Mikayla was the rudest person I could've ever spoken with I would never recommend being helped by her even in an emergency as she laughed about the problem by dog was having I couldn't even understand how she's in this field to begin with!

Staff is super friendly. Dr. Edward's mapped out what my dogs treatment plan would look like. If one thing wasn't effective, let's move to this. I really appreciate when steps are laid out for me with cost. It gives me a sense of security because I know what to do next.

Hosptial is great, Doctors are amazing and staff is nice. They have limited hours due to staffing, they are only open 7a-5p M-F. Google hasn’t updated the hours.

Inherited a mess from Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue-Went to Redstone first and got a DVM who was robotic and seemed rushed. Couldn’t stop talking and seemed to operate out of a protocol book rather than actually listening to the animal’s history- red flag. Mikaela, Daniella, DVM Zhou And Dukes as well as tech Rachel were good. Bowing out of Redstone after 17 years.

Very well being inside nd alot of trust with the staff safe for me nd my pet. .clean nice people who care for you nd your pet. Nd you can tell they love what they do best taking care of any animal. Who needs assistance on there health. . love them. Good people. Thank you wca. Littleton animal

I moved to Colorado a couple of weeks ago. One of my cats had been in a fight in Nebraska a few weeks before we left town. He had an absess on his head and I was very worried. From me calling to make an appointment, to them calling to check up on Haze a day later... it was a great experience. I will be happy to take my animals here.

This vet only cares about the bottom line. We adopted a dog from Foothills Animal Shelter and was referred by them to this vet along with a voucher to cover the cost of the first visit. They did not properly treat something as simple as kennel cough and then tried to string us along for additional visits to resolve it. Getting the proper antibiotics was a hassle. Then they attempted (several times) to charge me for the antibiotics even though it should have been promptly addressed and prescribed at the first visit. Meanwhile, our poor dog has been suffering continuously with severe kennel cough. After the 3rd time of being contacted for payment and my refusal to do so, they finally agreed it should have been covered already. We will certainly be finding a vet for our dog that is concerned with his wellbeing and not attempting to collect as much money as possible.

Been bringing my pups here since they were babies. I love this place.

Absolutely the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Short of malpractice this place is nothing but a scam for how much they charge.

Don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected and overcharged.

Have been a long time customer here and our last visits (apr 2020/Feb 2021) haven't been pleasant like they were in the years past. Looking for a new place to bring my dog.

This place was great very accommodating, prompt friendly took care of my Big Boy and had us on our way! Dr. Megan was refreshing by providing my all the different medical treatment options for the care of my little boy!

The quality of service has gone down greatly in the last year. Time to find a new Vet. It seems more about business, money and upselling rather than compassion for your beloved 4 legged friend.

This used to be my vet for the past 6 years. The treatment and overall service has gone down so much with the change over of all the staff. Very disappointing.

This vet clinic is incredible. I was worried about my cat, who I thought was having tummy troubles, and wanted to find him a same day appointment and started calling all over town. VCA littleton was the ONLY clinic that wasn't emergency services only with appointments. I was in with my kitty an hour later, who turned out to be completely fine, and had him back quickly. The vet and techs all commented on what an angel my baby is (he really is the sweetest cat though), didn't make me feel silly for bringing him in over nothing, and got him up to date on shots. They also called me this morning to check on my boy, which really just was the icing on the cake of an already great experience. Thanks, VCA, Toast has been hanging out in his carrier since we left yesterday wishing we could come back for more pets.

We have been customers of VCA Littleton since 2016. We keep coming back because they take great care of our pup and the staff is very friendly. Kudos to the entire team for implementing strict COVID safety protocols to protect their customers, themselves, and the animals they care for.

I had my cat seen here this week for a check up, I was very pleased with the appointment and the check up call! Staff was very professional, thank you.

I love VCA. After having a not so great experience at another vet office, I am really glad I found them. Ashley, the vet tech is sooo sweet and honestly goes out of her way to help us. We also joined the care club which has been a life saver since we seem to take my puppers in once a week. I would absolutely recommend and I dont think I will take Sasha or any future dogs anywhere else but the VCA.

My dog hurt his nail pretty bad and they were able to get him in same day. When we arrived we were super nervous because he’s a rescue and extremely wary of strangers and we had never not been with him for vet appointments before, and because of COVID we couldn’t be there. They were so kind and accommodating and made us feel much better about the situation, and we really appreciated them going above and beyond with us and really easing our nerves. Highly recommend this vet!

Most wonderful caring docs and technicians! Best place to take your pets in time of need.

Expensive but they are good

My pet is sick I need medical information and these guys are right down the street I visited them 2 weeks ago for my bet pets 1st round of vaccines now I had to find a new doctor because these people have blocked my number again I called in today for medical information they put me on hold for 7 minutes then the lady picked up was on oh you're from California hang up I call back she hangs up again this repeat 7 times Now whenever I call my phone number 88 automatically goes to a message saying that there's no people available and the find a new location..... This is how you treat somebody with A medical emergency You need to be put out of business Filing complaints with VCA and I'm going to Twitter as well Everybody's doing business with PCA should stop

My pet is SIck made me wait 7 mins on hold to get info already a client mits a 12 week old puppy i need medical advice and she like oh your from california, and proceds to hang up on my 7 times in a row, then perma blocks my number! They always treat me and my best friend with the utmost respect, and always take care of him. Super friendly staff with the utmost respect for the covid 19 pandemic.

Had called around to a few places and no one was available was very happy that there was a cancellation today as my boy Toby was not doing so hot. They were able to fit me in and get taken care of right away! Thank you!

I think her name was krista i maybe wrong on the name but she and the rest of the staff there was amazing and took great care of my dog pola and myself after i went in there because my chihuahua and myself got attacked by a pit bull

Multiple friends and clients have left this facility due to inadequate care.

I would not recommend this vca location at all. This was my dogs home vet, and she was turned away for health care by their uneducated staff two weeks ago. My dog came in contact with a deceased bat. She is up to date on her shots, but I called to make an appointment to get a rabies booster shot, as is standard protocol in this type of situation. The male staff that answered the phone told us that they did not want her coming in to the clinic if she had been in contact with a bat and that there had been an increased amount of rabies in the area amount bats (not helpful to tell a concerned dog owner). He advised us to submit the bat for testing (didn’t even ask if we still had the bat) and that we could bring our dog in when we got the results (which takes weeks). This is the exact OPPOSITE of what you should do. We ended up taking our dog to a different vca location for a rabies booster that day who were horrified by the negligence and ignorance of this location. I will never bring my dog to this location again.

Great staff here, very knowledgeable and they make an effort to get to know my dog and my family. They do the essentials and never push anything we don't need. Our family has brought dozens of dogs here ever since they opened and we wouldn't consider anyone else. We've been through good times with them and the hardest of times too and they always make us and our pups feel special.
