Office is in an easy location. Staff were professional and kind. It was our first visit, recommended by our neighbor. Our previous vet office shut down. I'm glad she recommended Animal Care Center - we will utilize your office for the lifespan of our pets! Staff have caring spirit and were very kind.

Vet appointment was quick and great! the friendliness and quickness of the staff was awesome.

Animal Care Center was recommended by our previous vet who retired. Great vet visit. Caring staff. Dr Marzolf was wonderful. The cost was very reasonable. The caring, gentle manner staff had with our dog Trixie was amazing.

My dog has high anxiety and finds life in the big wide world challenging to say the least. The staff at Animal Care Center of Aurora have been amazing and so helpful with options. My dog is doing so much better. Thank you!

They were good with the hyperness was of the pups but there pricing is not as stated. Also there 15% first visit is not exactly true. They give you 15% off one small part of the visit.

Staff was patient with my puppy, even though he's a bit of a hyper one. They took Covid guidelines seriously and required masks which is a plus. Offered all support and gave references if there was something they couldn't do. Staff in person & on the phone were polite. Not much waiting, they took care of my pup as soon as I got there for my appointment.

The best service ever. It was Toby's first visit and his procedure went perfectly. I know he is in good hands when I take him there and it is also more affordable than other places in the area. I can tell that the staff really cares about animals. 10/10 for sure. The thorough care that was given to my dog and the follow up call to check on him was a nice extra touch.

My wife and I had two male cats. We lost one a couple of years ago to a stone blockage. Our second male has had issues since then. He has seen the vet three times and has been on prescription food. Yesterday we noticed what looked like blood in his urine. We knew what that meant for him. We called our vet at Animial Care Center in Aurora and they wanted to see him. We dropped him off this morning. The vet Dr. Natasha Marzolf called and said his physical exam was normal and healthy. Dr. Marzolf then said we were required to do at least an X-ray to see if they are stones. She also recommended blood work. I told her I did not want to spend $395 just to put him down. She agreed to just an X-ray. After the X-ray she said there was a stone and surgery was the only option. Surgery is not a guaranteed fix. My wife and I decided after the last visit we were not going to treat him and make him suffer. We told Dr. Marzolf that this is what we were afraid of and that we were done watching him suffer. We asked for him to be euthanized. Dr. Marzolf then informed us that because surgery was an option they would not put our cat down. She then told my wife to come pay, pick him up, and then drop him at ddfl. What? You won’t put him down so I should take my beloved cat and just drop him off? Now my wife has to go get him and take him to another vet to be put down. When did vets become about money and forcing people to get treatment for an animal that will lead to suffering? I love my pets, but I am not going to do surgery, especially when it is not a Guaranteed fix. I don’t recommend this vet.

Affordable and professional. Honest about medication and treatment of my pet. The doctor will advise if a medicine or treatment is not required for the pet. They will not try to give you and charge you with unnecessary services.

Aspen even likes going to this vet, got to love when you are there and she is not even nervous.

Very knowledgeable and friendly environment. I would highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly and I was given better information to care for my cat. The last vet did NOT notify me when she was due for other vaccines or mentioned a need for dental care. They also responded within 24 hours with an estimate that was easy to read and understand.

I had an appointment this morning with my Great Dane. Dr. Marsolf helped us. I am embarrassed to say that I couldn't even get Loki in the door. Dr. Marsolf did her very best to try to get her in, but no luck - Loki was terrified! After what seemed like forever of struggling with her, Dr. Marsolf decided to treat her right outside on the sidewalk! She made a really rough morning awesome. Hat's off to Dr. Marsolf!!!! Thank you so much for your patience !

We love it here the new facility, it is much larger and more welcoming then before. And hats off to everyone their who has worked through this pandemic and how they have handled all the changes. ????

This place is horribly disorganized. When I came in the staff didn't even know what my dog was being seen for. I explained to the vet tech what services we were needing to get done. They took my dog to the back and forgot to complete half of the services... When I inquired at the front desk about why not all the services were rendered they had no idea what I was talking about. It just seemed like they pay no attention to detail which is not the kind of treatment I want for my pet. I eventually just asked to pay for what had been done and asked for my records to be printed so I could take them somewhere else. I will say that the prices here are very affordable but I'd personally rather spend more money somewhere that I feel like my pet is being well taken care of. Also, they want you to call before coming in but they aren't always available to answer the phone. I had to call 5 times before someone picked up and I was able to check in for my appointment.
