My wife usally takes our pets here to get a bath and cut nails. The cats are crying the whole drive until she sees the employees. So to me that tells me that they feel safe. Very friendly staff and quick service.

They take bigger dogs, despite their breeds and know how to handle them. And they are even better with my kitten, Bear. They answer all my my questions every time I'm in there and the crew makes each trip something both my pets look forward to! I 100% recommend them

Maverick has terrible anxiety and gets matted easily but this crew is always very helpful and works hard to keep both him and us happy with his teacup Goldendoodle coat. He is always anxious going but happy when picked up, they are very patient and loving with him and us.

Melissa the cat lady is awesome! My princess gingerella was way over due for a hair cut and she usually needs strong sedation before allowing strangers near her with clippers. On her first visit to A Touch of Class she stayed sober and got a bath, a lovely hair cut, and had her nails trimmed (Brave Melissa, very brave). Ginger wasn't behaving the entire time but they managed to handle her very well despite this. I will definitely be taking her back in the future for haircuts and I HIGHLY recommend everyone else with long haired kitties do the same. Excellent service and price, and there's kitties in the lobby you can pet to help relieve the stress of handing your evil child off to a wonderful stranger.
