We had an unfortunate pet emergency on a Friday afternoon. The kind people here have us an appointment. Only good things to say about this establishment!

They are not taking any new patients

The Doctor took my Dog an took xrays of my Baby's on his own and paid for it out of his own pocket. I just love Dr McGuire and all girls that work for him. He goes the extra mile. Thank you Dr McGuire an Lady's.

I'll give it 3 1/4 stars. Tried to take off 4th star it wouldn't let me. When I called to make appt. they were friendly and got me in the next day but, upon arrival I was surprised to find out I wasn't allowed in. No one had bothered to inform me that due to Covid they weren't allowing owners to accompany pets. This was upsetting due to the fact that my Maddie was abused and gets very upset if either my husband or I aren't with her. Then when the Dr. was finished he came out and was explaining what was wrong but when I stopped him to ask questions he resorted to speaking to me like I was dumb and couldn't understand him. They then handed me my bill and that was that. No emotions, no sympathy, no words of kindness very matter of fact and bordering rude. The reason for the somewhat high marks is because they were very friendly the 1st time I took her there.

My dog was hit by a car and the receptionist said they aren't taking new clients and to try Kingman. Therefore, if you have an emergency these people are obviously not reliable and have zero empathy.

Dr. McGuire is great. He takes his time to explain. Good place to get dog food.

This vet is one of the most compassionate and cost friendly vets we have used in years. We had an extremely hard month and the ladies in this office were there for us. They are there for their four legged clients not just the buck.

Dear Dr. McGuire I am sadden at your response to recline fixing my dog after I had paid you up front costs. My dog is still having urine problems that require another visit to a vet who is capable and willing to mend the health. Thanks for stealing my hard earned cash and screwing my credit I'm telling the world you are a crook. Shame on you.

Well the first phone call I was told the vet was too busy. Called another vet in Lake Havasu, no go. Then called back. McGuire is the stand in on weekend for my regular vet. It was a Saturday call, so charged emergency visit prices. I called back and finally was asked her symptoms. A few minutes later the office gal, Maria called back after talking to vet and fit me in the schedule, although I was told he was too busy ? Once there I was very pleased with the Vet-Doctor. He was efficient with his diagnosis and gave me all medication as needed. Initial call not so great, finish product w Vet perfect. Thank you Doc for treating my dog whom has a lung infection.

I took my precious Hannah to him for years, he was always honest with me and very sweet and caring with her. When her time came for me to say goodbye, he was absolutely amazing even though I was completely hysterical when I had to tell her goodbye. ????????????Wish I could have been with her. I would recommend him and his wonderful girls to anyone looking for an amazing vet. Thank you Dr. McGuire and ladies ????

I called after hours because my dog was not doing well. Talked to the call center type person who relayed my message. Dr. McGuire called right back. His office fit us in their schedule the next morning. He was kind & very informative. After testing, we had to make a difficult decision to ease our Husky's pain. Dr. McGuire & his staff was extremely compassionate & kind. We were new to the area so we were not preexisting clients. We are extremely grateful to not be sent away during this difficult time. High recommend!

Went in as a first time customer yesterday, to purchase a name brand flea and tick monthly preventative. Purchased a 3 month supply for the appropriate size of my dogs. With tax it came to just over $80.00. Upon getting home, decided to look at pricing for this same item and compare. First vendor, a reputable online pet store, $34.99 plus shipping, second was a major online seller $56.60 for DOUBLE the number of doses! ...and free shipping. The staff was very friendly, but I would certainly not return as a client for over the counter sales.

Office staff is the greatest. Dr McGuire is caring and compassionate.
