A couple years ago my beloved cat Shorty came down with like kidney stones, on New Years day. The vet's at Valley Valley, helped my little boy out of lot of pain. Thank you guy's so much! Shorty means the world to me

Whether it is an "emergency" or a required shot or a nail trim, I've always felt that the five qualities listed in connection with this business are met and surpassed. The only concern my dog evinces is when they want to take him into the back and leave me out front; he's never sure that's a good idea.

Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable and caring. Would recommend to anyone.

We brought our Sheltie in for a severe bacterial infection. We were visiting the area, and were very relieved to find a vet's office with friendly, kind and professional staff. Thanks!

My dog was having some eye issues while we were up in the mountains - VVAH was able to get us in quickly without emergency visit charge and quickly diagnosed a scratched eye. VVAH took good care of him and got him some medicated drops and he was better by the next day!

Always extremely helpful. All the vets and techs who have helped us over the years offer great, supportive, informative service. Its a bit pricey, especially for emergency services, but that's typical for this area.

Vail Valley Animal Hospital is my go to vet. They provide my dog (who has various issues) amazing care and help me be a better pet parent. They also answer all of my questions (I have a lot of them) and literally saved her life 2 years ago. I won't go anywhere else

I was in a tizzy because one of our dogs (there were 3, I was dog sitting for 2) ate a feminine product. I didn’t know which one. This was a potential medical emergency so I had to take them all in to Vail Valley. They took them quickly and an hour later found out which one was the guilty one! Crisis averted. Vail Valley is my vet for life.

I hav not seen, for quiete a while, doctors an staff so dedicated to your animal and to calm your personal fears....

We are visiting the area from out of town and our pups developed some GI issues. We called the clinic and we’re given a same day appointment (3/26/21). They were extremely thorough with their testing and the doctor explained everything to us in detail. The woman who scheduled us was super helpful and friendly. They even called us today to ask not only how the patient himself was doing, but his little brother too. Super grateful for you guys!

Was visiting vail and my dog got a cut on her paw. Was able to get in the same day and had a GREAT experience. The office called to follow up on her progress a few days later. Highly recommend!

As a first time puppy owners - we call a lot. Everyone is super helpful and patient with us! The vet always call back promptly and even calls again the next day to check in. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and very thorough! We were traveling from out of town over the holidays and Vail Animal Hospital was able to squeeze my puppy, Brinkley, in who was suffering from diarrhea. They prescribed her new dog food and a probiotic - both worked!

Our pup had broke his leg and accidentally got his cast wet while we were at our place in the valley. We were so thankful the team at VVAH were willing to squeeze us in just before New Years week to help change his dressings! They are the best!!!

Although there is only curb side drop off/ services, the staff at VVAH are caring and efficient. They answered all my questions and made me feel safe about dropping off my little one. I know she'll be in good care with everyone there. Thank you!

Super sweet to our Guinea Pig

Avoid this place! The vet told me I needed numerous test and tried to give my dog treatments it didn't need. I was charged a ridiculous amount. I went to another vet for the same problem that my dog had a few months later wish was just a bacteria from eating and drinking bad stuff in the forest. I have heard from several people this place will rip you off. They got me for $700. It would have been even more if I would have agreed to all the other test he wanted my dog to have.

The staff is incredible and they treat your dog like it is there own.

Dr. Meynier and his team saved our puppy’s life from toxic chocolate poisoning. Dr. Meynier and his nurse helped our dog just as they were closing and stayed with our puppy all night and administered top notch medical care. We can’t thank you enough.

I use the boarding service at Vail Valley Animal Hospital frequently. My cat seems to enjoy her stay, and the staff there takes good care of her. Never had any problems.

I want to give the most massive thank you to the staff here, and especially DR. Charlie Meynier. You guys took your lunch break off to see my hamster yesterday, because i wanted a couple more hours with her before i let her move on. Maple (hamster) and I thank you for the expertise and service. You guys went beyond your responsibilities and i forgot to thank you in person yesterday. That means a lot to me. Much love :)

I have had very good experiences with Vail Valley Animal Hospital. They are always courteous and helpful and take care of any needs I have for my 2 cats.

Horrific experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chad is awful I’m not sure if the stress of Covid, election or what, but a receptionist named Chad hung up on me for asking for few cans of Low fat GI food that I can buy on chewy.com. He was extremely argumentative & unhelpful. He actually made me feel bad for calling locally to get something, I can just order online. Royal Canine Low day GI food is available on chewy & several sites, not vet apt needed. I do not recommend talking to Chad, who as he threatened is the manager of the place. (Not to mention, they had my dog as marked as deceased.)

Vail Valley Animal Hospital has always gone above and beyond in caring for our pets. We are so grateful for their caring, knowledgeable, and professional service.

Dr. Meynier is an excellent vet! He takes really good care of my two pet rats. He and the other staff members always call to check in to see how they are doing if they get sick. I really appreciate the time they take to make sure my pets are healthy and happy. I highly recommend Vail Valley Animal Hospital!

We found out our sweet little dog has kidney stones and they got me set up with a specialized vet in Denver. They called me back, emailed me and stayed on top of her condition...I would highly recommend them.

Called about an animal I noticed outside suffering in the heat and without water, I was met with a very distasteful gentleman on the phone telling me there was indeed water even though I was looking in the cage and there was in fact no bowl of water. Then he had the audacity to come out to my car and gave me the snarky comment of good luck with your day while he walked away note that he didn’t even check inside the cage nor give the animal water. Deeply disappointed in this so called “professional”
