Just moved to Bennett and got a puppy. They had appointments available, up front pricing over the phone for puppy shots and rabies. The staff were very thorough with explaining everything and listening to questions or concerns. Very easy going and not once did I feel rushed out the door. The staff seem to truly care.

We are impressed with not only the professionalism displayed by this staff but also the love, care and compassion they showed for our David (Mini Mancha Goat). We used them over our established vet for an amputation procedure due to our own vets availability and can not be more pleased with the overall experience. We are not local the Bennett but would not hesitate to use them again! Hands down one of the best vet experiences we have ever encountered considering the circumstances and that says a lot with the amount of animals we have and routinely seek vet care for as needed (for reference 3 dogs, 3 cats, 5 hogs, 30 goats, over 100 chickens and ducks). When our Buddy was ready to go to the Rainbow Bridge, Dr G, took us in on her surgery morning. She was getting ready for her morning surgery, and she allowed us to come in, and take the time, to come in, so we could say goodbye to our Buddy. They take care if our babies when they are I'll or just need a check up. Thank You guys ????

This was my second visit bringing my puppy in and I’m still fascinated with the service here!!! They go above and beyond to make sure my timid puppy feels comfortable and safe before beginning any examination!

Best vet we have had. Staff is really nice and answers all your questions. They do a phenomenal job taking care of their customers and their pets. 10/10, I always recommend them. If they do not have availability for your furry companion, they go out of their way to find a place to cater to your pets needs.

Dr Jimenez was amazing. Her kindness to my old dog during the exam was was incredible. Being able to discuss thoughts and feelings not just the clinical side of things was very helpful in making the decision that was needed. Thank you for having great staff!

I called the on call Dr because my tea cup yorkie was very sick. She made sure to answer everytime I called and even checked in him. Next day staff took him and cared for him so.much he is back to himself. I cannot thank you enough

I drove over an hour to Living Springs with a very sick dog on a Saturday. I live in a rural area where there are no options for animal emergencies after hours. From the initial phone call to the unfortunate ending of my visit, everyone there was wonderfully accomodating, attentive and compassionate. The doctor gave me options and explained them very well. She was very responsive and caring. I especially appreciate my dog being called my "kiddo" and Elvis and Cash, the cats who work there, who provided me extra comfort and company on a very rough day. Thank you all so much.

Dr Miller such a nice Dr !! She patiently answered all the questions I about breeding my Frenchie , and all the stuff there are really nice!! Highly recommend this Clinics

I have a sad and happy stories. I recently had to put down my Jack Russell and they were very respectful and incredibly helpful with everything. Now I have a Shiba Inu puppy and they are very helpful with answering any questions I have and are just an awesome group of people who love animals.

We had need of boarding accommodations for our dog and cats while our roof was repaired. We found Living Springs Vet to be an excellent provider of these services. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The following week, our puppy fell ill, and we brought her in for treatment. It ended up requiring 2 days of in-patient treatment. They kept me informed each day, calling me with updates. While treatment of our puppy was excellent, they went above and beyond in helping us with additional issues that arose due to the illness. We highly recommend Living Springs Vet for all of your pet care needs!

My dog gets chiropractic from Dr Gochenour and loves it! Makes my senior dog feel so much better.

Fantastic Doctors, and fantastic staff. A bit expensive though. But thoroughly worth it.

I am very satisfied with the care that the staff at Living Springs Veterinary provides for my two dogs. I highly recomend them as they are very professional and caring.

We took our dying dog to them. Front desk and vet technicians were very nice and professional. The doctor comes in and first tries to sell me on a teeth cleaning for my 14 year old dying dog. I told them that she is dying! Then she says ok lets do blood work. Before the blood work was back they wanted to do x-rays. I agreed after blood work came back. Blood work normal. Do x-rays and she said shes not sure but it could be a mass on her spleen. She said thats all it really could be but we need an ultrasound to find out for sure. Either way there is no cure for the dog. The Vet just wanted more and more money. She did not care about my dog or us. A few days after I submitted a review Dr. Jennifer called my wife with an attitude and said you need to change your review. Then after asked how my dead dog was. I will never take another animal to them ever.

Thank you for seeing Bonnie . Great front office staff for getting my dog in so quickly. Dr. Gochanour was amazing taking care of my little girl. She was so gentle with her. She got the meds she needed and she is doing better. Bonnie took to the vet tech Sam , she was so content in her arms.

Didn't give good advice on my daughter's duck. Then after two weeks of changing his diet and swim therapy he wasn't getting better. Wanted to charge over $ 180.00 to put the duck down. Luckily when my daughter saw he was getting worse after all the effort she put in a friend put him down for free. She would have paid the 180.00 out of her money from working all summer. I wouldn't allow it. They should have told her that day he was unfixable. I even knew it!!!
