We adopted our shepherd mix from a local organization here in Colorado a few months ago. "Hannah" is a very energetic, very smart Dutch/Malinois Shepherd mix with a wonderful disposition, but she needed some basic training. Robin was exceptional at gathering information about Hannah, our family and lifestyle and the areas of training that we were most interested in working with Hannah. From the very first meeting, we saw results immediately. Robin positively reinforces basic commands, leash walking and recall for Hannah and has helped us to understand how to work with Hannah to make training at home a part of our routine. Robin is also available to answer any questions, provide feedback or any additional resources in between our training sessions. I am currently studying veterinary medicine and understand the value of working with a trainer that has the animal's best interest as her priority. She has researched different areas of training to ensure that the animal is safe and comfortable while also being responsive to her training techniques. She has extensive experience in many modalities of training and I appreciate her compassionate approach that also gets results for our pet family members. Investing in someone like Robin to understand and manage any problem behaviors or simply teach basic manners is so important for a wonderful lifelong human-animal bond. With my path to becoming a veterinarian, I also very much appreciate that Robin applies her experience and knowledge to each pet individually, understanding that every pet is different, every family has different circumstances, and each situation may require a different approach.

Adrienne at Canine Dimensions has been an amazing help in figuring out what my dogs and I need to work well together and with society around us. Adrienne is very knowledgeable and explains dog behavior and the training very well. The dogs and I have learned a lot in the few times we have worked with Adrienne. I can highly recommend Canine Dimensions and Adrienne to help you with various dog and handler issues.

Our experience with Canine Dimensions was extremely disappointing. We paid for the 8-month puppy training program. Prior to paying, I was told we would have training sessions every 2-3 weeks. After we started (and had paid for the entire program), I was told the sessions would be every 4 weeks, some were pushed to 6 weeks. I was also sold on their “master level trainers” but 5 months into the training, our trainer was fired. One of the owners took over our training and we started re-training things that we were taught incorrect the first time. This created a major setback in our training. The Canine Dimensions website advertises as “no pain, no choke collars, no shock collars” but we were instructed to get a martingale collar and then a Starmark collar (plastic prong collar). I wish I knew more about the effects of different training methods going into this. The tactics used ended up making my pup even more fearful. Now I am working with a positive reinforcement, R+ trainer and trying to get my pup on track. We had setbacks due to having to re-train the things we were taught incorrectly by the first trainer. I was assured that more time would be added to make sure we were on track but no time was added on to our program. Instead, I felt like they just wanted to get us off their books. Again, I was assured that we would get extra help due to the retraining that was needed. When scheduling a session, I was informed that it would be our last one. I was shocked as we were nowhere near done with the training I was sold on. One of the owners assured me that we could continue if we felt it was needed. Then, at the session, I was told it would be the last one. No discussion, just done. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend Canine Dimensions training.

We are so happy that we found canine dimensions and Adrianne! After one visit, our lives improved drastically. We have a high-energy Berner and we were struggling at around 10 months to make progress with her. We couldn’t even walk her successfully. After just two appointments, our pup is very responsive to our commands, loves walking, puts herself to bed in her crate without prompting, and is overall much happier now since we are able to communicate with her more effectively. This has been a complete 180. We really thought there might be something developmentally off with our puppy, but learned she was actually really smart and that we were not communicating well with her. Adrianne has been a godsend. Highly recommend her and canine dimensions!

My husband and I got our first ever dog together this year and struggled a bit with our rambunctious new family member. Canine dimensions - and particularly our trainer Adrienne - have been great and really helped us. Being able to adjust the training plan as our puppy grows and figures out new behaviors has been the best part. We can focus on the particular concerns we are dealing with at the moment and adjust based on what he is responding to. Our little guy is still learning but he is growing into a well behaved member of our family and we are so impressed with him. We could not have made this much progress without Adrienne and are really thankful!

Robin helped us with our dogs Maverick and Goose today. It’s amazing the progress she was able to make in just one session. We were able to break the behavior of barking when the door bell rings as well as heal on the leash in just one day. Our dogs are also already improving with recalling and the command “come” after just a few minutes of work on it with Robin. The ease of the training we continue at home will make this very sustainable for us moving forward. We can’t wait for more sessions to further improve our dogs behavior and can’t recommend her enough!

We had Robin come to our house today to help our 8 year old Dachshund, Pomeranian, Chihuahua mix who is very loud and obnoxious when the doorbell rings. Within 5 minutes of training she had our dog responding to help fix the behavior. We did not think it was possible to correct the problem with an older dog. It was magical.

We LOVE working with Robin! She has made us feel less stressed with training our Blue Heeler. We can’t wait to continue with the program.

We just had our first session with Robin and we were very impressed. She made fast friends with our little dude. The practical exercises were easy to pick up for both the puppy and family. A solid foundation for growth was built in just the first session and we're very happy with the direction Robin is taking us!

Dena was a great help after we adopted our 3 month old puppy, and wanted some support to ease the process of getting our 3 year old dog used to having a sister, and working on some basic manners for them both. She was supportive and flexible- always ready to take the lead from us to ensure that we were getting what we wanted from each training session.

Canine Dimensions was the first place we called when our pup’s anxiety had gotten in the way of her day to day routine. At a year and a half, she had not grown out of what we thought was just “immature puppy behavior”. Adrienne was great - she understood every concern we had and came to the table with a solution for everything. Our training sessions were always super productive and valuable. Belle is a much better dog because of it. Highly recommend!

Adrienne was an absolute dream to work with! She gave us all the training and tools we needed to get our little, wild Lotti puppy under control and so much more obedient. All the training was age-specific based on Lotti's age and abilities. We started with crate training and basic commands, moved on to leash training, chewing, digging and jumping then finally addressed greeting friends coming to the door and performing commands (come, down etc.) in a high-activity environment outdoors. Dena has been amazing to work with! She’s helped us train our Newfypoo puppy for the past 6 months and I can’t say enough good things. She always has a solution for any question/issue that I come across. Dena makes sure I am comfortable and know how to handle my now very large puppy in a variety of situations. Thanks to Dena, I have the confidence to bring our dog along on all of our family adventures!

Our puppies had their first training session today & did great! By then end of our time with Robin our dogs were following commands, playing fun games to teach commands & given tools to create well mannered dogs. Robin even took the time to break my older dog from continual barking at the sound of the door bell. My family highly recommends this company & Robin, looking forward to our next session!

Adrienne and Canine Dimensions have been excellent to work with! We adopted our guy from a rescue and he has anxiety and fear issues. Adrienne has provided us with useful and effective training tools! After 3 months, our dog is completely different. Each session we are able to move forward with more advanced commands to build on previous sessions. This has been excellent experience for a first time dog owner!

Adrienne changed the game for us and our (then 2-month-old) puppy Ari. At first we felt completely overwhelmed and underprepared. My fiancée was convinced we’d have to give this exuberant pup back. Five months later and we’re getting compliments on how well-behaved our sweet girl is. The training and tools we have received from Adrienne have been such game changers for our little family! We adopted a rescue pup during Covid who we absolutely adore but who has come with his fair share of quirks and behaviors. Adrienne worked patiently and diligently with us to make sure our training was grounded in trust and an understanding of why our dog is the way he is and what we as his humans do to either enable or correct his behaviors. We have seen significant progress in the six months of training we've had and I know that we could have never learned these things on our own. Robin is great and very professional! Got right into working with our puppy during our first session. She is a wealth of knowledge about what we should be doing to get our pup aclimated and well-behaved. We are excited to continue working with her!

We adopted a dog and he is a little rough and has fear aggression. We called Canine Dimensions and we learned so many tricks and tips to help control his behavior. We still have some work to do, but we would absolutely be so lost without Canine Dimensions. Our trainer was Dena and she was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for a better trainer.

Had a disappointing experience. The first trainer we were assigned got fired or quit. New trainer basically said the first trainer had done tons wrong, had a TOTALLY different approach. We barely made any progress because we had to start from scratch with new trainer and only had half the time. It’s impossible to schedule, and once they have your money they literally don’t care. Highly recommend you do not use them if you are serious about training your dog.

We are so grateful to Dena for helping us get our two crazy pups under control! She understood what our goals were and helped ease our concerns with introducing them to a new baby. We would definitely recommend Dena and Canine Dimensions!

After our first trip to the vet with our new puppy, our vet recommended Canine Dimensions and Adrienne has been amazing! Finn is a very high energy puppy and we really needed someone who could train us to train him! We have had some atypical issues with our pup and Adrienne has been able to figure out productive solutions! Adrienne is an excellent trainer and she is teaching us, one step at a time, how to work with Finn and he is making great strides! Is a lot of work but it is really worth it! We highly recommend the in-home training!

We went with Jaci at Canine Dimensions and I have never been happier with the company but with the trainer we got! From the beginning, they were very easy to work with when discussing pricing, packages and the system in details. Their communication with scheduling and the communication between you and your trainer is stress free, reliable and easy! I have a Saint Bernard, black lab and newfie mix dog and seeing the transformation from when we started in January till now (he will be 1 in October) is incredible. She accommodated to his breed, size and learning style. Jaci was amazing to watch with Moose when she would show us certain training techniques when we did our personal at home visits. She would even take us to different environments depending on where he was at with his training and what in particular we were working on. I would call her a dog guru for sure. Her experience as a trainer shows, she would explain a future possible situation, walk us through it step by step, give in advance Moose’s reaction and why, and then give the correction or training step. I would HIGHLY recommend her as your trainer. Remember leadership is love and I am so proud of where Moose is at and will continue our training for years to come! We were referred to CD by our vet. Our trainer was Adrienne and she was amazing! She was really good at explaining new rules to set and the importance behind them. Our dog is now a better listener and seems much less anxious compared to when we started . Thanks Adrienne!

Adrienne came highly recommended from some friends and from day one we have been super happy impressed in her ability to teach us to train our new addition. Rizzo responded to her quite quickly and always followed her commands. Adrienne had recommendations and tips for all of the issues we have had. I am so thankful I found Canine Dimensions! My 7 month old German Shepherd and I needed some major help. We have only had 2 sessions so far with our Trainer, Dena, and I am blown away by the progress we have made from her expertise. Duke is already heeling on the leash, and he now knows who is the boss :) The best part is that all the training is totally humane which is what I was looking for. Dena has been absolutely wonderful! Jaci is amazing, she has an answer and solution for everything for both of our dogs. We're working through some behavioral issues with our 5 yr old dog, and basic training on our puppy, and she really focuses on our goals with our dogs and how to achieve them. We couldn't be happier to be working with Jaci!!
