I call this hospital on a short notice for removing stitches from my shepherd. They were able to make time for me. When I got to their clinic they greeted me by the door and were absolutely professional in handling my German Shepherd. Also the technicians and the doctor showed absolute love toward my dog and I felt that he was in good hands. After doing all this care and work and removing stitches from two places they went above and beyond by offering this service free of charge. I am very thankful to them and will definitely return to Mandalay Animal Hospital for future visits

We have been going here for over a year now. My dog had to have surgery today and I’ve never been so scared and nervous. One of the staff members sent me a photo of my dog to ease my mind as she had to stay all day for observation. That to me, is excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend. They are always friendly, kind, and know me and my dog by name. They treat us well and always take great care of us and are relatively affordable for the exemplary service that they provide.

Extremely helpful and caring vet techs and front desk staff. Vets take time to get to know your pet and understand their personalities and medical history, etc.

Excellent experience over 14 years for our Italian Greyhound, which are not exactly real dogs. All the doctors are top notch for general health and doctor Mohap performed numerous quite successful surgeries on our dog for skin conditions. Highly recommended.

They are awful to do business with, and rude and short with your dog, been going here for 2 years and will no longer be going there.

Extremely caring and compassionate staff. After 18.5 years I had to put my cat down a few days ago the Mandalay's staff was calm and friendly the entire time. They provided the first shot in my car so I could hold her for her last moments. Thank you Mandalay.

Mandalay is absolutely wonderful. The whole staff is very caring. Drs. Mohap and Wilson are both great. Fair prices. We unfortunately moved and if it wasn’t almost an hour a way, we’d still be taking our pup there. Can’t recommend them enough.

They were absolutely awesome with Stien. Followed covid practices so the vet called me while I was outside waiting and walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I have found a permanent vet.

It's unfortunate that one person has a bad experience out of all these good reviews. This clinic has no compassion for the animals or their owners. The receptionist was extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone. She told me that other owners have expressed their anger with how they have chosen to euthanize animals. So if I'm not the only one maybe you all should re-think how you are choosing to do this during COVID. Yes I know there are other options out there but what about the owners who choose to have it done here because of the continuity? You treat your long time patients like this? I've had animals put down and have been present for the whole thing. There is enough room in a vehicle to do this. It doesn't take more then 1 person. If you are doing it this way maybe it's time to train on how to do it with one person in a compassionate way. Very sad how this clinic has changed over these last couple of years. My family has used them in the past and the service and compassionate for the animals and the owners was 10X better. Yes we are in a pandemic but you need to have a little more compassion. It's really sad to see this clinic go down hill like this.

Mandalay has been taking care of our family's pets for roughly the last 15 years. They have always been caring, and genuinely interested in the well being of our dogs. In the rare event I have needed services they did not provide they have referred me to wonderful specialists and providers. I would absolutely trust any of the vets there to provide my pets with the highest quality of care.

This place is AMAZING!! My cat feels at ease here and I'm so happy with the services they provided. They definitely went above and beyond for me and my cat. I can't say enough kind words about this place! Highly recommend!!

Drs Tom and Terri have been in our lives for over 25 years They are compassionate and caring. Dr Wilson is a wonderful addition to the practice.

Went for my first appointment today. First the doc was late getting back from lunch which pushed all appointments back. Punctuality is something lacking and should be addressed. Time is valuable and it goes for all parties involved. Second, the vet and receptionist gave conflicting information. If they were on the same page then I would have delayed my initial visit until the vets suggestion. Receptionists should know preferred schedules or at least check with the vet before scheduling if they are uncertain. Third, I feel like they were trying to up sale. Vet care is not about money but animal wellbeing. I am giving 3 stars for now. Let’s see how the second appointment goes, if it falls in the same line I’ll be seeking a different vet.

My wife and I love Mandalay! So do all 3 of our dogs. Best experience we’ve had at the vet in 3-4 years. They always ask about our dogs when we pick up our medication refills.. small things like that go a long way. Thank you guys for being awesome.

I will piggy back off of Sarah’s review. I have never had an issue here until recently when their sad excuse of an “office manager” started helping me. They truly do not care about the animals or people. They only care about the money. They’re are rude, hang up on you, and unhelpful. The “vet” Mohapp was not able to examine my dog due to her having extreme anxiety. That’s fine, but then don’t charge me an office fee for doing nothing?? They prescribed her meds without even knowing what is wrong with her. I would recommend staying far away from this place.

Really nice little office, slightly off the beaten path. Getting there the first time is a little more difficult if you're not ready for the turn, since it isn't in an office park, but it's definitely worth it. The veterinarian was informative and helpful, and they treated my cat very well. Above all I appreciate that they didn't push any major products on me like Purina cat food; we've been to vets before that really tried to sell us on a product that they were obviously paid to sponsor. I didn't get that sense here and I felt as if my cat was actually being well taken care of. We'll definitely be back for all our pet needs in the future!

They got us in to see my Max, eventhough we weren't established there. They were great!

Best vet hospital in Colorado. My pup was hit by car, fractured ulna, had road rash, and damage to metatarsals. Had IV access and pain meds in about 5 minutes from the time we arrived. We were able to see her overnight before surgery, in am before surgery, and in afternoon after surgery. Imaging and care plan were reviewed w me before ORIF. She came home on fentanyl patch, and antibiotics. Hospital declined spade when under because of abdominal road rash, which was professional and well decided certainly in dogs best interest not money making. Additionally the ICU nurses are fantastic, incredibly warm, meticulous, and informative. Always remember dog name on return. Mauze has outstanding return to running, runs as if ulna was never injured. Hospital recommended by several other vets in area (we have other pets) and many friends w pets have had similar experiences to ours. I give them my highest recommendation.
