A nice place to take care of all your pet needs. From regular check-ups to pet treats and food. Friendly people and they really make your pet feel at home. I highly recommend this Pet Hospital if you're pet needs a Veterinarian.

Called for availability and was told they were overbooked due to the holiday.

They have charged me over 2k having my dog less than a year with no health issues other than an ear infection. They are never willing to listen to our dog's diet that we take the time to write out every time we go but would rather try to pressure a $300 thyroid test instead. Staff is dismissive and more often than not rude, when we brought up concerns about small growths they said to just let them know if they got bigger. They try to force expensive testing down your throat and just regular wellness visits or to get vaccines is unreasonably high. My large dog is always overheated and crying for water every time we pick her up. I will not be taking our family member there again.

High priced for what you get. Food not that good Sides were awful tasting Not recommended.

The vet at this location is only interested in selling services and not providing good quality care or customer sevive.

Staff is very friendly and we really feel good putting our dogs and cat in the vet's care. The medication and procedures can be expensive but overall well worth it!

I was skeptical because they left me sitting in my car for 45 minutes with my new puppy, but overall it was a good experience.

Very carrying staff and they drop off option is great. Get the Banfield health plan, for your pet. It has saved us a ton.

If you lucky someone will pick up the phone and when someone does you going on hold most of the time you stay there on hold until you hang up and then you on your own my cat died in my arms because they where to busy to give 5 minutes of their life to help her im not happy with this place at all

I have had my ups and downs with banfield location and veterinarians but we love Dr. GEORGE. I cannot say enough great things about her she is kind and treats my boys (dogs) like her own. She always addresses my concerns and takes the best care of my dogs. My one dog hates kennels so they always make time for an appointment verses a drop off for him which I truly appreciate. Yes some of the veterinarians have not been my favorite but I finally found one I would probably follow wherever she goes!

I do not have a veterinarian out here so I have gone to banfield for my pet needs and shots. They have been very helpful and considerate to my pets. They are a little pricey but money is not an object when one of your fur babies needs a doctor. Would recommend it if you do not have a designated veterinarian.

It's not Banfield that's the problem, it's the staff at this location. I've had great experiences at other Banfields, but you can't always get in last minute with a sick pup at your normal Banfield, so sometimes you look at nearby Banfields. Well go to Park Meadows or Parker over this one. My dog was really sick when I brought him here last year because I couldn't get in at my normal Banfield hospital, and the vet here ran some tests & told me there was an infection and I should put him down. No real explanation, no trying to figure out what was going on, just white blood cell count was really high and he was old, so putting him down would be best. I left right away and called my normal Banfield and got much better care for my pet. Just like any business the location is only as good as it's staff and the experience you have there.

Erica's was very unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. Shame on her "accepted attitude". The dog trainer ended up taking care of my $90 purchase. She could use some etiquette training from the dog trainer! What an embarrassment for Petsmart. You are not the only pet store chain! FYI????

We have a plan for both our dogs here. We can schedule things and that is fine but when we have an issue and need to bring in the dog that day, it never works (5 instances) and we are told to call Parker or Monument. Just had this issue and took our dog to Monument and that staff was excellent! But, I live in Castle Rock and hate that I have to leave our town to get service I pay monthly for. Very frustrating!

Horrible, they don't care for your own schedule, the people at the desk don't even look at you, sometimes even ignore you. They've misdiagnosed every single one of our pets on multiple occasions. I've been late to work due to them pulling us in to fill out papers we've already filled out. They've accidentally taken put the wrong persons pet for us. I would not recommend going here for emergencies any other place would be a lot better... I'm sure not every employee who works there is bad, but there are enough to make any visit torture.

Great place to bring your animals. The staff and vets really care about your animals and they have great plans for pets of all ages!

Kind of a long wait for our appointment BUT they were almost $300 cheaper for vaccinations then any of the other 10 VET CLINICS I called in our area. We had fallen behind on almost all of our vaccinations (I know, bad pet mom) and my vet quoted me over $600 to get them both updated, yikes. I would recommend for a budget friendly vet for sure!

Best staff out there. They're the doctors of my dog that I currently have and were the doctors for my dog that had to be put down there. I couldn't have asked for better people to help my family through that process.

BLUES, DUSTY, ASPEN last visit. THANK GOD WE ARE FINALLY OUT OF THEIR CLUTCHES. 6 DOGS TOTAL OVER 15YRS 1, 14YRS 1 6YRS 1 3YRS 1 2YRS 1 5YRS 1 THEY TOOK A TON OF MY MONEY FROM $1200-4800 YEARLY FOR 15YRS CLOSE TO OVER $75,000 FOR WELLNESS ONLY. WE DIDN'T EVEN USE HALF THE SERVICES BECAUSE OF THEM NOT US. KICKER IS THAT'S ALL FOR WELL VISIT ONLY, ANY SICKNESS IS $$$$ EXTRA, ANY INJURY $$$$ EXTRA. PLUS DURING ALL THESE YEARS THEY SHORTEN THEIR HOURS FROM 8P TO 6P, MEANING LAST VISIT 5P. HALF DAY SATURDAYS, NO MORE SUNDAYS AND THE DOCTORS WERE LEAVING LEFT AND RIGHT, SO SHORT STAFFED ALL THE TIME. THEY ALSO STOP MAKING APPTS, DROP OFF APPTS ONLY. SO YOUR DOGS SAT IN A SMALL CAGE ALL DAY. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OH AND IF YOUR DOG DIES WHILE ON THE WELLNESS PLAN U STILL PAY TO THE END. U CAN NEVER CANCEL THE PLAN EITHER. THEY AUTO RENEW U 30 DAYS BEFORE THE PLANS UP AND THEN YOUR STUCK FOR ANOTHER YEAR DON'T GET SUCKERED IN!!!!
