Farmer's Korner Veterinary Hospital Breckenridge, Colorado

The team at Farmers Korner has been taking care of my Danes for over 10 years and they are truly the most compassionate and thorough facility I have ever been to. I appreciate them very much.

Highly recommend Farmers Korner Vet hospital. Dr. Court and the ENTIRE staff are knowledgeable/caring/professional individuals (from the vet techs to the front desk staff). They have been our vet for over 7 years and always take into consideration our needs (whether it's trying to keep costs down OR trying to get "peace of mind" about lumps or issues). If you want a long-term PARTNER IN CARE (just like you want in a "human doctor") then you should consider them because a) Pam at the front desk has so much experience and knowledge she can sometimes answer your quickee questions and help you avoid a visit b) Dr Court has performed surgeries, teeth cleanings second opinions on my pet or friends pets and I completely trust her opinions and the fairness of her prices. c) The only gripe I've ever heard from friends is that it's more expensive than getting teeth cleaning or a service like this in Denver (So for those services if it saves you a few bucks - go to Denver. But if it's something REALLY serious don't you want to know your pet is in good hands?)

Farmers Korner has seen us through wellness visits, minor illnesses and injuries, and even a tumor removal. They are communicative, caring, understanding, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Farmers Korner Vet, the team, service and care. Denisa and the entire team have been my go-to vet for years for my golden retriever and I fully trust them. We’ve worked through several challenges, routine check-ups, stitches, chronic issues, and most recently; a tough cancer diagnosis for the pup. They’ve always been responsive and even supported me when I’m traveling and out of state. I highly recommend and can vouch for them as a trusted vet and team!

So grateful to have found this place, for the kind staff and their emergency visits. My sweet pup shockingly got a three prong fishing hook stuck in his bum on a visit to the lake in Frisco. Even though Kelty was super calm throughout the whole situation, the staff really added ease to the situation. You'll find the staff wee to be incredibly kind, very communicative about what needs to be done and they’ll help name a stressful and unpleasant situation a more bearable one. You can tell these folks truly love what they do, as they take exceptional care of your doggo and you, the owner. Thanks y’all!

I'm a little crazy when it comes to my dogs, but they're my children. The people here care about your pets as much as you do. If you need a vet in Summit County I can't/won't recommend anyone else.

Pretty upsetting that they can't give you an idea of a basic teeth cleaning when you call with weight, dog breed and letting them know that there are no teeth extractions needed. Had to pay to have the dog seen when I already have another vet.

This is a great and reliable vet. I drive from Denver to see them. I like that they make an effort to know my pets and treat them as family. They always have records when I need them and are flexible when need be. I highly recommend them.

We had an emergency with our dog on a Saturday evening. Dr. Court was on call and we brought our dog to her. Her professionalism, compassion, kindness and frankness in reviewing all options was invaluable to us and our dog. Her knowledge was outstanding as well. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Dr. Court and her staff are so comforting. My black lab, Chance, had the honor of being under their care during some challenging times. He was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma in his left elbow. He was in such discomfort that we wanted to put him to rest. Dr. Court sat with us for about half an hour to discuss the possibility of amputation. Since he was riddled with arthritis in his other joints, we were definitely hesitant. We can only say "thank you" a thousand times over because of her advice. She suggested that even 6 months with three legs and being pain-free would be a positive outcome. Now he is almost a year post-op and doing marvelously. Whenever we see him running into the water and swimming around; or wagging his tail, we know the choice was a good one! You will have a hard time finding a better team to assist your furry family member! Thanks again!

Super caring and compassionate staff.

This vet fit me in last minute when I was traveling with my dog and he started to get very sick on the day we were supposed to fly home. I called and they made time for us almost immediately. They took excellent care of him and the price was very reasonable. The veterinarian and staff were very kind to me and to my dog. I am so grateful that they took care of my little buddy so we could catch our flight and get home safely.

Dr. Court was absolutely wonderful. We were out of town and visiting Summit County when my dog started to display some very odd and concerning behaviors. After refusing to come when called and vomiting, we called Farmer's Korner (at 3:00 am) and Dr. Court was able to help us identify some of the potential causes for my dog's behaviors. Within a half an hour, Dr. Court was at the clinic and able to thoroughly assess and diagnose my dog (who had ingested marijuana somewhere on the Miner's Creek Trail). While not regular clients, she also took the time to follow up with us and see how Luna was doing. Despite an incredibly scary endeavor, Dr. Court was reassuring , thorough, and kind. Thank you!!!

Couldn't get ahold of a vet near me at 2 in the morning. Got a call back in 1 minute by the vet and she talked me through everything and was extremely helpful for my dogs sickness.

Farmer's Korner was absolutely fantastic to my Great Pyrenees. I was in the mountains for the weekend and needed ER Vet service and they were amazing from the first phone call all the way to several days later when they called to check in on my dog. I am going to try to switch my primary care vet to Farmer's Korner even though it is an hour+ from home. After owning pets for 20 years, I can honestly say that I have never been so impressed with a vet and their entire staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
