Great care for my pet !

I just want to give a shout out to Boulder’s Natural Animal Hospital and recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet. They take great care of my 3 dogs, but they went above and beyond for my dog Rory toward the end of her life and after her passing. Dr. Granger called at least weekly to check in on our family from the time Rory got her cancer diagnosis until several weeks after her death just to be with us through our grief. We got hand written cards from her too with specificities about Rory you would only know and remember if you loved her. And just now I received a notification of a donation in Rory’s name from Boulder’s Natural Animal to the Boulder Humane Society. And this behavior isn’t unusual - they showed the same love and care during her life that they did after. I just love these people and want others to experience the same care my family has received.

Truly excellent. I've had fantastic experiences with Dr. Granger and Dr. Abernathy, who provide friendly feline care. I always appreciate the messages and details I am provided with. I have a four minute voicemail filled with specific directions, instructions, and options - wonderful service.

Dr. Granger has been AMAZING. Very grateful for my experiences so far with her and Boulder Natural Animal Hospital. Dr. Granger listens with diligence and compassion, and fully explains her philosophies and options while taking my preferences into consideration. As a holistic minded caretaker of my babies, and with previously bad vet experiences, this has a breath of fresh air. She also was SO good in handling my boy. The clinic overall seems very well run as I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for the vet, and they follow through on phone calls. Giving 4 stars due to the cost however, as this has been one of the most expensive vets I’ve ever been to. I would love to see some better considerations made of costs to support people in putting their money where it most matters - such as in their dogs’ nutrition and holistic supplements. But overall again, great experience at this vet. Thank you Dr. Granger!

Dr Brockman is the best in Boulder County

The vets and staff are very professional and caring. They are doing an excellent job in protecting clients and pets during this pandemic. Dr. Takahashi has been doing this for a very long time and is a wealth of knowledge.

Solid vet. I appreciate their long hours and flexible scheduling. They Definitely recommend some pricey health options for pets, but other than that I'm fully satisfied.

We love Dr. Takahashi and have been taking our two dogs there for about 3 years. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The vet techs and front desk staff are also great.

Their scheduling could use more automation to make things smoother, but everything about this place is wonderful! The staff were all kind and caring to my cats and they gave good advice on their medication needs.

We have followed Dr. Liv Brockman from her previous clinic to this clinic because she is the best vet we have ever encountered. She's cared for 2 cats and now our 17 year old dog. She is compassionate, smart, skilled and resourceful. She brought a tech to my home to take the blood pressure of my elderly cat who resists office visits. She truly cares for her client pets. I give Dr. Brockman and her clinic my highest recommendation.

Best Veterinarians around! Maybe more expensive but you will only need to go once which saves time! Dr. Takahashi is a cat whisperer! Dr. Patterson is a dog whisperer! I trust them both with my furry babies!!!!

Stacy Adams is my favorite veterinarian. Very kind and knowledgeable. My puppy Yaman is always welcomed like a movie star. Prices are reasonable.

Boulder’s natural animal hospital provides great care for our 2 border collies. They keep us on track for our pets and I appreciate all they do. Worth going if you really care about your pets!

As vets, they're excellent. BUT, they have too many clients for the number of vets available and it's very possible you won't be able to get in to see them at some point when it's really important. They're a fine choice if you're in no hurry, but there's no mechanism or "saved spots" for when you have an actual time-sensitive problem.

They are the best! We’ve been seeing Dr. Liv Brockman for around 20 years. Her kindness, gentle demeanor, and compassion complement her deep knowledge and expertise. She has gently cared for all of my dogs, my sweet babies, over the years as they have aged. She helped keep them healthy, but when they experienced traumas and illnesses, even cancer, she thoughtfully treated them and referred us to appropriate specialists when necessary. She has taken such wonderful care of all of them and us. She even came to our home when it was time to help each of them move on. We love Liv and the caring, competent and fun staff at Boulder’s Natural Animal.

I have been treat horribly by the front desk. Every time I call they act like it’s an inconvenience. My vet is awesome but she’s only there 2 days a week. I was not able to receive the help I needed on the day she wasn’t there. I asked to see another vet bc I was worried about my dog. I was told they can’t keep bothering her on her day off and I would have to wait until her next work day. I never asked to bother her on her day off. I persisted that my dog had extended abdomen and I was worried. I wanted to know if I could see another vet. I was told the best they could offer was bring him in first thing in the am for a cortisol test. I agreed and asked if he should be fasted. I was put on hold and the front desk came back on screaming at me that she absolutely could not book that appointment for me after SHE offered. My beloved dog of 9 years ended up passing away at the ER vet the following Sunday. (Easter Sunday) I’m heartbroken and beyond shocked at how I was treated.

The staff is not very nice or professional. You will need an appointment in advance. I would recomend VCA or Broadway Animal over Boulder's Natural Animal Hospital. They do have an interesting cat walkway.

Compassionate, professional, qualified doctors and staff. This is a top notch veterinary practice. They cared for my Aussie for 6 years until he passed of old age. After an x-ray looking for arthritis, Dr. Takahashi went back after hours and on re-examining the x-ray found a tumor. When my dog passed years later, they made a donation to the Boulder Humane Society in his name. Special shout out to Dr. I Takahashi.

Everyone we interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Granger was calm and patient with our energetic pup and knew exactly how to examine him through his curiosity and movement. All recommendations were fully explained, and all of our questions were answered. I'm so glad we have been connected with Boulder's Natural Animal Hospital.

I took our puppy there only once but decided that wasn’t the right Vetrinary for us since our view and needs are more on the holistic side and they don’t practice any holistic aspect. The vet was very respectful of me and my needs.

I am extremely impressed with the excellent service provided by Dr. Takahashi, Dr. Adams, and Dr. Granger, and their technicians and support staff. Dr. Takahashi so effectively and carefully diagnosed our puppy, LudiBlue, with an infection in the stitches he received at Alpenglow for a dog bite wound. Her judgment, expertise and immediate remedy eased our minds and provided LudiBlue with the expert care he needed. He healed perfectly and we can’t express enough how impressed we are with Dr. Takahashi’s help, understanding and compassion. We also want to express how impressed and grateful we are to Dr. Adams, who availed herself to our texts and inquiries while she was not in the office. Dr. Adams has been our vet for several years and, while out of the country, made herself available to us, going way above and beyond the call of duty. Her commitment, compassion, and expertise are always greatly appreciated. Dr. Granger has also been extremely helpful to us in defining next steps and proper care to ensure our puppy's complete healing. Her assurance, direction and very sweet demeanor gave us tremendous peace of mind during such a stressful time, worrying about our sweet puppy. In addition, the staff, in general, is always so helpful, supportive and kind. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the facility and services. We recommend Boulder's Natural Animal Hospital to all our friends and family!

I have been seeing Dr. Irene Takahashi (Dr. T) for approx. 15 years and she is the best! But, everyone - doctors and staff alike - are capable and caring. Overall, I have been so impressed with this practice. The prices are fair and the service is excellent.
