These folks are so kind and loving to all dogs. They do a superb job grooming, from the bath, to the hair cut! The are so much better than all the other places that I tried in Boulder, and surroundings. Call them!

I have had my dog’s grooming appointment being cancelled 3 times now. First they say one groomer would do it, and then next time they say oh wait it needs to be someone else. I had taken my dog there before for bath and brush and it was great, but this rescheduling every week or two and leaving me hanging for a month is most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

Awful experience. I called this morning to let them know I would be 20 min late. Didnt check their messages or answer their phone. They canceled my appointment that I made a month ago.

Made an appointment for our black cat (not quite a year old) to have her nails clipped. She is a rescue and very timid. When we arrived, one of the workers said she couldn't help because she was superstitious of black cats. Speechless on why she is even working in a pet grooming salon.

I don't know why they have so many good reviews. I made an appointment with them weeks ago now, and yesterday it was cancelled and changed by the owner. Today I was called and it was cancelled again, but then a space opened for this Friday. She then told me my dog HAD to be put in a cage even if that made her fearful, and a blow dryer would be attached. It would also take up to 5 hours because they have everyone drop their dogs at the same time in the morn so they can get as many dogs done in a day regardless of the fact that they spend at least half of the time in a kennel. The combination of a kennel with a hairdryer is torture for my Border Collie. I guess the alternative COULD be to let them out of the kennels but now I have found out that they just lost someones dog who ran out the front door. Not trustworthy. Not PAMPERED.

I would definitely recommend! The owner was very nice and did a great job with my fearful dog. My pup has very long quicks and is extremely fearful of nail trims. The owner took her time and put my dog at ease before the trim. I was amazed at how calm my pup stayed the whole time! Inexpensive and will definitely be back! Thank you Pampered Pooch!

How does a grooming facility that loses clients dogs have such great reviews? They have got to be fake. A company that allows dogs to just walk out the front door and not take responsibility for it should not be allowed to take care of anyone’s animals. Close this place down. Be careful leaving your dogs here, they are not responsible to bathe a pet rock

Caprica is always happy when I take her here, Lisa treats her like an angel. A very warm, cozy and welcoming environment. A little snug which adds to the charm!

Love the Pampered Pooch team and how sweet they are to Punt. They do excellent grooming at reasonable price too.

Asked for a trim the lady completely shaved my dog and this is not at all what I asked for. It took 7 hours and it looks like a 2 year old took the clippers to my dog. Absolutely horrible job. Would not go back and would not suggest anyone go here, ever. You’d be better off just giving your kid some clippers and letting them have a go.

Brigit is the BEST!!! She groomed my dog in the beginning of June and I was SO pleased with how my dog looked!!! Just yesterday my boyfriend took him to get groomed at some place closer to our house and they gave him the worst haircut ever and today I took him to pampered pooch to fix it and Bridget helped me again and she found a way to make his bad cut look good again!! Thanks so much!!

I brought my very large and very fluffy, shedding machine of a GSD in same-day for a full grooming. Lisa did an amazing job. He looks and feels like a new dog. His coat was getting very thick and clumpy and it was obvious that it was bothering him. After seeing Lisa, his coat is light, soft and shiny. I can't believe the difference and I'm looking forward to a little less hair in my food for the next few months. Lisa was awesome and obviously cares a lot about the dogs she works with. We'll be back!

Things have changed immensely with this place! They used to take great care with dogs but today I came by and they had multiple dogs off leash outside and it was pandemonium. I was concerned for the dogs off leash that were just roaming around but the worker didn't seem to care. Not the same place, sadly. :/

Edit: Unfortunately, Kia moved and left Pampered Pooch in 2019 but we were so LUCKY to get Yael as our new groomer! Yael has been grooming my pup for about a year now, she is an excellent groomer who is always so sweet and patient! Samson loves Yael and he is so excited every time he has an appointment with her. I can recommend Yael to everyone, especially if you have a Doodle/ Labradoodle or a dog that needs a specific haircut. This place is the best, everyone is so nice and friendly and all the dogs look very happy there every time I show up with my pup. They are very flexible so you can drop off/ pick up your dog whenever it works for you & your schedule. Also Kia is an amazing groomer, she is so wonderful, hope she can groom my Samson forever :0)!

Brianna did a great job with our Havanese, who had very matted hair by the time I took him in. She was clear up front that she couldn't give him the 3/4" cut we requested because it wouldn't take care of the mats. She was 100% right. He came out with a beautiful, very short cut and looks and feels so much better!
