Friendly staff, great facility, dog came home exhausted after a day of play.

Brought my long haired chihuahua in for some grooming everyone was super friendly and he came home shiny clean with a new bow tie????

This place has a ton of positive reviews, but I wasn't thrilled. I had the live stream up all day and my 9-month-old puppy was in a group of around 25/30 dogs in a big empty room -- no climbing structures or toys or anything. They just roamed around in the room and got maybe 30 minutes of outside time. My puppy hasn't been overly socialized and he has separation anxiety so we were hoping that doggy daycare would be fun and give him some experience with other humans and dogs. The humans didn't really interact with him and I didn't see any real pets happening to our puppy or any of the other dogs. I felt like it was more stressful than anything else and we won't be going back. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I guess I thought there would be more interest than a big empty room with a huge group of dogs. The "Tiny Town" option for smaller dogs looked much better.

This place told me I could not see my dogs on the web cam because they sat in a corner for 3 hours! Truth is they put them in a crate. Dogs left nervous and unhappy. Neither of my dogs had physical limitations. Watch out for these liers!

Amazing place. Camera's all over so you can watch your furry friend play with the others. They are great handlers.

Thanks to Bowhaus Boulder for welcoming our pup Wish. We have boarded Wish in Erie but just lost our home in the Marshall fire. Thankfully our whole family - including Wish - are safe. But we are living in hotel room and have to be out all day doing what we need to do to get back on our feet. Knowing Wish is having fun at daycare all day makes our lives so much easier, and they made it so easy for us to bring her there. Anything that makes things easier means so much. Thank you!

My pup Nela loves it at Bowhaus! She jumps out of the car and practically drags me there when we get to the parking lot. Thanks for taking such great care of my pup!

Great place! They treat our puppy with love and care.

Boarded our almost 2 year old puppy for 2 weeks there during Christmas break. He had a good time. Pros: 1. They have cameras in the play areas for you to see what your puppy/dog is upto 2. They have separate playing area for smaller dogs(Only in Boulder location). This was a great plus point for us since our dog is small and gets easily scared. 3. They send you daily report cards with a photo/s and how much they ate and also their behavior during that day. 4. Helped a lot with his shy behavior. He used to put his tail down if any dog tried to sniff him and would try to back away from them. That doesn't happen anymore. I am guessing he got desensitized to it. Cons 1. They sometimes get the puppy pictures mixed up in the report cards and will send other dog's pics. It was ok since I knew he was having a good time. I did call them when it happened more than once just to let them know that there was a mix up. 2. They didn't hear the feeding instructions properly which led them to use up all the food during the boarding period. They did provide him with food except I had to pay for it when i went to pick him. So just remember to pack morning and evening food in different ziplocks when you board him so that way it's easy for them during feeding time. But I didn't mind it since he was ok with the change in food and didn't have any tummy troubles. I will still recommend this place since I dont think these cons will outweigh the best time he had there. So thanks to Bowhaus for taking care of our little guy. We boarded our dog again in Dec2021 when we took a one month vacation and he had a wonderful time. I still strongly recommend this place for boarding your fur babies!

Aspen has been going to bowhaus for over a year now I cannot recommend Bowhaus enough! Aspen loves it so much, she sprints to the door in the morning and gives goodbye kisses to the staff when leaving. The staff are attentive and clearly very passionate about keeping the dogs safe and happy throughout the day. It was her birthday this week, and they spoiled her all day! We have had some bad experiences at other daycares so finding bowhaus was a relief. Hands down the best daycare! We super appreciate the incredible staff at Bowhaus. The Christmas photos show it all!

Highly Recommend Bowhaus Boulder We were in Boulder for my son's wedding. We needed a place for our dog during the ceremony. Bowhaus was excellent they really care about your dog! It was our very first time ever for our "Cooper". He was so happy and very relaxed. He throughly enjoyed himself. We were also able to peak in on him on their live web cam. A Big Big yes to Bowhaus!

Our dog Jude lives with two old folks: my husband and me. She loves playing with dogs! Bowhaus makes her very happy. We are grateful for the dog play and interaction she gets at Bowhaus. The team there is terrific with the dogs and the dogs' humans!

Very happy with the professionalism and experience of taking my 7 month old Aussie Cattle Dog mix here. He had a blast and I enjoyed watching him on the webcam. They are a great structured environment and helps when needing to board!

The current crew is amazing and so nice! My gal loves it here and we love the convenience. The report cards and pictures they send during the day are such a great touch! Maddy is always tired for a day after she visits here. Thank you Bowhaus!!

Bowhaus seems like a good place for our puppy Norman. We started sending him once a week to hang out with other dogs and get a little training. He's always excited to be there, that's important to us. Webcams make it easy to peek in on him. I appreciated their honesty in sending an email about some cases of kennel cough, so we kept him out a couple weeks. Not crazy about so many a la carte prices, better to have preset packages.

I moved to Colorado in August and was worried about leaving my pride and joy pup at an unknown place for 6 days. After talking with the staff, reading other reviews, I felt comfortable and confident that she would be in good hands, and she definitely was! I LOVED watching her through the live webcams and saw how kind and accommodating the staff was with all of the dogs. On the last day, my dog had some issues that required a vets attention. They kept me in the loop and handled the situation quickly. I will be bringing my puppy back here for daycares and boarding! Highly recommend

I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff to my pups. They are opposites socially and both have found things they enjoy doing during their time at daycare. Thank you!

Great grooming, beautiful results and fair price

Bowhaus is an amazing daycare and boarding facility. I remember feeling so relieved when I started taking Blake to Bowhaus in 2018. He absolutely loves spending time here. I didn't have to worry. Also, there are video streams so you can watch your dog play during the day while you are at work or on a trip! They have indoor and outdoor play areas. And a 'tiny town' for smaller doggos. The staff is great - sweet and loving towards the dogs and communicative with the owners. They pay attention & will tell you (and write in your pet's report card) how your pet's day went. If there is even a minor issue, they'll call.

We were not able to take our 2 yr old rescue pup on our last trip and had to board him for the first time. Everybody at Bowhause made us feel completely comfortable and confident that Chaco was at the best place possible- we were nervous at first but when we saw him on the live cam and received the report cards we knew he was in a great place and were able to enjoy our trip. Thank you Bowhause team, you’re terrific!

Oh, my goodness! These people are wonderful! My new puppy went for her first grooming. Autumn, the groomer, was absolutely awesome. I wish I knew everyone’s name that I spoke to but they all were just awesome. From scheduling on phone, to front office, to groomers, to checkout…Just PERFECT. I am so happy that a friend referred me and I would like to refer all of you. Will definitely be using for some doggie daycare in future.

The staff are very friendly, accommodating and take great care of my fur baby, and I love that I can check-in on my fur baby via their webcams.

Bowhaus - Boulder has been amazing! It's been so helpful to further socialize my dog with other dogs and people because he's often really shy at first. All the staff is very friendly and has made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous at first, but I've been so happy with doggy daycare here :)
