I started going to Berthoud Animal Hospital when it was Aspen Wing in Loveland Colorado. I've been with them since 2003. They have trimmed my Macaws and Sun Conure parrots and seen me through the health and death of my dogs. They are very professional, very compassionate and it is easy to get in and see them. I highly, highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Very caring, took their time with my bird and dog. Offered lots of suggestions for feeding. Excellent docs and staff.

Went to Berthoud Animal Hospital for the past 5 years with our female sheltie and have cycled thru 4 Senior Veterinarians and it just seems like a carousel of Veterinarians. We really like our last doctor and we switched our puppy to them in Loveland - not sure what's up here but heard they have been bought by some company to maximize profits I would guess. Not willing to change Veterinarians all the time and need to have someone who knows my dog to provide care to it.

We have been with this vet 14 years and after our vet left which I can see why we have a dog with a broken hip and they turned us away. I have never been so disappointed and upset. I will never bring another one if my animals to this vet again. Hopefully all the vets will leave and they will have to shut their doors!

Been a client here for many years with many different pets. This clinic has lost all their senior vets and lost my confidence in their ability to handle my pets basic needs. Things are not tended to and my pets are now at risk from their disorganization. Impossible to get appointments to be seen. Cultures and tests not ran on time. Waiting two weeks for follow ups. Ridiculous! Told to go to the ER for simple things due to staffing. I quit as of today taking my business else where.

Have been taking my cockatiel here for a few years (back when they used to be Aspenwing vet in Loveland) and love the new location. The nurses and vets are just amazing and very down-to-earth; so excited to be able to interact with them in person again! With the plans to expand even further as well, this is bound to be the best vet in the area - especially considering they're competent with exotics and not just dogs and cats. Highly recommend you trust your animal babies with them, they'll treat both you and the little critter with the utmost care!

They are very pleasant and caring. They were my babies Freedom and Preciouss veterinarians for many many years. My Precious passed away on May 5 and I will miss her dearly, she was 10 1/2 years old and my great Pyrenees. Love you Precious

The vets here are fantastic. They treat my doggies like the treasures they are, and I couldn't be more grateful that we have such a talented and compassionate veterinary team right here in Berthoud.

We just moved into the area and had our first vet visit for Kupid, our Siberian Husky. We were very happy with the veterinarian and the care our precious Kupid received.

Very Reliable, Dr. Dracos is a wonderful knowledgeable exotics vet and the staff is very personal. My cockatoo is not very keen on going to the vet but they really make the best of it and work well with Hannah.

We LOVE Berthoud Animal Hospital! Our animals have specifically been seen most regularly (weekly at times) by Dr. Eversole & Dr. Shayza over the past 2 years - we couldn't be more impressed by or thankful for their care! Both doctors have gone WAY above and beyond to ensure our (highly needy) animals (a dog and a cat) were comfortable and cared for. They have been amazing communicators, humble and brilliant doctors and advocates, and endlessly compassionate (to the animals and me!). Would recommend them to anyone!

This is a great clinic for your dog. My only complaint would be, I find it a bit frustrating that you can go out to eat at a restaurant right now, but you can’t go into the vet clinic with your dog.

My dog has been limping over a weekend and I called a few different clinics to get her in and was unsuccessful. Then I finally got a same day appointment at Berthoud Animal Clinic. Luckily it was just a slight strain which could be treated with rest and medication. They didn't try to insist on extra tests or exams. It was a lot less time and money than I thought,, and I will definitely return for future visits. Thank for caring

Just moved to area with two indoor cats and one got sick and they got me in same day! I’m so thankful for them for loving my pet the way I do, yea I got THAT from them! They called and checked her health afterwards too! I have cycled thru vets traveling for work and this one is the best from the east coast to the west!

My dog needs ear surgery , I made an appointment with his Vet , but they are so busy so we need to wait 7 days , we worried could lose his ear if we wait 7 days ,( well , nothing against them , they are great people and care about our dog too , they called me ask if we got our dog surgery done, we appreciate it very much. ) so we called Berthoud Animal hospital, the lady was very helpful, she said the best she can do is get us in there the next morning, first she said just check first then need to schedule surgery date, I explained everything and told her my dog could not wait then she double checked and talked to Doc , they did the surgery at the same day !!! She cares , they cares about our 4 legs kid, they understand our situation , the Doc did great job , they called me explained what they did, and ask how was my dog doing later , they are very nice people there , love , care and help our animals , thanks so much , they sure deserve five stars !
