This place is great and most of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of turtle food found a new light. Our little fur baby doesn't enjoy check ups at all but I could tell he had a good day at the Banfield, we are looking forward to his teeth cleaning. Wishing they had more staff because it is a very long time out on services that we pay monthly for. If I have to wait longer than a month to get services it is frustrating.

Their shelves are always well stocked and the employees are always looking to help. They need to keep a better eye on their beta fish display. Always a couple fish expired there.

I had made a online appointment for cat grooming. I recieved a online confirmation and checked in online. Once I arrived the groomer proceeded to tell me she couldnt get the cat in since she apparantly forgot how to cut cat hair after 930, even thogh ny appointment was for 10. Offered NO appology or remedy of the situation, acted like it was my fault. Then when I asked to speak to a manager he (WES), offered no appology and simply rolled his eyes saying "what do you want me to do about it". StAY AWAY! I wouldnt trust them to cut my grass at this point, so dissapointing. Incompetent staff and management, take your furbabies elsewhere

Friendly grooming staff, very professional and quite expert.

A good customer service from the young girl at the register. Very friendly and helpful, she was very kind and offer to help with the dog tag I was buying. Without a doubt a very nice place to go to care for your loving pets. I highly recommend Pet Smart for all of your pet needs, even grooming.

They are highly priced but they also carry a lot. Which is a great convenience.

I used to only shop at PetSmart for everything where I used to live but this store has me highly disappointed. They seem to never have fish in stock and multiple times I have gone in to see dead Beta's in filthy cups. If I didn't have a picky dog tummy that only liked their store brand food I would never shop here.

The staff here is amazing! They remember me and my two great dane (hard to forget those two) and they always keep their food in stock!

They carry a larger variety of dog food and treats and I love that. I also like their accessories for pets. Staff is always helpful.

I have 8 parakeets and I love them the workers were very nice I recommend for being parakeets

Was sold two pregnant fish, this store refused to let me bring them back when they began showing signs despite being told they could be returned if there were any issues. I love these fish but don’t have the capacity to keep them a their babies alive through pregnancy.

We have had such a great experience with the salon here for our dog, that I had to come back and change my review to 5 stars. They do a great job and are really good with our dog. Thank you! After trying several groomers in the area, PetSmart has always been consistent and the prices are very reasonable. I've had some groomers charge me twice as much for the same services. Ridiculous! I don't even pay that much to get my own hair done.

Alright place, not great selection

Took my child for a spin and decided to drop by PetSmart because we were interested in getting a pet. We were greeted with a big smile at the entrance by one of the cashiers who wasn't serving a client at the moment. This place has Bansfield Vet Services and grooming services within. Store patrons could bring their pets in store on leash. It was stocked with a tall wall of many betta fishes but we noticed several dead ones. Nonetheless, there's a big selection bettas and other aquarium and pond fish. There also plenty of stocks and supplies for new pet owners with cages, aquariums, materials, and feed. There's also an adoption center and we only saw cats. I'm allergic to cats and so avoided the area of the store. It's disappointing for me that they place the adoption center so near the grooming center.

Staff was very helpful and super friendly to my new adopted puppy! They're in the middle of switching out dog toys so the selection was slim at the time.

Ther people are friendly and I always get good service.
