Everyone was so sweet and helpful during our visit. Waiting in the car was so easy as they were very communicative. The vet (can not remember his name) was super personable and empathetic. I was very pleased with my experience and feel comfortable coming to mission viejo when my baby is in need.

If you need a veterinary they are the best. They treat your pet as one of their own.

This used to be a great vet clinic. But now the staff is not knowledgeable and are not helpful at all. I called to get a refill for meds that my dog desperately needs and the staff said no refills until we bring him in for a physical, which of course they didn't have anything available until at least a week out. If you care about your animals, please take them somewhere else, they don't care if your pet lives or dies.

Been going here for years, they are so awesome here! The veterinarians and their assistants are thoughtful caring individuals.

Been going to MVV for over a decade. Dr. Ralston takes GREAT care of my very needy animals (and my very needy self!). I have also seen the other providers here and there and have always been impressed with their thorough review of my animals' lengthy health history prior to our appointments - they come in the room aware and educated. Since I moved I contemplated transferring my pet's healthcare, but I feel so comfortable there, it's worth the drive! A+ all around for MVV!

Never had any issues about this clinic until I had to meet Deann (manager). What a rude and inconsiderate individual. Came in for my dogs appt at 10am - tech takes my dog right away and then brings him out to go potty. I take him for a brief walk and then when I return - I'm immediately told to wait outside and when she came out to get my puppy she said it was the techs fault for even getting my dog in the first place and tells me to wait in my car and then not even 45 seconds later a tech comes to get my dog from me. She is extremely RUDE and now I've cancelled all future appointments from this clinic. Thanks Deann

Easy to schedule and everyone is patient and kind

My mom had to take in our elderly Chihuahua when she had a bad fall. They were unhelpful and just down right rude. Do not go here if you need help for your pet.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They have been very cautious and using all precautions against covid to help protect staff and clientele. Clean office.

I’ve gone here for a few years now and back then the service wasn’t too bad, ever since covid, the staff became really rude not only towards me but to my dog as well. It has made my dog get intimidated more easily from strangers when he used to be outgoing. The nurse was rude and so was the vet. You’d think they’d know how to approach a scared animal but they’re aggressive

Amazing place for our fur babies!!! From the initial phone call to all 3 visits I have had a great experience, their customer service is beyond 5 star rating, finally found a place where the staff is always happy and excited to attend to anyone that comes in that door, even their curve side service is amazing!! From following up with you while you wait, educate you a bit of what’s going on with your fur baby to bringing them back feeling much better can’t put a price to that! Thank you all you guys are amazing!

Had a misunderstanding last visit when I came in. Happy to report that they reached out and we are now very happy with our vet. Really appreciate that they cared enough to work it out.

I have tried to get an appointment for my dog who has an allergy I was told to call early morning which I did. No cancelations but thereon Dianne who I spoke with refused to set up an appointment even though they had openings. She was rude and there wax no empathy at all. I will be pursuing this to higher levrl.

Nice care about pets, but pretty expensive...

I use to enjoy this vet, but over the course of the last 2 years they had misdiagnosed my dogs auto immune disease with a “bacterial infection”. For 2 years. I spent hundreds of dollars bringing him back for the same issues. My final straw was when I took him in for the skin symptoms he was having and pain. He cried when I put him into the car and he never does that. I was given antibiotics and a joint supplement. Of course the antibiotics helped sooth the symptoms and his pain was not being managed at all, but I finally found out dogs have dermatology specialists, and got him checked again. After only 2-3 months of treating him, we had to put him down. I can only imagine how much of a help it would have been to take him 2 years ago when he was younger and more active. I trusted this establishment time and time again, only to my doggo’s detriment. Never again.

Very good with my girls. Both girls were rescue and are afraid of men. My other dog was able to go inside with her sister and give comfort to her little sister. Feeling better that shots were done. Staff was great and took great interest in the girls, talk to them and plenty of affection.

Excellent service. Our puppy was injured by another dog and we were forced to us VCA as an emergency service. After recovery we were told by VCA that we needed a second surgery. We reached out to our primary care vet at Mission Viejo for a second opinion. We were told that the needed to see our pup(understandable) and would assess. They called back with decent news but they also called back again a couple days later after speaking with another surgeon with even better news. The point is that they did what they said they were going to do. Typically when someone stated they will let us know i a couple weeks we generally have to reach back out ourselves.very attentive team. They called back after each procedure to follow up and have a very personal touch. They are still under covid protocols so all the parking lot drop off sotuation is understandable

So helpful, they were able to take care of my pup after having a run in with a some racoon! Even tested the animal, and no cost to myself, just my pup!

We have been taking our pets to Dr Louderback since the early 80s. He has taken care of all of our dogs (we are on 5 & 6) all of our cats (11 of them, but not at the same time) and a rat. The only pets we had to take elsewhere were our Chinchillas because they did not do exotics. They may have someone there that can care for them now though. There have been some changes in staff over the past few years but we still feel comfortable going there. One of our dogs is not people friendly and has to be muzzled but they take it in stride.

The vets and nurses are so great and caring. I know my doggy is safe and cared for in their hands

Still using COVID-19 mitigation procedures as of 15 May 2021 where you sit in the car, they come get your pet, and the vet calls you with the diagnosis. They stay pretty close to your appt time so it works.

I am so pleased with the service we received here. I took my puppy to get her shots and an exam and to have a lump checked out. All the staff were so friendly, Lillith and Dr. Ralston were amazing!! I had to wait in the car due to covid and after her exam and that lump got dealt with Dr. Ralston called me and explained everything to me, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. This was an incredibly positive experience and I will continue to visit them for my pet care! Phoebe and I thank you! :)
