Allie came out to help groom my cat Starscream on Saturday. She showed up on time and was very friendly, she took Star in the trailer at 12:10. I got a messaged 20 mins later that he was matted and Star was having a hard time, and that if we wanted we could try to help or just end the groom there. We hurried over and Star had one patched shaved on his legs were mats were, we held him down for about a minute or two and it was obvious it hurt him too much to continue. We ended it there and I was charged for a half hour of dematting. I walked a away feeling ripped off because had only been there 20 mins and I assume most of that time was spent trimming nails , which I feel is all I should’ve been charged for, so I messaged Allie to see her reasoning and all I got was lies

Wonderful Wonderful!! Gypsy loved the fabulous lady who groomed her! It was one of the best haircuts Gypsy ever got! All were happy!!

We recently discovered Collar Cuts and the convince of them coming to us to groom our dog in their trailer is great. Bailey has established a warm rapport with our dog and has done a great job listening to us and grooming her. Our dog recognizes Bailey and enjoys her spa treatments. Reservations are handled online and we appreciate the reminder texts a few days prior to remind us.

Collar Cuts always comes through with great service. We groom our German Shepherd with them and they are excellent.

We have been using collar cuts for about a year now.. we love the convenience of them coming to our house and have been very happy with the groomers we met. The last few times were Hailey and she takes good care of our boys and is very sweet. Our pom can have a little attitude and she still gets the job done. You can tell she cares about the animals. I definitely recommend them

I had a horrible experience yesterday with my Labradoodle. The groomer did not listen to my request to leave length on the ears, head and tail. Instead the groomer shaved her down to the skin ALL OVER. My dogs ears were cut and bleeding on the tips, today they are bruised. The groomer blamed it on matting, my dog was not that matted to have the ears shaved down to the skin. The shave all over is at different lengths and the worst cut I have ever seen. My Labradoodle was traumatized with this incident I am not certain I will be able to get her professionally groomed again. This groomer is NOT a professional groomer and I would NOT recommend using this company again if they have people working for them that hurt the animals

Had my two year old Shiba groomed twice. First was in March by Bengi and this time by Bailey. Both were great with my baby. Being a Shiba I always worry about her attitude but both ladies said she did great. Except when it came to her nails. Reasonably priced as well and helps me out. I will continue to use collar cuts for my fur babies.

Absolutely love this place! Shana did an excellent job with our golden retriever, Moose! Quick, professional, and very friendly to us and our dog son. Definitely having her take care of him every time, very trustworthy too!

We had Shaina as our golden boy’s groomer today! Our golden has a hard time at public groomers due to the noise, unfamiliar atmosphere, and just sensory issues in general. She was so sweet approaching him in a very appropriate way and made him feel comfortable. (He is so attached to my hip so it made this anxious furmama feel better as well). He has has a difficult time at other groomers and I am very satisfied with the opportunity of mobile grooming services. Collar Cuts went beyond my expectations and that’s all over wanted for my furbaby! My fiancé and I will be using Collar Cuts from here on out, and specifically requesting Shaina to groom our golden again????

Miranda did a great job on my snorkie. I was very impressed and she was very professional and listened to what I'd like done for the grooming. She was on time and took great care of my dog. Will use again.

Lana, From collar cuts did should a great job with my Persian. She tried to make him feel comfortable as much as she could. She was very patient with him due to his anxiety gave us suggestions on how we can make it a better experience managing his anxiety. 10/10 recommended to friends and family. We will keep going back for as long as she provides services.

Jordan did an excellent job on my big dawg. I've used her for years and she always delivers. She handles my very large dog with ease. He has had problems with other groomers, but Jordan has a way with him. She also pointed out a issue with his skin condition, we were not aware of previously. I can't say enough good stuff, because the Force is with Her.

I want to thank Benji for coming and grooming my German Shepherd which is on the larger side. He has never had a grooming service groom him before we would just do it ourselves. Since I’ve had my daughter it’s been harder for me to do. Benji did amazing. We are moving to Conifer and I wish she could come up there. I highly recommend this company for your dogs grooming needs. Miranda was on time, very friendly and professional. She treated our dogs as if they were her own. The boys loved her. I was afraid they might bite being they are puppies and this was their first cut. Miranda made them so comfortable and put them at ease. They did amazing! They look so handsome and now wont mind the heat of summer. We are so glad our babies were on site so them and us could feel at ease for their first cuts, and that we went with Collar Cuts over other mobile groomers. For the love, expertise, on site service and joy my dogs show after being treated to their spa day, Collar Cuts and Miranda are definitely their groomer!!

I've always been nervous to take my cat in to groomers where there are dogs so this is a great service! They were great about communicating and easy to work with. Very friendly and professional. I was so happy to find that Jordan had once groomed my ragdoll cat before and that she was our groomer today! She did a great job and asked how we wanted the cat to look. You can tell she loves animals and was good to our Kitty.
