Marty's Meals Boulder, Colorado

Sorry to have to write this, as I have been a very long customer of Marty's, now named "Shine." However, I have to speak up about the somewhat recent, 'un-named' ("T") new(er) hire-employee, often behind the sales counter these days. My friends and I are quite in unison about our experiences' with this rather unimpressive, seemingly stern gentleman, almost to the point, of going into the store far less often, when he is working. All three of the familiar "Marty's" women (no discrimination here), including the mgr, and especially, Anika (who has since left) are wonderful and almost always say "hi" and engage when you walk in, offer their help pro-actively, etc. They also remember who I am, and care to learn customer and frequency accounts -- in pretty short order. "He" does not, and has not. "He" never has said hello, nor have I even ever seen him smile. I know it's hard to find great help out there, but hey Boulder Mgr. ("S"), I think you need to listen to what a few of us 'long-timer's" think of this latest hire. We've been hoping for improvement, and have seen none, over time, in this regard... Customer service, indeed matters. And a high-end, specialty pet food store such as this, needs happy, friendly, dog and people-loving staff! Don't you agree?

Marty's Meals is an excellent resource for gently cooked and raw food for your dog or cat. Sabrina is a knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly resource for pet owners who want the best food for their pets. Highly recommended!

Wonderful in every way! High quality cat/dog treats and food. Lots of knowledge and they always have helpful suggestions.

The products they offer are the highest quality available. My dog loves their treats and goes crazy for the Raw Venison Meals they provide. Customer service is highly attentive and they are always looking out for other ways to improve my dog's diet and health, I have never had a bad experience going inside the store or calling for a pick-up order. With Marty's Meals, you pay for quality and expertise from people that care about our four-legged companions.

We love Marty's meals! Great frozen raw foods, and my dog loves the dried lamb lung. Also, we can't live without the raw goats milk. It has done wonders for my pugs tummy!! Thank you!

What a great place if you want to go raw! The staff is very friendly and helpful with every question you may have. They also collaborate with other pet loving professionals such as: dog trainers, animal communicators as well as chiropractic care for dogs and many others. Part of their collaboration sometimes will be holding a workshop to have you more involved, engaged and educated about your pets. They got bone broth they make in store, so many different combinations of meat for your dog AND cat too. They got CBD oil and other supplements. From my experience they do their research to bring the best things for their clients.

I can not express how grateful I am for Marty's Meals! My poor pup had been experiencing chronic GI upset for about a year. Nobody could put their finger on what exactly was going on. While I won't go into detail, he was put on an elimination diet (tilapia and peas...that's it) by a veterinary nutritionist and after the elimination period was over we were given minimal guidance and the guidance we were given really didn't work for our dog. We were absolutely desperate for a different diet for our dog that would not trigger the GI upset again but provided more nutritional value. Enter Marty's Meals. We slowly transitioned him onto one of their prepared meals and he is thriving! He absolutely LOVES the food and I feel confident and so pleased with the quality of the food - where it's sourced, it's nutritional value, how it's prepared, the whole shebang! I could not be happier and I know my dog is thrilled based on how excited he gets at mealtime. We have also been supplementing his diet with their raw goat kefir (locally soruced!) and feel this is not only helping him from a GI standpoint, but also with seasonal allergies. The staff is incredibly helpful and clearly has a great love for our canine and feline companions. They were completely understanding and helpful when I went in and explained my situation and were happy to provide as much information as they could to help make the best diet decisions for my dog. I am infinitely grateful Boulder has such an incredible resource. Marty's Meals is, without a doubt, dedicated to providing the best nutrition for our pets down to the minute details of responsibly sourcing their ingredients. It is such a relief to be feeding my dog a diet with ingredients I can feel confident in. Thank you so much Marty's Meals!

Finding this place was such a huge blessing for us. Our senior dog was not doing well health wise and we kept wasting money with Veterinarians and not getting anywhere. In fact, one Veterinarian told us that our dog is just old and nothing could be done. When we came to Marty's Meals, we got such great support from the staff and we formed a plan to get our dog feeling better. She's been on Marty's Meals for quite a while now and doing SO well! We are thankful and so glad we found this healthy food for her and that it is helping to restore and sustain her health.

I love Marty's Meals, Sabrina is always so helpful and Lewis gives the best greetings!! Addie loves the organic raw goat milk, the great variety of raw meats and the grass fed jerky treats.

They have awesome, fresh food and at great prices. The people are great, too!
