Awesome groomers short wait time. Great prices. Love the whole staff.

Being new to the area I had no 8d3a where to take my pet so I Googled groomers. After calling a few places and getting potential appt. dates for Feb /March I almost gave up. Super glad I didn't because when I called Dirty Dog-O-Mat I got and appointment for less than a week later. What a blessing! The ladies there were so friendly and did a GREAT job on my dog! And at such a good price. Definitely will be going back!

My dog gets messy. Like her paws smell like fritos, she slides and rolls into home to catch her toys, and she absolutely loves being dirty. For thirty minutes, the time it takes me to drive back to 29 Palms with her, I have a beautiful white and brindle spotted pibble who has a lovely scent and absolutely enjoys it. 'Til she gets home, that is. So I am so grateful for the once a month grooming they provide (for a GREAT price) because Chance refuses baths at home. So thanks!

Great prices. Good cuts. Quick service. My lil doggie wont let me near with shear or shaver but this service gets it done every time. I've taken my pup to other groomers and he comes home traumatized. Dirty Dog-O-Mat always sends him home happy.

Groomer gave a severe clipper burn to my cat, had to take him to the vet. Even the Vet said it was pretty bad (Vet took photos in their system), they did not even clean the ears too. When I had called and asked about what happened the groomer did not apologize or show any care and instead replied abruptly, "these things happen in this industry, and your cat was severely matted". Our cat was NOT severely matted, and our cat was extremely stressed and lethargic after that grooming. So in addition to the $62 and the $77 vet bill because of the groomer, I will not be coming back, ever.
