and other dogs. We highly recommemd them!

Noisy. Dirty, don't answer the phone or return voice mails (called 5 times left 2 voicemails over a 5 day period) will never board my doggies there. Not sure where their ratings came from?...

This is a safe place for your dogs. It's a friendly environment and I never have to worry about my dog's well-being or care. I've come here for several years and my puppy is excited every time we pull into the parking lot.
