I’ve been taking my pets here for over 15 years and I’ve never been disappointed with them. One of my dogs was hit by a car and they saved his life. Every pet of mine that they’ve seen has received the best medical care and it’s very …

We've taken all three of our dogs here and every single time, from check up to dental cleaning to serious illness, we are treated with such compassion and helpfulness. Highly recommend!

I have taken my puppy Champ to this vet since he was 3 months old. I took him in today over concerns that he might have parvo as we had a puppy in our office get parvo. He had some symptoms so I called and spoke with the FOC, I explained his symptoms and she confirmed he was up to date with all his shots. She recommended I take him in and do the parvo test, if he was negative than no other testing would be needed and I would only pay for the parvo test charge which was about $90 and there would be no need to do an examination if I did not want to do anything further. I agreed to this and took him in. Someone who says is a Supervisor by the name of Magan called me and was very unprofessional from the beginning of the call, she interrupted me every other sentence and said that whether they did the examination or not I would be charged the full $90 exam fee and $90 for the parvo test, I explained this is not what was told to me when I called and she did not care she said she could stop the test and I could take him elsewhere. POOR attitude, you have a sick puppy that could have parvo and this is your answer? Furthermore, she suggested that the examination would be done prior to the parvo test which is incorrect as my puppy was tested in the parking lot and the vet did not take him in due to concerns of parvo. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and she said she was the Supervisor, what a poor representation of your clinic. She is completely unprofessional, does not care about your puppy's well being and did not care that her staff gave the wrong information. to add more to this, when she first called me she had questions in regards to Champ's vet, shots updates and wanted to know his history. She had NOT taken the time to look him up in the system and had already made assumptions of him not being their patient and wanted to confirm this with me, had she looked up his information she would not need to be on the phone with me. I am going to take this up to management because it is NOT okay and quite concerning.

I came in after calling another vet about my dog being attacked at a dog park, had been bitten three times and one laceration ended up needing 10 stiches, i was told seven hills would be the one to take my dog as an emergency walk in and triage her as quick as possible. Upon our arrival, we waited 30 min after doing paperwork to get told it would be 2-3 hours for someone to look at my dog., Not like infection was a race against the clock not knowing if the other dog had vaccinations or not. Thank God Mile High Vet Clinc got my dog into anexam room right away and surgery soon after, don't know how worse of my dog would of been left in the hands of these people. I hope no one ever had a true emergent and if so you better plan 3 hrs out for tour koved one to be seen

They were able to see my pup within a couple hours of calling. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The doctor was very competent and advised an anti inflammatory med and a wait and see approach for my dog's limp rather than costly testing and interventions. A day after the visit, my pup is doing great, his limp is gone. I appreciate the thoughtful treatment!

I called to get an appointment for a skin-relates issue with my cat. I called this vet because their website says in multiple places that they offer dermatology services. The woman who answered the phone refused to make an appointment saying they did not provide those services and then hung up on me with no good-bye or anything. I consider that to be very unprofessional. Feel like a dodged a bullet on my cat’s care. Will go elsewhere

My cat was having issues of not eating, drinking, or going to the bathroom. I took him in and was able to drop him off right away so they could start working on him. The techs that I dealt with were very nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable leaving my cat with them. Dr. Magnone was absolutely incredible and so professional when talking to me about the issues going on. She always gave me options of what the next steps could be and gave me her opinions on what should be done. She was very responsive and seemed like she genuinely cared about my cat getting better. I was able to get my cat 5 hours later and he is now doing much better. I will definitely be using this hospital in the future.

Best vets in Denver Metro Area. Period end of sentence. If you can take your pet here, do!

This location would literally rather do absolutely anything other than answer your call. If you call, first you will have to listen to an unnecessarily lengthy recording telling you which number to press after which you will just be sent to a voicemail. At no point will you actually talk to a live person , all you can do is hope and pray these people call you back. If you are calling during typical working business hours, are pressed for time or calling on your lunch break, just don’t even bother. Interactions with this hospital could be simple and quick and helpful, but they choose to make it the opposite experience by only allowing you to interact with a voicemail system. The best thing about this hospital is that they actually do keep decent business hours

They just want your money. They don't actually care about the animals. They turn people away who are asking for help if they look like they might not be able to afford it. Never gonna go there again.

I paid $500 for urgent care so I could get some answers about my Dog. I got her from a crooked breeder who was trying to lie and say my dog was overweight when she wasn't. It was so difficult just to communicate with the vet because she texted me from a line that could not even get a reply. After my dog was at urgent care she was puking non-stop. They haven't even given me the paperwork I requested and it has costed me over $3500

I've dealt with a few of the vets and techs, from a sick dog and end of life, to new puppy and adopted dog, they have all been kind, helpful, attentive, and make my dogs visits as pleasant as possible.

I’m honestly thrilled with this vet. My cat broke her humerus and the same day I was able to get her in for X-rays and on some medication until she can get her surgery from them. They were super friendly, understanding, and very efficient. They got her in as soon as they could for her surgery which is amazing. I’m new to Colorado so I was very thankful to be able to get Storm into a vet.

I called on a Saturday evening because my dog had twisted his leg and was whining in pain. They were on the phone with me immediately and gave me advice. They didn't pressure me about coming in but offered care that evening, so I took my dog in to be safe. They saw him within a couple of hours and kept me informed. They didn't try to upcharge me on anything because they knew it was a soft tissue injury, and just gave me anti-inflammatories and pain meds. The price was much lower than I expected for emergency care! Overall, I was very pleased and will be returning for routine care needs.

This place was recommended to me by my stepmother as an urgent care facility. Beside the fact that veterinaries are under-staffed nationally due to the rising number of pets people adopted during the pandemic, the staff here showed extreme professionalism and empathy when I needed to bring my dog in to get wounds treated after a dog fight. They took him overnight and let me give them his blanket for comfort. The doctor called me right after the surgery and told me he did really well. When I picked up my dog the next morning, his tail was wagging, and he showed no signs of anxiety or neglect. One day later, and his wounds are healing so well! I'm so thankful to have found this warm and welcoming place for my dog.

I would really like to thank the staff drastically for the different you all served and showed in the quality of pet care! Before coming to you facility, we were in a complete nightmare. Our dog was diagnosed with Pravo and most places seem to be all about the dollar signs ,no answer or call back and a complete run around. SevenHills showed a natural concern and care for what we had to endure. Not only only did they show a natural concern , but they did an exceeding job at comforting and reassuring my daughters. Hats off to the whole entire staff from the beginning to the end of service. Our puppy still has a little more way to recovery, but he is slowly starting to regain his strength and eating habit back. If it had not been from your staff taking it serious, our pup would not be here today. Thank you Gracefully!!!♥️♥️♥️

I have been taking my dogs to Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital for probably at least 20 years. I am as particular about the care my pets receive as I am about my own care. I have always felt that the care my dogs received was excellent. The veterinarians and assistants are superb. I recommend them highly to people who consider their animals members of their family.

First if all I wanted to say Thank you to your Amazing staff, From the moment they answer the phone they show you they care about saving your animal life and not just getting the money. I first came here the end of May my Almost 9 year old Rottie had Pyometra, she needed surgery fast, time was running out as we were sitting outside a different Animal emergency Hospital that was just making it impossible for us to afford surgery. We called and I'm very thankful the lady that answered my phone called helped us, she gave us an estimated that was half the  cost the other hospital wanting to  charge. We transfer Ruby here  It's been 4 months since Ruby surgery and she is back to being my little happy pup all thanks to all your amazing staff. On August 29 we woke up to my older dog Diamond had passed away in her sleep... I was  devastating since she was with our family  for 15 Amazing year's(Ruby Mom) I remember shaking looking for the number on my phone to call your hospital. the gentleman that answered the phone this time was very understanding we had just lost such a big part of our family, by the time I had hung up that call I was still very sad but I had a piece of mind my baby was in good care. He made us an appointment to bring her in and have her cremated. They told me with 7 to 10 days she will be ready for pick up. 2 days after They were already calling me to bring her home THANK YOU FOR SUCH A FAST SERVICE. I will never go to another Vet. Thank you to all the staff at Seven Hills Veterinary hospital. thank you for all the love and support your stuff has giving us in some of the hardest time in our life.

I had the horrible experience recently of having to have my senior cat, Tucker, put down rather suddenly due to illness that progressed rapidly. This experience was made much less horrible by the care taken by Seven Hills. They were so kind and thoughtful during the whole process. We moved here recently and didn’t have a vet yet and they treated Tucker like he’d been their patient his whole life. I can’t say enough good things about this business. If we decide to get a new pet someday this is definitely where we will be coming for all our veterinary care.

I brought my pup in to Urgent Care and was very happy with how he and I were treated. They were upfront about the wait time, very informative throughout the process, communicated very well and took very good care of my pup. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Today we lost a member of our family. Blu. The staff here were very caring and helpful during this time. We would like to thank you for your service and care that you showed him and us. I was so terrified at taking him somewhere new as our vet was unavailable due to an illness. So the care we received was even more special to us because we had to trust a new doctors and staff. Thank you.
