Disgusting this place reeks it smells so dirty like it’s never been cleaned. We unfortunately encountered this place looking for a boarding for our dog. Crowded with dogs piled on top of each other. Would never consider to leave our beloved family member at a place like this.

Received my dog back with a mite, smelling awful, and got all of his bedding back with feces and vomit in it. It was covered in hair other than his. Had to throw it all away. I get that dogs sometimes have accidents, but I wish they had given me a warning that my poor dog had a rough night or something. I'm happy to work with it. But they tried to hide it from me, which really bothers me.

Will recommend to anyone. Great service at a very reasonable price.

These people is awesome they always take care of my daughters doggy and always have room for him when we need it. Thank you so much for been there when we need you!

I made the mistake of not going the day before to check the place out. The building is small and there isn’t a yard or any outside area for the dogs to play and run. The whole place smelled really bad, I smelt it in my car in the parking lot. The staff barely talked and didn’t seem to have much interest in my dog or myself. My husband called during the day to check on our fur baby and all the lady on the phone said was that he was fine. When I picked him up she handed me the leash and then walked away. They didn’t tell me about how he did or what he did during the day. Once I got home with my dog, he peed A LOT, as if he had been holding it in all day. Mind you I dropped him off at 6:30am and picked him up at 4 pm. He also chugged water as if he hadn’t had any all day. I would never bring my dog here again and wouldn’t recommend for anyone else to either.

Dedicate please help this wonderful business. Besides excellent comforting care for my service dog Gottin. They rescue Great Danes and need donations and from time to time families to adopt. Fabulous

Had to leave my fur baby for a doctor appointment. He's a relatively new rescue, so I was really nervous. The staff was wonderful. I was like a new mom (almost crying when I left). I came back later and received a full report of what a great day he had, and that the staff loved him. He had his own little "condo" to rest in, but also had doggie time with others. I would definitely bring him here again, because the care he received was wonderful.

We booked this last minute on a holiday weekend. The owners were very responsive, their website looked pleasant, and they were voted 2020 best kennel in Yuma. I did not go and see the kennel before I dropped my dogs off. It was not in the shape that is depicted on their website. Since it was early in the morning when I dropped off, I thought maybe the smell was from overnight and that they were still cleaning, however when I picked up there was still an odor, the same chewy boxes in the front and The owners are friendly, but maybe they need more help than they currently have... or take less dogs? I was shocked that this was "the best kennel in Yuma 2020". Needless to say, I will not be using them again unless major changes occur. I strongly advise visiting before using.

We were going to cross the border for an appointment and needed a short term place for our dog to stay for a few hours over a couple of days. This was the one we choose. They cared for our pup and we are happy with the staff. Id leave my dog here again.

Dropped off our 2 dogs for doggie daycare while we went to Los algadonis. Price was reasonable and when we left, dogs wanted to go back in.

DISGUSTING! Do not bring your dogs here, I left my puppy overnight bc we were going out of town, he came back with tics and a severe case of vomiting and diarrhea. We ended up having to take him to the animal hospital and had to get our house bombed, keep in mind he has never had so much as one tic! They DO NOT check every animal upon drop off OR their vaccination records. NOT SAFE NOT SANITARY COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Owner is very experienced with large breeds and bullies.. felt very comfortable leaving my dog there.

As a retired Police K-9 Handler, I have had the occasion to deal with boarding kennels and services many times over the past 40 years. I have seen and worked with a lot of very good ones, but none even approach the exceptional standard that Urban K9 maintains. The customer service that Victoria, Danny and the others consistently provide is a measure above and beyond any that I would expect. The highest compliment that I could ever pay anyone would be to trust them to care for my family, a compliment that I gladly pay to Victoria and her crew. My kids now, Keiko and RJ, are the most important "people" in my life. While I am always nervous when I kennel them anywhere, my comfort level is greatly increased when I know that Urban K9 is taking care of them. For that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

they were very flexible with my unpredictable schedule and when i was running 20 minutes late after closing i notified them ahead of time and they were very understanding and told me it wouldn't be a problem???? the staff was very kind told me the dogs were well behaved and everything was returned to me. The dogs didnt have any issue. both dogs had buzzed haircuts and antiflea repellent before being checked in so i didnt have any issues with fleas and my babies were in top shape. I was very pleased with the whole stay and overall very affordable and i will forsure be boarding my dogs here again.

I can not say enough great things about Urban K9 and the owner Victoria! I have been bringing my Boxer here for over a year and he gets so excited when we start getting close and literally pulls me in every time! They are very aware of which dogs play well together and they have great toys and interaction with the dogs. Our dog is absolutely wiped out when he comes home! Victoria is an absolute animal lover and it shows! We have only used them for dog daycare, but I would absolutely board here also if I ever needed.

I met Victoria when I got a new mastiff puppy and needed day care. From the moment I met her I trusted that she would take as good of care of my puppy than I would at home. He went there every day for a month so that he could get his puppy energy out while I worked. I even took my yorkie there as well, which is a huge step for me because she is almost 5 and has never been boarded. Everyone at Urban K9 is so friendly and cares so much about every animal that is there! I couldn't have got through the first month with a puppy while working full time without Urban K9! Both Lewis and Bella LOVED being there and were taken such great care of. When we pull up they get so very excited to see all their friends! I have recommended many friends take their pets there, and will continue to recommend them. If you want your pup to feel loved while you are gone, take them to Urban K9!

A month after moving to Yuma my grandmother passed away. My husband and I were new to town and had no one to watch our dogs. Urban K9 was so great to us and our dogs were happy there. Made an awful situation a bit less stressful for us. Will be doing business with them again for sure!

we had planned a weekend trip. My boyfriend was supposed to make arrangements for our dogs and didn't. So I called urbane K9 on a thursday (we were leaving friday) and asked about boarding our dogs. They were able to take them in and even provided grooming while we were gone. We had a great experience, they payed attention to the info we had given them about our dogs care and took great care of them! I have recommended this facility to others for pet boarding and would use them again. Prices are very reasonable.
