Pet Palace is great! Excellent selection of foods and friendly staff. I don't even live nearby but when I'm in the area I stop and get Anderson's Raw Food for my cat!

Love the local pet shop. I love how they are locally-owned and been around since 93. The owners are amazing and always so nice. Everyone is great here❤❤

Amazing family owned business! We love taking our dog here to get treats. The ponds with the turtles and the cats are really neat! All the staff are helpful and friendly!

The price of a spray was $11 on the sticker yet rang up as $14 and the cashier who was a teenage young adult boy refused to honor the price. We had to go back and forth with him until manager was finally called and price was hesitantly honored.

This place was absolutely awesome!!! Had a good time there looking for things for my cats and man did they have alot of variety of things. I especially loved how friendly everyone was! This is a great place to explore and we will be coming back here for more things and for the Vet clinic in the back of the store!

Absolutely love this place - not too expensive and good products. I got a grab bag of dog chews and that is exactly what I was looking for. Good price for healthy snacks. I love the fancy jeweled and studded collars in the case at the front and our Jack Russel will be in one soon! There is a resident cat and dog keeping you company while you browse.. so cuuuute! I also was happy to see Dr. Marty's freeze dried food there! I love that stuff.. when I can afford it. I tried a different brand instead that was a little cheaper and they seem to love it (ofc). The texture is breakable and easy to use. *wash your hands* Be back soon... and might look into using that vet with basic pet insurance to help instead of my current monthly payments through a corp pet store.

Not one person offered to help when looking for a harness for my dog even when we were having problems trying to find one while our dog was clearly needing one very much as she was being very difficult.

Witnessed the owner being very rude to an employee of his and customers. An older women working there was very rude to me when I was doing a return. A guy working there cut me off and gave me an attitude when I was trying to help explain to him what products I got. Too many negative experiences there in my opinion. It’s not hard to be a decent human being. I will start driving the extra 20 minutes to pets love. They’re a lot nicer and have better products. Edit: from doing research I now know the women that was extremely rude to me and didn’t even talk to me let alone give eye contact when I was doing a return is one of the owners. Knowing that now I will definitely never shop their again. The older male working there is extremely rude to the younger workers as well. To the comment from the establishment. I will not be shopping there nor will I recommend your store. Pets love is the better store to go to if you prefer friendlier service and better products.

This is what a pet shop should be, a family company run by animal lovers. There's always a few dogs behind the cashiers napping in beds and cats sharing heating lamps with the reptiles. My excuse to visit is their store is the massive selection of high quality pet food. Our pup had some allergies and the on-site veterinarian helped us find a great dry mix that she loves even 5 years later. They're stocked with locally made collars and leashes along with a big selection of baked treats (some w/CBD) and toys for your little one. A great spot for what ever your pet needs.

I wish I would've came here before any other pet store especially the big chains! Please stop here you won't regret it!

This place has terrible professionalism. Seems more interested in turning animals away helping anyone. Not punctual with appointment settings and over all rude af. I’ll never go to this place again with any pet

Great place for your pet needs.

First time in the store "wow" expect to see me there again. I was surprised they have everything for my pet family "dogs,cat, ferret and fish" and it's not a big box store.

I've previously taken my dog there for the self wash since they have the steps for her to go up into the tub. I typically spend around 150 a visit between food, treats, bullies, and toys. We drove all the way over to be told we were not allowed to use the room that I can get her up in. After waiting 5 minutes to find an associate, I recieved no apologies just nothing but rudeness and unhelpfulness from the young guy in the store. Was hoping to get information about the vet clinic in hopes this would be my stop shop. Instead we got turned away. Won't be going there again.

I just want to say that Devin is awesome! She always helps me out whenever I go in and says hi to my sweet and crazy girl. Her recommendations are always spot on! Love this place.

I am in disbelief about how awfully rude some of the employees are at this place! They definitely do not care at all about customer service! The older manager is absolutely the worst! She must hate life and people! If she hates working then she should quit!

I was humiliated by the manager at this place! They charged me the wrong price for an item and the manager flat out told me she didn’t care! She said she could. Are less if I didn’t shop there again! Unbelievable! I bought all my pets food and supplies there!

They have given me bad advice/products twice. Their selection is amazing though so if you know what you want/need this is an amazing place!

They have everything I mean absolutely everything you need for your pet. They are knowledgeable and kind and obviously animal lovers.

The ladies were really nice and very helpful. It was my first time visiting and I will be going back.
