Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgable. They took great care of my dog and made sure I was informed on how to keep my dog healthy. Price was very reasonable, I will definitely be going here for any future needs.

Got 3 different action plans from 3 different vets for the same cat at this location. Seems like they don't agree with each other about much at all. Each time we come, the vet says " I would never do that" when we relay what the last one said to do. Also, employees need to realize we can literally hear you trash talking people through the door. Hearing gossip from the assistants is completely unprofessional. We'll most likely be taking out cats elsewhere going forward.

Great doctors and staff. Really made us feel special.

My boyfriend and I were new to the area and looking for a new vet. We rescued a big pit mix who is the most loving boy but can be a huge baby when it comes to things he’s not familiar with. I was blown away with how kind/reassuring the staff was. They offer “happy visits” for free so they can spoil your baby so they feel more comfortable there which I think is super cool! 5 stars from me

I started bringing my pup here when she was 7 weeks old, and we’ve been going here for over a year now. They’ve been wonderful to us. Always taking extra time to answer any of my questions and very friendly staff.

This is a great vet clinic. We’ve only been going there for a little over a year but every experience has been positive. Today we saw Dr. Olson and her assistant Tatum. They were patient in explaining things to me, so I could relay them later to my wife, they gave my dog a good looking over, gave me their honest opinion, and were kind and loving to my Juniper. There in nothing more I could ask for in a Veterinarian.

This place is great! Ive been going here for a while now and they are so nice and caring. I just had to have a pretty big tooth surgery on my dog and they made sure I new exactly what they would be doing and what to expect after. They took such good care of my dog and they even cut his nails befor i picked him up with no charge. And still They call me every few weeks just to see how my dog is doing. So if you want a great and caring veterinarian that you can trust then go here. Chase is a whole new dog since his surgery and I'm SO greatful I found this place! I havnt seen him this happy in a while.

Wadsworth Animal Hospital is wonderful. The techs are kind and I can tell comforting to my dog, especially during Covid when I was not allowed to go in with him. I am sort of intense about my dog and Dr Olson really takes her time answering all of my questions. She manages to make you feel like your pet is her top priority even though you know she is very busy.

I love this vets office! They are so caring and patient with my two pups. I’ve been taking my dogs here for 7 years now and I recommend them to anyone I know. I now live across town but will always drive the distance to this vet and I also find their prices very reasonable. Currently my sister, mom and two neighbors use this vets office too and all of them feel the same as me!

We really like Wadsworth Animal Hospital. They have taken good care of our Pug and Sophiecat. A bit expensive but quality usually is expensive. We let our Pug get too fat and it is hard to feed him less but Wadsworth has a positive attitude and keeps on being positive when I mess up and let him steal my dinner or some other dumb thing. They are kind people.

Everyone at Wadsworth animal hospital is very kind. The doctor always takes good care of our fur kids. Definitely recommend

They were great considering I had to euthanize my best friend today. It was nice of them to give me pieces of his hair & his paw prints on clay. I will forever miss my old friend but they were very helpful & compassionate.

Been bringing my cat here for about a year now. The first time, she had a major gum infection and Dr. Coates treated her appropriately and she did the surgery for Baby with ease, confidence, and good care. Less $ than I expected too! Just brought her back for an exam/nail trim and Dr. Olsen was awesome too! I love that the vets come out and give you the run down and options for my pet. They even give you the option to make an appointment to administer additional medication at no cost. I love it. I love them. I won’t go anywhere else! My cat feels good and so do I. Brandy was awesome with handling my cat and a good person to talk to. Go here!!

I can't believe this hospital turned me away and has been too busy twice when my dog has needed help

My cat was 18 years old and had chronic kidney failure. We took him to Wadsworth Animal Hospital and the staff was very helpful and informative as to what his outlook was and how we could care for him. With treatment he only got a few more months, but I didn't expect much because of how old he was. Eventually he started declining despite the treatment, so we took him back to WAH when we knew it was his time. This was the first time I've had to get a pet euthanized and of course it was hard (it always is). Dr. Coates and the rest of the staff were extremely sympathetic, supportive, and wonderful. My sweet boy was treated with respect throughout the procedure and we were allowed to spend time in the room with him; I got to be by his side when he passed. The staff lit a candle for him afterwards, which I thought was very sweet. Just today I received a card from Dr. Coates that was signed by the staff as well, and inside were some sweet messages about my kitty. I am amazed by how caring, kind, and respectful the staff here is. The smallest gestures helped to make this a little bit easier for me, and I am very touched by the fact that the staff took the time to reach out to us with their sympathies. I'd also like to note that the cremation service they used for my kitty, Penny Lane Crematory, is more than I expected as well. They send your pet home in a personalized urn and I really appreciate that they take the time to do so. Overall they were affordable, kind, professional, and communicative. I will be bringing all my cats here for their care from now on, hopefully under more positive circumstances.

Everytime I brought my dog dude here for his puppy vaccinations the staff was so sweet and he was do excited to see them they handled my little pup with so much care. Highly recommend!

I originally switched my dog to this practice when he was experiencing an emergency. I called around and could not find anybody to take him for an emergency appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Wadsworth animal hospital immediately found a time for him and made me feel a lot more comfortable about his situation. These people really care about animals and their well-being. They don’t nickel and dime you— they are VERY fair with pricing. I 100% recommend this practice.

Dr. Heather moffett is running a scam business! Trying to use the police to strong arm customers into spending more money on what she deems necessary. She is slanderous and should lose her licence. Not a professional at all.

We loved this place before I had the amazing Alyson N as a client- and she makes sure to take the best care of our pets. We love wadsworth animal hospital!

3-11-2021 Very disappointed!!!!! I been taking my dogs to this place for almost 8 years and everything was perfect, but now the new front office have zero customers service the guy it’s so rude, I ask to speak to the office manager she never called, my dog was scheduled for surgery and I had some questions for the doctor and they told me that she was going to call me and all I got was a text message from the front receptionist. Very unprofessional!!!

My dog gets great care. He is spoiled by his vets as much as he is by me.
