Erica and Kerry are both fantastic. They are taking such great care of my girl Ellie. The results have been astounding in a very short period of time. Huge props for their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. Truly a first rate operation.

My dog suffered an injury as a puppy and was having trouble using her leg appropriately since then. I have had her evaluated by several vets and physical therapist prior to Walking Paws that could not find a "source" of her issue. I had gone another rehab place prior to Walking Paws where my dog was an absolute mess. She would cry, refuse to do exercises and not relax during treatment. I felt she was not making much progress so I decided to try Walking Paws and I am thrilled with my results so far. My dog has gotten more comfortable with the staff at every visit. The exercises at home are achievable and do not cost me an arm and leg on extra equipment. My dog is making a noticeable improvement with her muscle mass and starting to use her limbs again correctly. The staff is always kind and friendly and walks me through all the exercises as well as explaining every treatment. They spend of lot of time doing each treatment and evaluations are done at every visit. All of their staff has a doctorate in physical therapy of some variety and they involve the opinion of all their staff to ensure that nothing is missed on my pet. I am very happy with the overall progress of my pet and the approach to treatment is through and complete. I highly recommend Walking Paws for anyone considering physical therapy for their pet.

The therapists at Walking Paws have helped rehabilitate my pups from their joint diseases in a way no other vet has been able to and made it possible for them to have the quality of life they deserve. I’m so grateful to Allison, Erica and Danielle for their incredible work. They are so professional, intelligent and heartfelt in their care, and me and the doggos are so grateful for their support on this journey.

Our dog Ringo has made great progress and is well on his way to a full recovery thanks to Dr. Kirsch and Dr. Cotter, and the enthusiastic care of everyone at Walking Paws. Ringo was diagnosed with an FCE (Fibrocartilaginous Embolism) and could barely walk when we first went to Walking Paws. The therapeutic exercises have been great and we also receive easy to understand, at-home exercises to supplement what we do at Walking Paws. In addition to the exercises, Ringo has been benefited from the underwater treadmill, acupuncture and laser therapy. I highly recommend Walking Paws!

Everyone at Walking Paws is incredible. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and if you're looking for a PT for your pup, this is the place to go.

I can't really praise this place highly enough. They have a great facility, tons of equipment, really convenient hours, and are pretty reasonably priced considering the care you get. But really it is the staff that makes this place. Everyone I met there was genuinely amazing, knowledgeable, kind & very good at their job. My 10-year old Corgi, Georgia, was diagnosed with DM, a progressive spinal disease. The neurologist advised us that it was fairly advanced and that she would probably become fully paralyzed within 6 months but that he had seen some PT to help control symptoms and improve life quality during that time, so on a whim I took her to Walking Paws. On my first appointment they seemed so knowledgeable (even specifically about DM) and kind and helpful we continued to go weekly - and Georgia LOVED going. 18 months after her diagnosis unfortunately Georgia passed away, but her life would not have been anywhere near what it was without Walking Paws. They went to great lengths to make sure she stayed strong, comfortable & happy. Massage, laser therapy, acupuncture, swimming, treadmills, all kinds of strength equipment, and lots and lots of treats. I really can't thank Danyel & all the staff at Walking Paws enough for how much they helped.

One year ago today, Ozzie (our 5 year old Chow Chow) fell on our back patio and was instantly paralyzed in his rear legs. I still have that image in my mind. It was terrifying then and still is today. That CFE was a horrifying diagnosis. I took him for a walk this morning and just felt so grateful for his playfulness - running and skipping down the trail. I still feel it's a miracle that he's able to do that. Which brings me to you and your support in getting him up and moving again. I will never forget coming in and having that initial consultation late on a Sunday afternoon with Danyel. Your schedule was booked tight but after begging Andrea to allow us an appointment, Danyel agreed to see us. I also will never forget Danyel telling us Ozzie would walk again. I'm not sure we believed it but we wanted to hang on to some hope. We were there three times a week for six months and you were constantly coming up with new ideas and solutions for his recovery. We cannot thank you enough for your support, dedication and knowledge. You guys just rock! And it has meant so much to us. We got our Ozzie back and we're thankful everyday. He really is a gift and we should have known he has more work to do here on Earth. You were first on my mind this morning because you all were such an integral part in Ozzie walking again. Walking Paws - you needed to know how appreciative we are of you! Melodie and Lou Della Cava

Luna torn her ccl a few months ago. We decided to do a consultation at Walking Paws to better understand our options for her. After our time there we decided on custom designing an orthopedic brace and doing weekly physical therapy. Currently we work with Dr. Allison. She is ultra patient, very kind and wonderful with communication. We learn alot every session and I bring home PT excercises to help Luna in her recovery in between sessions. Luna used to be shy to go into any veterinarian office & we believe that comes with her being a rescue dog. However she is excited to come in and say hi to all staff at Walking Paws. I highly recommend Walking Paws and encourage you to see for yourself how amazing the staff is!

"My friends at Walking Paws are wonderful! You see, I only have three paws and sometimes I get kinda tired trying to keep up. The nice lady with the treats said I have arthritis and a CCL tear (not sure what that means). Every time I go, all the treat people know my name, I get lots of massages, some sort of light thingy that means I also get belly rubs, I go swimming and we do obstacles! Did I mention peanut butter? They have lots of peanut butter. I'm so strong now! If you have a friend that needs more TLC or peanut butter, Walking Paws has lots. I hope to see your friend soon!" - Mayhem

Walking Paws provides an extremely positive environment with staff that provide excellent care. My dog has extensive orthopedic needs and they were able to help me understand the situation and create a plan. I would recommend this facility to everyone! The kindness and genuine interest in the wellbeing of animals and their humans is appreciated.

We cannot thank the team at Walking Paws enough. Oscar had recent surgery on his knee and he is making such great strides towards a full recovery. In addition to personalized care plans and an easy at-home system, each member of the team has been so supportive and understanding of Oscar's reactivity to new people and other dogs. He has learned that when he comes to Walking Paws only positive and good things happen. I have been beyond impressed with the patience and positive engagement from the team especially Dr. Cassie Swafford. As a bonus - it is also so awesome to see Oscar in the water tread. Looking fab and recovering strong!

These guys seem to care a lot more about making money than helping animals. My vet had cautioned me about this place saying they had had other patients who had also had poor experiences there and/or poor results, but Aspen Meadows' rehab was temporarily unstaffed and I thought I'd give them a shot anyway. Big mistake. On my appointment day, I found out that my car was going to still be in the shop that afternoon, so I called first thing that morning to reschedule my afternoon initial appointment. The receptionist was super un-professional, lecturing me about how if my car wasn't going to be finished by today, I should have known and called them sooner...as though I have any control over when my dealership is going to finish working on my vehicle...and letting me know in no uncertain terms that they were not interested in working with me to reschedule at a time that worked better or helping me get my dog in for therapy. Citing unalterable policy documentation that I'd never seen or signed, the only options I was given for this 3 hour appointment was literally to either come in at 8am the next day (during my work hours) or to charge me hundreds of dollars to reschedule for another time. I said that was a financial hardship I wasn't prepared for (esp. considering I don't even know what my dealer is going to charge me for my car yet!) and asked if it wasn't more important to get a dog that needs it in for therapy rather than collect a meaningless inconvenience fee and she absolutely maintained that policies were set and non-negotiable! To be honest, I was kind of shocked at her lack of empathy and response that maintained that the fee was the most important consideration considering it was coming from a veterinary clinic. It really opened my eyes as to what kind of place this actually is. My dog's had two hip replacements and NEEDS physical therapy, but after my experience with this company, I wouldn't let these guys take my dog for a walk. It's clear they don't actually care about helping him and that it's far more important to them to make money charging fees and getting you locked into endless therapy than to make sure animals in pain get help. Super unprofessional staff and extremely inflexible policies that seem designed more to stuff their wallet than to help animals. I'd steer clear of this place if I were you. When Aspen Meadows re-opens their veterinary therapy center, I'll be heading back there. The staff there has always been courteous and kind and obviously centered around the well-being of my pet.

This is a great clinic with a great team of professionals. Our older dog (60 pounds, 15 years) started with Walking Paws in the spring. She was old, stiff and getting weak. Stairs were difficult and she moped around pretty slowly most of the time. Every once in a while she would jog a few steps and that was about as active as she could be. Now about 4 months later, she is much more steady, less stiff, and much better on the stairs. When she comes home from her Walking Paws appointments she gallops (yes gallops) around our yard in circles - something she hadn't done for a long time. Overall, her mobility and strength are much better. Worth every penny. And make sure you are dilligent with the exercises they recommend to do at-home - they will help. You won't see drastic improvement over night but I think we started seeing results around 4 weeks or so.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Walking Paws Rehab. I wish that I could personally find a doctor that treated me like my pet Rascal was treated. Truly, these professionals are focused on the best care for animals and their full recovery. I feel so fortunate to have been able to have their services. I would recommend 100%. Melissa & Rascal

Every single person at Walking Paws is incredible! I have been so floored at how kind and passionate everyone has been in the rehabilitation of my sweet pup. You simply cannot go wrong seeing any of the doctors or assistants for your pets’ care- they are all consistently compassionate and driven to make steady progress (bonus- they make it so accessible to the owners)! Our dog Winston was in a rough place when we were recommended to Walking Paws from our emergency vet. I was initially skeptical- I had not ever heard of someone taking their dog to physical therapy. But it really has worked WONDERS- I’m amazed every time I come in! The combination of professional knowledge and warm hearts that are present at Walking Paws have gotten Winston and I through an injury that I thought would be devastating and life-altering. I cannot recommend them enough and I trust them implicitly! If you are looking for a rehab facility for your baby- look no further and rest assured that you will receive the best care! <3

Walking Paws is thee most incredible rehab facility for your animals! I absolutely love all of the veterinarians and physical therapists that work there. They are so caring, enthusiastic, have the utmost attention to detail, are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond to help pets and their owners. The doctors at Walking Paws are so creative with pets' exercises, recommend helpful vitamins and at-home treatments, and truly help animals heal and become stronger. I am so glad I found them for my Biewer and Toy Poodle. Thank you for helping my fur babies!

My dog loves coming to PT at Walking Paws. She thinks it is playtime. One day she fell asleep during a massage and stretching session! She has made great progress in healing from her FHO surgery and is well on her way to resuming normal activities thanks to the staff’s well thought out exercise plans for home care. Highly recommend Walking Paws.

What a relief to have found them prior to my dog's second total hip replacement. Dr. Cassie and the entire staff have been so helpful in healing and working with the surgeon. Now, we're very well supported and on the road to recovery!

The physical therapists and support staff are very knowledgeable and effective in their individualized programs for pets. They showed such compassion and love for my old dog! Be prepared, however, that it is shockingly expensive!

The Walking Paws team has been instrumental in getting both our Berners to a healthy state. The team is super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and great at personalizing plans to your pups needs. The treatments are affordable and they work with you and your budget to make sure your little one gets back to being their best self. Highly recommend them over any other PTs we’ve worked with.

Everyone at Walking Paws have been great to work with. My dog G isn't the most laid back. The staff keeps his experience positive and he doesn't mind his sessions. They are committed to helping give animals the best life possible.

I am very appreciative of the entire team at Walking Paws Rehab. My dog had shown some lameness in one of his back legs; we were concerned about a partial ligament tear and hoped to safely heal it without surgery. After a very thorough initial assessment, it appeared that if it was a tear we caught it extremely early. *self high-five So the beginning of my dog’s treatment was to treat the injury as a tear; bringing blood/improving circulation to the area. Later on, it focused more on strengthening those back leg muscles, both to help with healing and prevent future injury. After a month or so, my dog never again showed any signs of limping, lameness, or demonstrating any sign of pain! I’ll admit, at times I questioned whether physical rehab was truly still needed, but diagnostic ultrasounds were done few times throughout the treatment plan, to more objectively assess his status and healing. Those images were shown and thoroughly discussed with me, which I greatly appreciated. It was very helpful to visually see & confirm that his muscle fibers were still torn and that there was still inflammation & fluid around the joint… and thus rehab was helping, but was still needed. If I had to go back and change anything, it would be to visit with the same vet throughout the entire treatment plan. In the beginning, our appointments ended up being with a different vet every time and although I think it’s great to get the different perspectives and knowledge from multiple vets, and there isn’t a vet at Walking Paws I wouldn’t work it… I felt like my dogs overall treatment plan and timeline was more up in the air than I’d like. I know with physical rehab, you can’t predict how fast or slow someone will heal and you can’t predict setbacks, however, the timeline seemed to vary a bit depending on the vet I spoke with; it's difficult to budget for something that keeps changing. Once I switched to using the same vet, which was Dr. Rebecca Hall, I felt much better about things and it was a setup I preferred. I feel like there was more consistency with the treatment plan and, overall, when you visit with the same person, (I feel) they can better recognized that the pet is improving & on track and/or recognize when setbacks have occurred. Just my personal preference... Again, there isn’t a vet at Walking Paws I wouldn’t have liked to work with, but Dr. Hall was great! Overall, thrilled with the treatment my dog received here. Everyone I worked with at Walking Paws was incredibly helpful and accommodating and knowledgeable. Thank you Walking Paws team! My little corgi is ready for agility training!

Our dog has been going to see Erica at Walking Paws for a few months now for a CCL injury. We are so appreciative of their entire staff team who have gone above and beyond to work with the other vet offices involved with her case and be her advocate. They also care about making sure we can do the exercises and rehab work successfully at home. Our dog is anxious and fearful of other dogs and they work hard to accommodate her and make sure she is comfortable. Thanks Walking Paws team!
