I had to cancel my subscription with these with no shame. since it is never possible to take my pet. they never have hours. They cheat and renew annual subscriptions at will. charge membership without authorization, change plans and plan conditions without notice. what do you think? who are you to get into people's pockets without their permission. it is also extremely difficult to cancel any membership. they cheat and divert you so that one cannot cancel at any time. they are cursed. They treated my dog ​​badly, he always gets sick after going there and the only time I asked for an appointment for a grooming they didn't attend to him. They always excuse themselves that COVID is giving them a lot of trouble, but then they don't keep charging if they can't deliver a service properly. They take advantage of everyone! they are cursed. One day my puppy almost died from a stomach illness that he had and they told me that if he died I would have to continue paying all year. they are inhuman, insensitive and I will worry about posting this everywhere so that people never hire this lousy "service" and this kennel of bad nature ends once and for all.

Update 1/2022: I was very pleased this visit. I received more communication. The front desk was so friendly and courteous to everyone while I was there. Calls before procedures and more detailed explanations. If you have two dogs list the services that you want for each dog. They do not look at due dates for your dog's plan. If that happens you'll have to make another appointment for the service they did not confirm with you plus you'll have two make separate appointments for each dog which is inconvenient. I was able to pay for my dogs wellness plan at this location which is cool. I just found that out today that's going to save me o much gas. Also the receptionist was nice and not rude which was refreshing. Until next time. I'll update once my dogs have an appointment at this location.

The visit was okay I went in for a health certificate last week. I had been calling and doing my research for months and was suggested to bring my dog in 10 days before my flight so I did and here we are in getting the run around from Banfield of when my certificate will be forwarded to me. I called the department of agricultural who stated that Banfield had not sent my information over. On top of that. The manager Kimberly hung up on me while trying to get this information. I will NEVER take my pet here Again and I highly suggest Kimberly be fired Immediately.

Don't bother getting their pet plans. It pays for visit but anything else that needs done they send you elsewhere and it is NEVER COVERED BY THEM PET CARE PLAN. It's a rip-off.

My dog got misdiagnosed at first by a doctor who is gonna retire!Then I brang my daughter home and she was still sick,even worse.A great tech who was one her nurses called me to see how she’s doing?Not good,deadly!Made me feel sad.What can I do as a human or mother but to complain but to ask why?I ain’t gonna mention no names but the second time they took care of her!#please have your dog spayed #so this never happens Pyometra!Thank you Dr.Murphy your awesome?????????????thank you JJyour blessed

Bought pet food and kitty litter at PetSmart.

They told me my appointment was on parker. However, they neglected to say that they had not one, but two locations on parker. Missed my appointment.

The staff here, like most, are not supportive of raw feeding your carnivore and omnivore pet and try to push commercial prescription pet foods quite regularly, but rant and rave about the overall excellent health of our pets. The staff is friendly and very busy and it’s my opinion Banfield is an ok place to bring your pet family for the regular preventive care that they need to stay healthy.

This is one of the worst Banfield hospitals I’ve had to deal with! They can’t keep staff and had to reschedule my pets appointments multiple times! I’m over it! It’s always something with them. Very poor customer service

Excellent service, the Vet and nurses are so nice and understanding. They have many others Pets marts if the one near you is booked, so there is always a spot to get seen. If need to asap. The Banfield.

I never write reviews. The service at this hospital was horrible. They told us that nothing was found in bloodwork or x-rays for our dog's limp and sent us home with pain meds. Another Banfield referred us to an orthopedic specialist for a "mass on his elbow". We go see the specialist and she tells us that his bloodwork shows high protein in his urine which can be an early sign of kidney disease, something that can be fatal in dogs. If there was any reason to believe that there MIGHT be an issue, as a pet parent, I need to know even if it turns out that it isn't kidney disease. That is incredibly disappointing. They also lied multiple times to the speciality vet that they sent over my dog's previous x-rays when they didn't and I had to wait almost an hour (while my dog sat at the speciality vet, waiting for the x-rays) to get a copy of them burned on a disc. Disgusting quality of service.

I have been coming to this location faithfully for over 2 years. I am very disappointed that I'm writing this but I feel the need to share my experience I had today... first you are unable to make an appointment for a nail trim only k...I have a big dog that wants to greet humans and other dogs by barking..my bad. So I left work early to take her to get her nails done, I have no a/c in my car so I thought I was being a good mom to her because it's hot out and I know what that can do to an animal. Either jessica or Bella waited on me with the check in at 11AM she said if you are able to wait we have someone that can take her. At 12pm I asked how long it would be? She stated that they were in a meeting. Really no/zero communication?. A few minutes later she said a tech was trying to find an assistant to help hold Rey down so he can do her nails. First of all I never heard of this and Rey is so loving and kind you could do anything to her. I have never seen these employees before, so I'm only guessing they had a big change. At 12:20pm we left and will not be back. Can't believe this new staff was so heartless. Maybe it was me or Rey. You judge! Dr. Murphy, Dr. G and of course Jason are AMAZING. Don't know what changed ???? will update if I received a call back. Rey unfortunately did not get her nails ????

They squeezed us in on a Sunday for our new puppy who had a stomach problem. They are always helpful and quick to get us in. Fantastic care, keep up the good work!

Very awesome staff. They have taken care of both my dogs which one had to have surgery for her ACL and she is great now! Can't even tell. They seem to be very honest with the results for anything for the pets. I will keep going here and I would recommend others to go here too.

Great location. It is inside petsmart so there is usually a lot of commotion in the Banfield area. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable

As always, Dr. Murphy is wonderful to deal with. She never fails to remember my dog. She is so great with the pets my brother switched his dogs to seeing her as well.

I called just to get a shot for my dog. They don't offer such services. You have to be a client.
