Just brought our border collie home and I have to say, after years of grooming appointments I don’t think I’ve ever had someone do as good of a job as Rhiannon. She talked me through what services would be best for my pup and then gave him a beautiful thorough cut. Fantastic.

The staff was very helpful we got a electric nail trimmer to trim our dog's nails. Definitely recommend.

They have a great selection but are way to expensive cat food should not cost more than a can of premium tuna????

I adopted Mojave Jane in early August. There’s no doubt that I got a special dog that day I adopted her. The fourteen days between that day and come hone day were devastating long. I had a long time picking out her name but spent the time during our visits on necessary commands. Anyway I got a desert dog for being abnormally dog had no exposure petrified in the car. It took me about to figure out that’s couldn’t goWas afraid of car would come to Mojave Jane from the start. Now walking on a leash unheard of which we met in a coming few days as like a walk, playing at the park and most importantly being comfortable in a car. We do a lot of driving around here.

It's ok. Plenty of dead fish along with plenty of live ones. You can tell not much attention is paid to some of the animals; Or overall considering last time, there was a puddle from (I'm assuming) a dog that wasn't cleaned up during the entire time we were there before telling staff.

Robert really helped me with my new aquarium. He seems really to know what is needed for my tank. He even suggested the right kinds of fish, so they would all get along. I first had a 10 gallon tank. But, he was right, I would want a larger tank once I started loving this hobby. I now have a 30 gallon tank. I'm even thinking of getting another one. It is so relaxing to keep up and watch them. I'm so surprised how all my fish have different personalities. Thank you Robert, I'll see you soon for more.

Friendly people, excellent service, and easy to find merchandise. I enjoyed the visit! Got Aspen bedding for my rat and the price was very competitive. A bit high, but not bad when you consider the ease of finding the bedding in the store and the helpfulness of the employees. I think the guys name was Tyler that checked me out and he was very professional, courteous and friendly as well as knowledgable about the different safe bedding for rats. Thank you.

This place has the cleanest fish tanks I have ever seen. The fish guy Robert knows so much about fish answered all my question and helped me start up a tank. The fish are also very healthy. I will definitely be back for more fish. Thank you Robert for all your help!

I found that the price of all Animal Food and Pet Essentials were way overpriced.

The Yucca Valley petco has a limited selection forcing me to drive down the hill to a much larger Petsmart.

Great workers who helped me return a bag of expired dog food the day before.

Petco's always great, they always great you, ask if you need help, then leave you alone until you ask, so you can shop peacefuly. The stores always clean inside and out. The employee's are knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of everything your pet may need... It more pricey then say Walmart, but that's what specialty store charge. Definitely recommend and will visit again!!!

Everyone is nice and helpful. They make sure I'm taken care of and always greet me. I love the dog and cat food options. They are so good for my dog and cat, as well as keep them healthy.

Careful they often close 10 minutes early so you may not be able to get in for a quick stop if you're there late.

Have always shopped at Petco in every state I've lived

We love this store only thing is I wish I would have know to unlock the bags of food thing. I have a couple that weren't added to my thing (expensive big bags of dog food) that should have been had I known.

Made appointment for trimming puppy’s nails. Store confirmed. No one said anything when reservation made nor in the written confirmation about bringing written proof of rabies vaccination. Current tags, which she has, are the proof anyway. When we got there on our Sunday, they would not trim without the written proof that no one ever mentioned. The rude attendant didn’t care that our weekend time was wasted. We won’t be back there for anything.

Petco is the only pet store in the area. And, fortunately, I like it there. Well stocked with Just Food For Dogs. Perhaps the store is a little short staffed? The same person checking me out, answering the phone and helping find product on the floor. That part could have gone smoother but he was very pleasant with all concerned.....and helpful.
