PetSmart Westminster, Colorado

Everyone seems nice. However, upon picking our dogs up one was super anxious and needed to use the restroom more than we’ve ever seen which is concerning from our end. Our other dog was excited per usual. This is a first that no one has ever said how great they were, how much they enjoyed having them or anything like that. Sadly we won’t be back to this location.

Worst experience ever. There was a long like at checkout with no employee helping the customers. Like 5 coustoemrs had left the like put the stuff back that they wanted to buy and left. When I told an employee that, they just shrugged their shoulders. It's not like this location was by any means short staffed.

We had a dog in the "hotel", we thought it was awesome!

Can get Rx for here, although if you have to return food the registers are out of date and it will take a wile.

It's a pet store, a little high-priced on some items some items are reasonably priced depends on what you're looking for. If you sign up for their pets perks plan you get points but if you don't shop there often it's not worth it.

Love that they have a Banfield in back.

Does PetSmart has dog sitting, a vet and prescription dog foods (which you need to show a prescription for) as well as a grassy area outside if your dog needs a potty break. Plus it has everything a normal PetSmart would have - most of the things you would need for the pet in your life.

Extremely rude i called and she didn't want to help my pet cat who has a urine infection and she put me hold and forgot about me.

Line was insanely long, person didn't call for assistance until after the line was 7 aisles long

I frequent this outsmart a lot due to using the Banfield vet on site. Clean location with friendly staff. Both at Petsmart and Banfield.

Love PetSmart, but especially this location. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I also greatly appreciate the range of services and product's available.

Loved banfield here the ladies helping me were awesome especially when my pup got off the leash and made a run for it

They have a great variety and every time I go in there the bearded dragon babies are usually separated which is better that what most pet stores do with their beardies. The only thing that bothers me is that they sell reptile sand, which can and will kill many of the lizards it is marketed towards. The bugs are always alive and in descent stock and I can bring my kitty inside!

Only the greatest associate's work here, they are friendly and very helpful. The groomer's are the best.

I went to Pet Smart because the Petco store I usually go to did not have (again!) the dog food I wanted. Pet Smart had what I wanted (see pic) and also an employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She was pleasant, asked me what kind of dog I had and guided me to the dog food I inquired about. Even though Pet Smart is a little further from my house than Petco, I will now do all of shopping for Pet supplies at Pet Smart.

It was not great but not terrible. They have a lot f work to do on customer care and the store is over stocked

They have a very nice variety of freshwater aquarium fish.

Employees are very friendly and welcoming. All the aisles were clean and the cat habitats had food and water and clean litter boxes. Love pet smart they have a lot of high quality pet products and pet supplies for almost all pets. Highly recommend

Gloria at the register was rude and very unprofessional. I had a simple request to exchange my senior dogs dog food and Gloria acted as if I was putting her out of her way. I am a long time shopper of PetSmart and have never experienced this kind of treatment and I am very disappointed and I am going to rethink where I spend my money.

They take good care of our babies... Even when we lost one...

The staff here are very friendly and will answer any of your questions! They also always have great fish! Ps. Their stock day is Tuesday, so Wednesdays are great for getting fish!

I wish the employees at the Banfield were as helpful as the Petsmart employees.
