My Dog absolutely loves this place! She's been to other Camp Bow-wows that she wasn't nearly as excited about going to. Here she pulls me through the dog like her tail's on fire! I will never go back to the one by my house where she would visibly droop down and get sad about going to. Watch your dog's body language and let them also give this place five stars!

The Camp Bow Wow staff is consistent, trustworthy, reliable, helpful, and incredibly kind. We've had a high comfort level every single time our dogs have stayed there over the last 10 years.

It was so easy to book and my puppy had a great time! Also, being able to check on him on the web cam was a relief for me!

This is really best $ we spend every week! We love the counselors, cameras, and playtime. Our puppy is pooped for 2 days and for working dog-parents, it's so nice. When we tell her she's going to see her friends, she gets so excited!

I’m very happy with the way they care for the dogs. I watch on the doggie cam all the time.

The webcams are the best. I can check on how our pup is playing with the other dogs. She is always enthusiastic. The attendants are attentive to the dogs.

Poor treatment of our dog. Not willing to meet specific needs. I wouldn't recommend this place to any pet owner.

We absolutely love bringing our dog to Camp Bow Wow. The staff is friendly and caring, we never have to worry. Our dog gets excited to go, especially knowing that she won't be crated all dog, but out playing with dogs her size. We love bringing her to day camp.

I’ve dropped my dog off on a handful of occasions and we’ve never had a problem, but this time we received his dog food close to untouched. I’m not at all concerned about the eye and foot infection he came back with, its the fact that despite giving specific feed instructions and even writing them down on his dog food bag he was not fed what we asked.

Super friendly staff that treats my baby like family and great facilities. 100% worth the cost of admission. I can rest easy knowing my sweet girl is in good caring hands. She gets to run around all day, which makes her tired, and I can see what she’s doing. Has helped tremendously with her separation anxiety.

We love the people that work here and never had any issues but the owners keep getting more and more greedy which in turn is hurting customers and our dogs. First it was that they required a 2 day boarding minimum on holidays. It doesn't matter if you need 1 day, you pay for 2. Now, they decided that this is in effect for the summer! We have heard about max capacity around here with dog daycares and them allowing people to schedule out weeks in advance, I feel like the owners are taking advantage and putting their scheduling problems onto us, the customers. If people are cancelling and causing issues for your business, take it up with those customers.

It is a no hassle service; I know my dogs will be well treated, they come home happy and tired. No stress for dogs, no stress for me!

We use CBW exclusively for our Shiba Inu. They are so detailed with their care for the dogs that they recognize her (even if it's been a year since her last visit), provide quality service, on-time grooming (a service that we always schedule around pickup) and a genuine care for the animals left for them. If you need 'worry-free' boarding, don't hesitate to use CBW!

I love that you have cameras so I can check on my dog. He gets nervous and doesn't know how to play well so it takes some stress away being able to see him! The staff is friendly as well. I see them giving some dogs some extra love too!

I love how friendly and kind everyone is at the front desk. I feel confident that my dogs are taken care of and that they are safe when I leave them at Camp Bow Wow. I always look forward to calling because everyone is always so personable and full of joy. I'd recommend them for boarding or day camp and their dog classes are amazing too! My two corgis are big fans of this place!

We love everything about Camp Bow Wow! Most importantly our dog loves the day camp and can’t wait to go back. It’s fun watching him play through the Camp Bow Wow app too. When he comes home he’s the perfect tired dog.

I have been bringing my dog Reeses to Camp Bow Wow Castle Rock for just over a year or two now and simply love it. When she hearts the words "Camp" or BowWow" she gets all excited and heads to the door thumping her tail rapidly. She gets excited in the car and when we arrive is impatiently waiting for someone to come outside to pick her up. I love the fact while my dog is having the time of her life playing with fellow friends, I can link into their camera system and see that she is being well taken care of and she is getting the excercise she desperately needs. I also like the fact that she plays hard and after such a time they have a groomer on site to give her a bath and makes her smell and feel fresh again. She always comes home tired and glad that she had a fun time. Its also nice to know that they train their staff to deal with the dogs in such a manner that keeps everyone safe. Sometimes dogs can be posessive, or teritorial, but they know dogs and how do deal with every situation that might arrise. Its good to know Reeses is in good hands while I am at work. Oh and another thing, they are very flexible with their schedule, half days, full days or overnights. I highly recomend this place to anyone who has dogs.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Castle Rock! We have taken our dog Ziggy there since she was a puppy and have always felt 100 % comfortable that the staff loves and takes care of our dog. She gets so excited when we drop her off!

My dog loves Camp Bow Wow! Currently with car side pick up when the Camp counselor comes out to take him from me he runs straight in the building not even a look back. I love it that he loves it there so much. And Krystal is a rockstar employee!

We boarded our dog for one night and were told when we picked her up that she had already eaten. We found the food we brought for her and were never told until we called to ask that she didn't want to eat. The person who brought our dog out due to social distancing did not give us any updates about her and they seemed to just want to get her off their hands.

Moved up here from Texas and was looking for a doggy day care. Found this place on google and it is fairly priced. You must have a quick release collar on your dog for them to come (for safety reasons I guess). Reason for the 3 out of 5 stars is the half day rule. Apparently it's only considered a half day if you bring your dog in at noon. Not sure if that is a corporate rule or not but I don't agree. I work for a living and have to be a work at all different times, just doesnt seem right that it only starts at noon. My last daycare was amazing. The half day rule was if they are there for more than 6hrs it was considered a full day and if they were there less than 6hrs it was a half day. Seems fair to me. Not everyone can get there dog there by noon.

I’ve only taken my pup, Lady, a handful of times — but each and every time she has gone, she always comes home happy! Some work days for me and my boyfriend are a little longer than most so we like to take her instead of leaving her in her kennel. From what I have seen on their live cameras, they have lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for dogs to run around and play and get their energy out :) I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone to take their dogs! The staff is also so sweet and friendly.
